  1. That's true. As for Armand, all I see is Finn Wolfhard playing him from the recent trailer of The Turning judging from the description Anne describes him as in the books. Though Armand is not my favorite character, I could see Finn as him. I heard he did good as Boris in The Goldfinch. To return to the topic, why 9 episodes only? This doesn't sound good.
  2. Her smile creeps me out. Finally get to see Eddie's friends.
  3. Cody Fern needs to play Lestat. I am not sure what is going with the VC show that Anne Rice has invested in, but hire this guy. He's that good.
  4. Whoever cast that kid as Chester’s brother deserves credit because they are really spot on the features.
  5. Character actor Lewis Dauber known for priest roles dies at age 70
  6. But what this show needs is new blood. It can't rely on Kenan forever.
  7. That was just nonsense. No way in 1999 anybody would have guessed he be governor of California. All I can think in the late 90s-early 00s is Wil Sasso portraying him on Mad TV.
  8. I applaud Lorne for that and I feel for Pete's loss on that horrid day, but he can't be there forever. He has to expand other ventures. Look at Bill Hader!
  9. My mom hated Matthew Broderick ever since the whole surrogate mother fiasco with the twins became public knowledge. I don't know whole story about it, but I remember making it on the news back in 2009.
  10. Constance Wu and Randall Park don't really need this show now. Their careers are set. Not sure about the kids. Usually, they become type cast as they get older. So much you could do for a Jessica-like clone, an awkward teen, and a rap poet kid spewing lyrics to get to the point of the story. So much for a Y2K plot.
  11. I don't think Joaquin Phoenix is much of a dancer, anyway.
  12. That part didn't ring true to me. Probably a regular college, but not Harvard!
  13. I can't express how much that makes my eyes roll at that concept. Are his friends finished because all I see is the red-headed one instead...strange.
  14. That was such a strange period there. Even the bizarre interview and all the theatrics, I told my parents that he would go back to acting if his documentary flopped and I was right. You might not like Joaquin, but he is no dummy. He knows what sells.
  15. Is this movie good or not?
  16. Yeah. That was a stupid idea and what Murray did was inexcusable. No, you don't do that to people who want to live on campus and put the blame on the wife. In reality, he would have been accused of tampering children's lives and Judge Judy would have a field day with Murray.
  17. I would not consider this horror at all and I seen every horror movie there is. I must admit, I recognized every Canadian actor there. It was just a who's who type for me.
  18. Yeah, the actor playing Adam Goldberg is really getting up there in his later teens. I could take video gamer/Sci-Fi nerd Adam realistically, but not toy playing Goldberg who can't outgrow his toys and wants to keep them. I even outgrown toy figures quite a while ago. I was a video gamer for years and I admit to not outgrowing my video games, but Adam's toy obsession is really annoying given the age of the actor. It seems the writers want him to remain 13 for years! It doesn't work like that.
