  1. Good, but some convenient plot holes. Even though they cut the power I still would have put on the boots. I really didn't think they'd have them swim. So Lonni is the mole in the Empire. He needs to learn the value of wearing a hood. Luthen's monologue was mostly bullshit. You're an old man and lived a full life. Get over yourself. Not sure what Cinta is doing other than being a bit obvious.
  2. This excites me 100X more than the Carol Kane announcement on SNW.
  3. Also, the protective netting wasn't a requirement until 2002-2003. Nobody had them in 1988. [Hockey parent mode off]
  4. My vote is for Sadavir Errinwright from The Expanse or Sean Renard from Grimm.
  5. https://www.yahoo.com/entertainment/les-moonves-paramount-pay-9-171226163.html Expect the unexpected? Well, not really.
  6. Very well done. The meeting and discussion with Kitty O'Neill was priceless. RIP.
  7. Another excellent episode. Poor Bix. I thought Ulaf was going to get his hand smashed or something. Somehow Syril is going to step in it. They've spent waay too much time on him for his role to be trivial. I see murder/suicide in his future. If Perrin is "playing" the bored politician's spouse, he's doing a good job. Otherwise he's just a pretentious dickhead. Maybe he'll start to suspect things and Vel will arrange an "accident".
  8. Did I miss the part where a hologram was capable of three dimensions and mass?
  9. Excellent episode until they ended up at Bob's. That took all the air out of the segment for me. That show is painful, both visually and aurally.
  10. One very minor nitpick - usually the animation is good, but all of the people is Ahsoka's village looked like they were wearing fancy hats, not that they were Togruta.
  11. Quentin's book sounds interesting. I need to check my library soon.
  12. Good season finale! LOTS of death, and a deep-meta planet named for Alf's neighbor (Mrs. Ochmonek) I figured the ending would be a little more somber. Picard, ever the philanthropist. T'Lyn? Meh. Fuck Badgey.
  13. Wow, I just noticed this thread. Sorry. Anyway: People wishing for the "good ol' days" of Belushi, Eddie, and and the rest need to watch entire shows from the 70s and 80s and not just the "Best Ofs". The shows back then weren't much better. The Coneheads weren't funny, and Ed Grimley is one of the lamest characters ever created. I'm still convinced Fred Armisen had pictures of Lorne with dead hookers. He was the most consistently unfunny performer of the last 20 years and kept getting airtime. The fact that his audition contained "Fericito the timbale player" tells you all you need to know.
  14. She should be smart enough to realize that he is just like her, just much more socially awkward. Her hypocrisy in treating him like that seems misplaced. We shall see.
  15. So good. Mon and her friend are feeling the vise close, and her husband isn't stupid. The quick scene with her daughter was odd. I guess Cinta's plot armor got her out safe, but Vel doesn't seem happy (is she the spoiled rich girl?) Poor Bix. I was hoping Cinta would help out. The prison scenes were well done, just enough. Saw is too stubborn and suspicious for his own good. His aging didn't look quite right. The music had a very distinct Tangerine Dream/Michael Mann 80's vibe and it worked well.
  16. This is all I would be interested in watching. Hope it gets posted to the P+ website or YouTube.
  17. Planting evidence is dirty, regardless of the guilt or innocence of the party you're trying to frame. Especially when your own stupidity got legitimate evidence tossed. No closing arguments? Really? Is that even possible? I think they left legal stuff out, too. "One time is chance, twice is a coincidence, the third and fourth times denote a pattern. The prosecution rests, your Honor."
  18. I like how the Toledo cops have partners - one of the cars looked like it had three in it. Addy Perez is a freaking saint and a good cop. Some of the others on this show would have had that moron in cuffs and sitting in his own piss. Officer NotChrisRock is good, too. "Oh, that needle?" WTF.
  19. Not really the same thing, but I understand. "GisOnMe" even bothered Quagmire, (although he was showing the house.) The miscarriage joke was just cruel.
  20. Nice turnaround from last week. A very solid episode.
  21. Satisfying finale. Daemon assuming Viserys was murdered was just plain ridiculous The stillbirth scene went on way too long - we get it I want the table map as my wallpaper King Zachgalifinakis Baratheon seemed rather airheaded I thought for sure that Luke was a misdirect and he would escape. and that his brother would end up dead, but I understand Was waiting for "Burn them all" as the closing line
  22. I can handwave the phone showing because it turns out everyone they showed it to seems to be involved with or suspicious of time travel anyway.
  23. I thought (maybe) the new ship was going to be rooted in some Starbase 80 black ops project. Oh well. Mariner is where she belongs for now. Once she gets to see the gray area of being a freelancer she may have an epiphany. Freeman came out of this looking real bad all around.
  24. Reba's bad fillers or whatever up the creepy factor for me. Her face is like a mask, and I think she's wearing a wig.
  25. Looks amazing, but I'm always cautious of Gibson adaptations. Seems like a mashup of eXistenZ, Ready Player One, and Inception. I'll give it a shot.
