Had to take my Pearl in to emer. vet about a week after losing Onyx this summer. Sat for 8.5 hours. For the visit/exam, x-ray, antibiotic injection, probiotic and 5-day antibiotic oral med, I paid $450. They wanted to do a blood draw for an additional $300, and I declined. I was all sorts of mad, sad, and had by the end of that day.

I have the big yellow bowl from that Pyrex set, I remember th green one, not sure if the others broke or got lost somehow from Mom's house 🧐. The finish is pretty much ruined from the dishwasher years. 🙁

Perhaps it could be said that we like the engineered, structural bakes when they're well executed, but when they are the hot mess express, we prefer it be skipped. A fickle lot we are, lol.

For me, it would be that a Street & Sanitation sweeper truck would be required to clean my space after the flurry of activity, lol. I'm terrible at cleaning as I go, resulting in an unadulterated messy kitchen at the end of whatever I'm preparing. I suppose these bakers are blessed with production staff to deal with the mess as they go and at the end.

My biggest issue with 'OP' (other people's) meatballs, is that the meat : bread ratio is off; heavily favoring the bread crumb or filler component. I prefer to actually taste the meat.
