S03.E21: A Secret Letter and a Lowly Disc of Processed Meat

I love that both were in the Toy Story franchise - as Rex and Bo Peep, respectively. Of course, Zoe Perry's mom (Laurie Metcalf, Mary of TBBT) voiced Andy's mom. -

Kudos all around. The poignant, even heartbreaking family moments were balanced by the perfect egging scene featuring Meemaw and Georgie. Dale had it coming!! Kudos to the foreshadowing of "Fun With Flags". -

"I am not a piece of FURNITURE, Mr. Stone!!!" RIP, Ms. Knight. -
You seriously scared me there for a minute!! For your sake, I hope this won't happen (and I still have doubts that they will even make it to the altar. Not due to the pandemic, but when I see them I have vibes like I did when she was with Ben Affleck.).

He was also the last of the regular Green Acres cast to go. God rest you, kind sir. ππ -
Yes, she was on. Maybe it was last week...I can't remember. All the days seem the same now. π

I hope they do, too. In the meantime, it's great that they have checked in with their regular guest hosts: Carnie, Brigitte, Jodie Sweetin.

I also enjoyed Brian Dennehy as Bobby Knight in that TV movie some years ago. He was also chilling in an episode of SVU as a dying convict. Terrific talent; may he RIP. -
This story just cracked me up. Just because you're a MLB pitcher doesn't mean you still can't accidentally break a window. OOOPS!! π³ππ https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.cbssports.com/mlb/news/watch-dodgers-joe-kelly-breaks-window-while-throwing-a-baseball-in-his-backyard/amp/

The Wendy Williams Show - General Discussion

Hopefully permanently!! -
I always have to watch On Demand here in Ohio because the governor and director of health give their daily briefing at 2 PM EST.
-
I was watching it, too - as well as some of the Indians' playoff games from 1995 on Fox Sports Ohio. Gotta love the old school graphics and fonts (both on the scoreboards and on the TV screens), but lament the sponsors that no longer exist/bought out by conglomerates (Revco, Stop N Shop, Society Bank). I also applaud whoever finally decided to put the score and the balls/strikes/out tallies at the corners of the screen - post 1995, obviously. While we await new MLB games, watching the classic games have been a nice trip down memory lane. 25 years???? Has it been that long already? Scary.

COVID19 has also claimed the life of actor Forrest Compton, best known for his nearly 14-year run on The Edge of Night. His castmate Sharon Gabet confirmed the news on her FB page. https://shelterislandreporter.timesreview.com/2020/04/04/town-announces-the-first-deaths-from-coronavirus/ -

Uh...yeah, ESPN!! That was the game-changer. It was all over then. How could they cut that moment of all moments??? π‘π

He wasn't in country music, but if we're talking music in general, add Bill Withers. So sad. π₯ -
You know Monk would be saying "I told you so" to everyone in sight, if he wasn't suffering from a complete nervous breakdown in his apartment. He'd be surrounded by hoarded cases of various disinfectants and, of course, toilet paper.

Yesterday, Joe posted a video on Twitter and FB. He offered words of encouragement, and added that he and Kathy are just fine. Check it out - it's great!! (So help me, I still can't figure out how to embed tweets!!) https://mobile.twitter.com/LtJoeKenda/status/1243178849883566080
