  1. The opening scene with the riders in the school is one of the creepiest I've seen on this show. This season is off to a great start so far.
  2. Tim: "Please take advantage of the Brother sewing room" Me: "Shut it TG, the designers are going to glue gun their garments" Coming next season to Project Runway - the Elmer glue gun room.
  3. I'm the opposite. I find Billie awesome. Loved the snarky dialog between her and Dean. She's doesn't show up very often so her character is nowhere close to being annoying.
  4. Because everything has to be open concept. Apparently house hunters thinks enclosed rooms are the devil's playground.
  5. I hated that finale episode. It was all choppy and kept jumping around between various reality shows and reality. Hopefully this format was a one-season novelty and we'll get back to an actual, fluid storyline next season.
  6. Another episode where Jess is the weakest character of the bunch.
  7. As soon as I saw Mah-Jing's outfit, I thought he was going home. She looked like she walked out with the hairdresser's smock in the middle of a bleach job. From her distant demeanor, I wouldn't be surprised if she's just trying to hide her hatred of it.
  8. I've never seen a challenge with so many unfinished edges before, especially team blue's. Seriously, Just run the garments through a serger if you have to. ETA: Tim using his save on Corny was just another blatant attempt at his own redemption. He might as well be wearing a 'Please Like Me' sign around his neck.
  9. That's just Nina's pathetic attempt at being youthful and relevant. I'd love her to be replaced with Rebecca Minkoff.

    S07.E02: The Well

Strangely, the part that annoyed me the most in this episode was that kid that didn't want to eat his veggies and trying to run off to see the movies/stay up late to read. There's something about insulated children oblivious to the hardships around them that just drive me nuts.
  11. That was one tedious episode. Luckily I was able to fast forward most of it and watched the entire thing in less than 15 min. If this season's going to be a lot of long ass speeches and grandstanding by Teegan with gratuitous violence in between, then I'm out. I'll check out the next episode and decide.
  12. They probably got paid a few thousand dollars for their story and appearance in the first season of the show so I'm sure they're fine financially. Their rationale for coming back just doesn't make sense.
  13. Announcing that only one person alive at the end is a mistake IMO. It's a minor reveal and probably expected by most viewers, but it's a HUGE spoiler.
  14. That's probably what I'd do too - buy a reasonable property and save the rest as spending money or go travelling. No point in buying a McMansion and constantly worry if you'll have enough to afford the property taxes in the future.
  15. Just like we're scraping the bottom of the barrel for design talent on this show, it looks like the same is also happening for the models. That model wearing the white sneakers stomping down the runway should be banished from the show immediately.
  16. This site is so spot on. It should be required reading for anyone not building a townhouse or condo.
  17. OMG bingo! They're practically doppelgangers of each other. Cornelius can go next week.
  18. It looks like they're planning to have everyone on this show die except Matt, Shelby, and Lee. This is pretty lame. I think random Uber driver is the only one who's made it out alive.
  19. From the site linked above: YES to an antichrist theme! I'm still a little sad that Damien is cancelled.
  20. This! Just do it on the freaking dinning room table like most people. To me, a crafting room is just a notch below a gift-wrapping room on the pretentious scale.
  21. I vote Lyanna Mormont be the new leader of the north. For a little girl, she can sure put the men in their places. And that is one neat teleporter that Varys has there.
  22. That thing made zero sense to me. To transform it to a bed they had to take the headboard from the loft, then slide some two ottomans side-by-side and then slap 3 sections of foam together. It seems like so much effort when they could have gone with a ready-made sofa bed designed for this purpose. It also would have been a hell of a lot more comfortable too.
  23. The dire toilet situation in these places has me questioning why they'd choose to inflict this nightmare on themselves? Composting toilets where concerns for overuse is always at the back of your mind? Smells coming from "dry flush" toilets and bags that get full if you pee more than 2-3 times? This all seems like backwards evolution, so to think that people actually chose to live like this is insane to me. I don't know about you guys, but a flushing toilet connected to the sewer system is a must-have life essential for me.
  24. This! The thought of living in a box with only one door to exit and windows which may or may not open scares the crap out of me.
