To most fans, Arya can do no wrong. I think she's a homicidal psychopath, and one of my least favorite characters. So yeah, I hear you. But I'm clearly in the minority.

In reality, that all depends on the state - many states recognize doctor-patient privilege, so a doctor would not report her patient's confession nor be compelled to testify. Ava is already dead, so it's not as though the doctor would be reporting an unknown crime or an impending crime, either. But, since Salem USA has laws that change on a daily basis, who really knows.

According to Wikipedia, his name is Jackson Steven Kiriakis. So they might have meant it like Jackson "Sonny" Kiriakis, instead of saying "Jackson Kiriakis, aka Sonny Kiriakis."

Lucas and Justin (and Adrienne) were all getting along - why does a new writer have to make them jerks towards each other? I find this to be stupid already... but I'll give it a chance.

I don't know if Aiden was screwed over for Rafe, but I do disagree that Bo was. It was PR's choice to leave, and I think the writers then said "oh crap." My guess is that the writers thought Bo giving Rafe his blessing would be a way to smooth over Bo's death and the impending Hope/Rafe relationship with the fans. That seems to have backfired, but that's my guess on their intention. Aiden... well, I can't explain Aiden. That was just a big ol' mess from the start, in my opinion.

I'm getting caught up on the week... Gabi is a personal stylist? For who, hookers? She. Looks. Horrible. I would never hire a personal stylist who dresses herself like that. Lucas and Kate live in the same town, so how do Billie and Austin find out first? I do like Kate and Andre together as comedic relief. Nice to see Victor standing and walking, even if it wasn't for long. JJ didn't do it, but I still don't have a good guess of who did. I don't think it was Sonny either. Hope, Rafe, Eli, and Lani have been ruled out? Maybe it was Gabi, she's murdered before. But getting rid of her would make me too happy, so I'm sure that's not it. Paul?
