  1. Go, Koracick! As much as I want to see him end up with Meredith, I like how he put Owen in his place. I'm with Richard on the whole pronoun thing, sorry. I knew the girl was going to tank her surgery. Could a school for gifted kids be a possibility? So, what horrible thing about her past did Jo find out about? ^this
  2. Ugh, why am I still watching this show? Obvious foreshadowing with how much Teddy was touching her stomach. I would have been ok with a slow buildup of Amelia and Linc getting together, but no, they had to just jump right into hopping into bed. I wish Alex would get a real storyline. If they had actually given him one with his mom, that could have been good. Count me in as one who doesn't care for Amelia's new hair cut. Poor Koracick. I hate that they went there, but I hope he ends up with Meredith in the long run-I think they work well together. Really don't care about Jo's past. Maggie can just go away any time now. I agree with others that if you're going to have people speaking a different language, at least give us subtitles so we know what's going on.
  3. IMO, she's always been annoying, and she and Jackson have absolutely no chemistry.
  4. First, I just have to say that I don't care for the way these forums are set up now. The main thing I got from this show was that every dance they showed in its entirety made it through to the duels. Where's the suspense in that? Not everything needs to be about female empowerment-I watch these shows for entertainment, not to be preached at. Just dance and show everyone what you can do.
  5. They showed too much in the teasers, which annoyed me. If they've already shown who got a golden ticket, then why should I bother with watching the auditions? Hyper girl was annoying, as was screamer guy, but the judges reaction to the screamer was over the top and ridiculous. They could have just listened politely and then said that AI is not the right place for him, IMO. Does anyone else think that Nick looks kind of like Johnny Depp, or is it just me? I feel bad for him, but I didn't think his voice was that great, especially for how much they were promoting him. I agree with a previous poster that I kind of miss seeing some bad auditions. Again, if you know that pretty much everyone that they show is going to make it through, then what's the point of watching? I don't think Kai should have made it. That was a pity vote. There were too many unanimous judges' decisions(especially where they were all like "you're going to Hollywood" as soon as the person finished singing, without any discussion)-there's no suspense anymore where you see one yes vote, one no vote, and then you're waiting to see what the third judge says, but that's just me being nit-picky.
  6. Maybe for guys we should call it HMPs <shrug>
  7. IMO it's because JLo seems to have a preference for modern/big dance crews.
  8. The Trilogy-I felt bad for the third member, because they focused on the one guy and the girl. The other guy seemed like a third wheel prop used mostly for lifts. Tobias and the EZtwins-I liked the performance, but their costumes were messing with my OCD tendencies. Briar-after her package, I was kind of worried that she was going to have a seizure on the stage. Also, the music didn't really match the movements to me, so that took me out of it a little bit. Fuego-their package turned me off, too cocky and full of themselves. Exiles-I admire their goal, and their performance was good, but the judges were right in that the one guy needs to reel it in a little bit. Dancetown Divas-the moms are going to get on my nerves if they show them too much. The dance itself wasn't all that impressive to me-sloppy in parts of it. Kayla-I really enjoyed her dance Ayden-for being 15, he has some impressive moves, but his dance didn't connect with me emotionally. Why was Ne-Yo wearing glasses for just one of the performances?
  9. I'm still trying to figure out what the hell I just watched... I didn't realize it was a milestone episode until I read the comments here, and that makes it even worse. Meredith and Deluca-was there not a lock on the door? I actually found them more believable as a couple in this episode, but still hoping that it's just a fun fling and not endgame. Maggie is still insufferable. I kept saying to myself "shut up already, it's not about you!" Ugh. As a previous poster said, Richard needed to have a different talk with her. I do get Bailey being uncomfortable with splurging on something she wanted-she didn't come from money, so it doesn't come naturally to spend so much on something that's not a necessity. There were so many allusions to there being (what was foreshadowed as a huge) fire, that what actually happened was anti-climactic. I did like Alex's reaction to it though, when he realized that his mom wasn't crazy-at least at that moment. The whole bit with the Mrs. Karev confusion was ridiculous. Owen is being a jackass, and I hope that Amelia doesn't go back to him just because Leo's back. The scenes with Owen/Amelia/Leo/etc. make me feel like there's a missed episode or something. I mean, the grandparents take Leo in a previous episode, but then in this episode Leo is back at Owen's house for the grandparents to take again. Am I the only one confused by this? I was kind of hoping they would put Tom with Meredith. For right now, though, he and Teddy are working ok for me, except I do wish he wasn't pushing the relationship in Owen's face so much-that's just childish. Also, as other posters have said, the party was Katherine's idea in the first place, so her whole attitude about it was weird.
  10. True, but I hope he stays-he's a breath of fresh air for this show!
  11. For all of you questioning whether or not the OD story line is realistic, it actually happened at a park in Connecticut back in August. More than 70 people OD'ed on a bad batch of drugs. https://www.livescience.com/63345-mass-overdose-connecticut-park.html The scenes with Glasses and HOAG were cringeworthy.
  12. On the first show one of the clues was that Peacock is 5'9, which is Donny's height. NPH is 6'.
  13. I wish the Rabbit had stayed instead of the Monster. I didn't know Rumer Willis could sing. Learn something new every day. I think the Monster is Cee-Lo Green. Still think the Bee is Gladys Knight and the Peacock is Donny Osmond.
  14. Ok, so I'm late to the show because I swore to myself that I wasn't going to watch it, but here I am... My thoughts are: The Peacock is Donny Osmond. Some of the judges think NPH, but in the first episode it said that the peacock is 5'9, and NPH is 6', so I'm sticking with it being Donny. The Bee is Gladys Knight, even though she almost sounded like Tina Turner on this song. The Rabbit is Joey Fatone. Monster, I have no clue. Lion is probably either Mel B. or one of Destiny's Child. Alien. Holy cow, LaToya looks creepily like MJ in his later years(after all the surgeries). And now, after having gone back and reading previous posts, I have to say that I hope the Monster doesn't win. At this point, I think it will be between the Bee, the Rabbit, and the Peacock, based on voice and performance. The Monster and the Lion should be the double elimination, IMO.
  15. Ok, so they showed(very graphically, I might add) how germs were spread at the beginning of the show, leading us to think that they would show many more people getting sick (Devon, Feldman, Jennifer, etc.), but none of them did-the show just kind of dropped that particular aspect, leaving me to wonder what the point was of showing the graphic in the first place. I love Mina and Austin. Will Bell ever get his comeuppance? Of course you can't have your main couple just be happy <eyeroll>.
  16. I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed that.
  17. Greg Germann is awesome-I'm hoping they make him a regular, not recurring, on the show.
  18. Well, I finally got around to watching this episode, and the fact that it took me this long probably isn't a good sign. I definitely miss the old Bailey-I don't like what they've done with her character. As far as Meredith and DeLuca are concerned, I do think they have some chemistry and might be a fun fling, but long-term I would rather see her with Koracik. I couldn't care less about Linc, Hoag, Glasses, or Helmouth. They can leave any time now. Maggie still annoys me. It wasn't her place to tell Jackson about Katherine's tumor. She's another one that I would be happy to see the last of. I want more Alex! I'm not quite sure why, because he has done some deplorable things in the past, but he has become one of my favorite characters on this show. I also, for the most part, like Richard.
  19. I'm happy for Sky that she won-she has been one of my front-runners this whole season, but after tonight's dances, I found myself rooting more for Miles to win. Why, oh why did they bastardize Little Drummer Boy that way?! And of course Mackenzie danced it well, that was right in her wheelhouse. I honestly wasn't that impressed with Ariana's freestyle.
  20. And, everybody goes through to next week... I am very impressed at how Miles has done the past couple of weeks, considering his schedule. I've been thinking that either Sky or Ariana will win, but now I think he might edge them out. I thought all of the dances were pretty good tonight.
