    Hubs gets them generally 2-3x weekly. He is an epic nose blower due to oxygen use, and is on blood thinners. My laundry skills in bloodstain removal are being tested.

    If allowed, I would think any homeless shelter, perhaps nursing homes, police/fire stations. I'm thinking food banks would rather focus on healthy options, but its worth a call.
