What a dreadfully dull game. I actually started reading my book somewhere in the middle of it. Boring, dry, dull contestants. Meh questions. Zzzzzzzzzzz.

I got confused on the FJ clue and screwed the order up. I was all messed up. I can only imagine doing it under the pressure those three were under. I didn’t actually think about it at the time but I’ve seen a few remarks about how Buzzy’s DD clue was just too ridiculously easy and I have to say I agree. That won him the game and it was super basic. Like high school level basic.

I watched the Facebook livestream of the three contestants the other day and they were so fun together. I’m really going to miss the ToC.

And now back to boring, drippy contestants. Sigh.

Epic comeback by Buzzy. Loved all three of these players. Alex was totally right. Best ever ToC because of amazing personalities. Poor Alan. I felt so bad for him. My husband said Freudian Slip as well.

My order of who I’d like to win is Austin, Alan and Buzzy. But I’d be perfectly fine with a Buzzy win. I really don’t dislike any of them. I just love Austin although Alan doing the robot won him major points from me. I just don’t love the twitchy anxiety. But funny, more relaxed Alan is a big plus.

I didn’t understand it either and given the answer, I feel like I should have. I still think Alan will win but I think Austin played well enough to have a decent lead and it’s unfortunate it didn’t work out that way. I was also surprised that Buzzy basically laid an egg. I wish all TOCs were as goofy and fun as this one. Trebeck doing the robot along with the contestant intros were all-time moments for me. I vastly prefer that playfulness to uncomfortable meltdowns like we witnessed the other night.

I thought transsexual could have been an acceptable answer only because I’m not sure there is an official thing the T stands for. I’ve heard several variations. And it’s 11 letters. (But he still shouldn’t have screwed it up. It’s an easy question).

I didn’t realize he added the “ed” and that is a big error. They should remove 400 bucks from Alan’s score tonight. The clue was clear.

Agree 100% plus I remember iPad criticisms of it being too big and clunky. Oh well.

I yelled tender fender bender too. That one was easy! I also hollered at Austin when he screwed up transgender. Dude! I said Ipad. I went through Austin’s exact same thought process. Poor Buzzy. His FJ guess was not good.

It is really infuriating how checked out Priestley was at this point (and for years before this point, honestly). He is a trash actor and he does himself no favors with his dead-eyed surliness as a substitute for any sort of emotion at all. He SUCKS and for him to be the moral center of the show is pathetic.

Aww, that’s nice of Buzzy (and Austin). I hope Lisa feels proud that she made it that far because she really was a very impressive player. Anyone who makes it that far is no slouch.

We had a Reagan biography called Dutch in my house. What an easy question. The book was terrible. i thought Pranjal’s cat story was cute. I also liked Tim and felt bad that he was basically a non factor. I am resigned to Alan winning it all. It’s not like I dislike him per se but he’s just not my style. And he looks like a kid.

Not sure why anyone would expect a person who was so clearly out of it to behave rationally re: the scrip pad. That’s likely why he never got a chance to try and fill it...because he would have been seen through in a minute.

One thing I noticed about the show and maybe it’s because I watch the NFL and have seen many horrific injuries but there’s no way that the hit Kevin took would have resulted in a shattered knee. It looked more like a concussion. His knee wasn’t even touched nor was it at an awkward angle. I realize it would be too hard to film what something like that would really look like but it sure wouldn’t look like that.

I thought he was saying “I’m in pain” because he was in withdrawal and just wanted meds which seems like what an addict would say in the throes of a breakdown.

Yup. I miscarried at 10 weeks. I was really shocked at the reveal that Kate lost the baby even though I kind of thought that would happen. Maybe I was shocked to be right or that they did it so soon.

I thought Justin Hartley was wonderful this episode. His desperation on the lawn at the end really got me.

I think Jason from tonight was the one who organized it, didn’t he?
