Whether the difficulties with losing weight, becoming sober or whatever, are biological or emotional, they are real difficulties. I'm glad for you that you were so thoughtful in your approach and didn't trade problems like I did. For me, I had to concentrate on not putting that tobacco stick between my lips, and only on that. I never even held a cigarette after that last day 12 years ago. I'm putting in work now on the next problem. Hope it works out.

I only know of her from her appearances on WWHL, and I find her appeal an enigma. She isn't the first comic made famous by being rude, crude, and loud. I'm truly not a prude, and I curse with the best of 'em, but I've not been invited to do so on a widely distributed television program. It's cool though. Different strokes.

I think Ramona is straight up jealous of Bethenny, and it manifests with outward dislike. Carole initially found some comraderie with her, and then that evolved (or devolved, depending on your bent) into mostly apathy. It's that apathy that triggers Bethenny imo. It's hard to judge Dorinda's issue with Bethenny for me. I think their agendas are perhaps similar; wanting to control the narrative and be recognized for all things good. Dorinda doesn't like Beth's delivery system. That'll be 5 cents please.

TMZ is reporting* that he had taken Vicodin, along with Oxycodone & Ambien, a huge no-no. So if he awakened feeling really badly, he may have known the trouble he was in. He was either an established addict, which I'm not prepared to assume, or in that much pain. My sis had big back trouble at one time, and she spent most of her days effed up on meds. Imo, he had no storyline once the cheating on the offshore girlfriend fizzled out. It is nice to have a cast member who isn't explosive and over the top.
