  1. He looks a lot like his father, I think - I also think his conversations are pretty funny. Yup - today, in fact. Which is why I used to like these shows, just for a little mental and emotional vacation. Tonight did nothing except to exacerbate my already stressed out feelings.
  2. I liked seeing Siggy with her kids, if, for no other reason that she reminded me of myself with my kids, so it was a good insight into my interactions, and what I can do to change it (listen more, talk less......). She is a totally hands-on Mom, but kind of marshmallow when when it comes to sticking to her guns about consequences - I think that's why her daughter was more concerned about her DD stop than losing her phone. Nice to see Siggy stuck it out with that too. My kids used to be shocked when I stuck hard on consequences, but they have grown into respectful young adults, so I guess I did something right. Siggy's daughter - I would worry about her and the black hole of "reality TV kids"...she seems a little too impressed with herself for a 13 yr. old girl. Hope it's just normal teenager annoyances and she doesn't go the route of Ashlee or some others we've seen. I, too, like Dolores' family.
  3. I can't help myself, but everytime I see Joe Guidice, I just giggle (well, except for the vineyard phone call). I thought it was funny seeing him chasing Milania around the house, and the scenes with him and Chris were nice to see. Jacqueline is a bitch, and I feel sorry for Chris having to deal with her. Teresa is no angel, but I think that when a friend says "I don't want to talk about it", you repsect that, and just let them know you are there for them when they are ready to talk about whatever it is - you don't keep hounding them (well, maybe that is the Laurita way - Caroline does that, as well...so maybe Jacqueline learned from a master). I thought that Jacqueline's comments were sort of below the belt, and hitting a sore spot with Teresa - I mean, we all know she isn't ever going to admit to any willful wrongdoing, and we, as viewers, know what are Teresa's "hot buttons", so why would Jacqueline, a supposed friend, try to set Teresa off? I have to say I give Teresa a lot of credit for just walking out, dinner or no dinner, with Joe and his wine cooler bag in hand, and not entertaining that argument with Jacqueline. Maybe the yoga is really working for her!
  4. The classic movie "How to Marry a Millionaire" (with Lauren Bacall, Marilyn Monroe and Betty Grable)....trying to figure out what she did wrong.
  5. I just wish I could like this post more than once, so I'm replying again, because you mentioned something from one of my all time favorite books and movies!! Bethenny is reminiscent of "Two Slice Hilly" (the mean girl part of Hilly - not the racist part)..... ;-)
  6. I was wondering how Ryan Seacrest (who is the executive producer, and whose name is actually at the end credits of the show, as in "Ryan Seacrest Productions") felt about Reza screaming "Get off MY show!" to GG....I think that Seacrets may be the only one who has the right and the authority to say that. I think that Reza is a lowlife scumsucker. I couldn't believe that he actually had quotes from people (Shervin) in his jacket pocket, and pulled out his index cards like a kid cheating on a final exam. And then, he had the nerve to read Andy's question cards, and insulted the viewer's question as ridiculous and boring. I don't think Andy was thrilled with that, and the fact that Andy had to go out to the trailer to get him to come back from his fake crying hissy fit. I'm glad that GG held it together, for the most part. Shervin did very well for his first reunion, especially in his defense of GG. He was very forthright and honest, imo. I hope he doesn't disappoint, if he comes back next season (if there is one). His answers regarding GG, her partying and drinking, her RA and the "chemo" meds were excellent. He criticized GG, but constructively and in a true friend way - he didn't lash out at her, call her names, tell her she has mental illnesses, etc. I also think that Reza, and possibly Asa, are harboring big resentment against Shervin, because he came across much better than they both did this season, as a voice of reason and as a peacemaker, which is usually what Asa wants to be, and Reza claims to be.
  7. Can I ask all of you a question? When you are staying at an apparent 5-star hotel (or any hotel, for that matter), do you normally walk back to your room, presumably take an elevator, and walk through enclosed public spaces in just your bikini or bathing suit? Wouldn't you wear some type of cover-up, shorts, or t-shirt over your bathing suit? Bethenny entered her room from the hallway, I'm assuming she just came from the pool or beach. She was only wearing her bikini, and carrying that beach tote that was so large that if she put the straps over head, would have covered her completely. I just thought it was odd that she put her cover-up on once she was in her room. Was this because the cameras were there and she wanted to show off her body, which doesn't look as good as it used to? It seemed just a tad attention-whorish to me.
  8. I agree with you totally about Sonja and her "feelings" - most of which were fueled by Ramona's constant harping to Sonja that she should feel someway about the whole thing. All of sudden, Sonja is the broken-hearted poor "secret" love of Tom's life. As Dorinda would say - back that shit up. Dorinda hit the nail on the head when she said that Sonja and Tom only had sex together at the end of the night when they both had too much to drink. There was no relationship there, at all. I will say, however, that even I, who is usually a fan of Luann's, am really, really sick and tired of hearing her say "I'M GETTING MARRIED!!!!" in that squeal-y tween voice that is really beneath her. If I did a shot every time Luann said the word "married" tonight, I would have been passed out cold about 1/2 through the episode. Ramona looked more like a rotten kiwi fruit with that fugly brown dress she was wearing~~brown and fuzzy on the outside, and green (with envy) on the inside. ;-)
  9. The only way I will believe that there was an hour-long make out session between Tom and the former Playboy bunny (I wonder in what year that could have been, since Tom seems to like women close to his own age) is if, instead of just photos, Bethenny has a time stamped video of sixty minutes worth of tonsil hockey between them. Also interesting that Bethenny had to tell both Ramona and Carole, when she specifically said to Carole on the phone that she wanted to see Carole ALONE before she saw anyone else. Another thing I found interesting is that Bethenny also had the other information about Tom, that he really has "no money of his own - there's some family thing going on, and he will only date older women with more money, and they pay for everything". Even if she did hear that, why feel the need to repeat it, ON CAMERA? To embarrass Tom even more? Does she, who claims to be sooo honest, know this for fact? And, if she's over trying to be close friends with Luann, doesn't really like Luann, doesn't want to be iinvolved, and just wants to keep things cordial and light, WHY THE FUCK DOES SHE EVEN CARE?????
  10. She also looks either drunk or high, but also that she may have put on some weight. She does look amazing, though!
  11. I wonder if maybe Tom was nervous because he knew what he had done just the night before. And, maybe, he had already told Luann, off-camera during that walk down the boardwalk, so that's why she was so manic about making sure that Tom's name didn't pass through anyone's lips, just in case they may have known, and Luann wasn't ready to have that information revealed on camera at that time (or ever....or, at least until Bethenny revealed it).
  12. ZaldamoWilder - I always, always, always love all your recaps, but what you wrote here is a piece of written art!! I'm crying from laughing, and applauding you with all I have! Absolutely agree with all of this!! Brilliant!!
  13. Well, Kelly did complain that Michael left the steaks too long under the broiler and they were burnt. (And, I must admit that at times, I will use a dab of ketchup on certain steaks. Never on filet mignon or a beautifully marbled NY strip steak but I have used in on occasion on steaks that aren't so flavorful for one reason or another)
  14. Excellent point...seriously - because she has met Shannon a few times during filming, doesn't mean that they are best buddies, or even "friends", and according to Kelly, she doesn't know anything about Shannon - so what's the argument? Kelly herself also indicated that she thought that Shannon was stand-off-ish towards her, so it's not like they were talking/texting daily and sharing dinner dates with their husbands. If Kelly has a problem with anyone, it should be with Jaci and Nina - take it up with them. And, I don't think that she is that naive about reality TV to not realize that production set her up, not Shannon (but, of course, with the 4th wall and everything, that cannot be revealed). At least she admitted on screen that she has "anger issues" - maybe she should also realize that she has "misplaced anger issues" as well. Kelly is a try-hard nasty piece of work, and she irritates me.
  15. I think that either Tamra is taking some kind of medication, or all her working out is helping her with her "Zen state", as she seems so much more subdued. Or, she has decided that she finally did not like the raving, nasty shrew she was in the past. So far, she is not bothering me at all, and I actually like her at times - YIKES!! And, I totally agree on Kelly's house. When they were sitting there, at the white table, on the white chairs (fugly, imo), eating steak with ketchup and red wine, I was cringing, just waiting for someone to spill the wine or drop a piece of steak covered in ketchup on something. White on white looks very pretty, but it isn't very practical, nor is it warm or inviting. I am sooo sick of seeing home improvement shows or remodeling shows on HGTV with the white cabinets, white subway tile, white countertops - too sterile and cold for me. Maybe Kelly felt that the personalities living in the house were "colorful" enough that she didn't need to add any color in the decor.
  16. OMG...that's who it is!!! I was going crazy trying to think of who Tommy reminded me of! Thanks! :-) Totally agree with you that he and MJ are low-rent. I thought it was very tasteless that after the proposal, he was publicly fondling her breasts and butt, and she didn't move his hand or anything. Even more creepy was that the PDA was in front of a coffin, in a cemetary (I know that coffin was empty and symbolic, but the whole thing just creeped me out!)
  17. Did he really say that he only paid $59,900.00 for that condo in Palm Springs? It was kind of a shit-hole, but I can't imagine where in Palm Springs it was located. (I don't know anything at all about PS, just that there are a lot of really expensive houses there.)
  18. I think when some of the group were reading their letters aloud, GG was actually not in their vicinity. I believe she was shown outside the venue, smoking a cigarette.
  19. I agree with you, completely. GG has such anger issues - that is one of the things that Reza got right about her. It's sad, really, when you think of it. If he was truly a friend of hers, he would know better than to fuel the fire, and do what he had to know would release GG's inner Cracken. Reza is mean, cruel and a horrible person. He thinks he can excuse his behavior in the name of friendship. I call bullshit on that.
  20. When I first heard that someone told her they had a video or pictures of Reza giving some guy a b.j. at the gym, my first thought was "Reza goes to the gym??"...then, when I saw him and Mike doing their run/jog thing in the park, it seems that Reza is in better shape than Mike. Mike has come a long way from the toned, in-shape guy of Season 1 and 2 - the fact that he gave up on the jogging and was "coughing up a lung" proved it.
  21. So, let's see...Reza has already targeted MJ, Mike and GG as his seasonal victim - does anyone think he would have the balls to go after Asa next season? Who's left - Shervin? And, that's only if Shervin decides to/is asked back as a main part of the group, and not just a "friend of". What he did last night was beneath contempt. I don't like any of them, and I really wonder why I'm even watching this show, except for the fact that I'm an admitted Bravoholic, but I really think I'm done. I'm convinced that there is something out there that Reza is nervous about, and he thought he would cut it off before it could get out there.
  22. A 1970's life-sized Ken doll. I think that Ken may have also sported a permed-hair look back then.
