Plus my dad told me to. Employer: How often do you go on vacation? Evan: At least every other month. But we'd like to go every month. Can I get about twelve weeks paid vacation a year? Employer: Um. We'll think about that. Evan: Hey, cool! Oh yeah, I know I said I could start next week, but my wife's little sister is getting married, so can I take vacation next week?

It might not be that outrageous to normal people, but considering all their extras, they might well have screwed themselves. I can't see Carlin going without her manicures or Starbucks or trips here and there. They got a manicure for a toddler, for crying out loud!

In all fairness to the other Bateses, idiot Carlin is NOT their responsibility any more. She's a married adult with two children of her own, not a minor or even living at home. Then add in the, ahem, suggestion that she's at minimum exaggerating, and I wouldn't help her out either. I have epilepsy. It runs on three sides of my family. It is NOT typical for someone with epilepsy to need 24-hour care. I have only heard of that for children with rare, intractable epilepsies who usually have significant developmental delays as well.

He shouldn't get unemployment. He wasn't laid off -- he was fired because he didn't come back to work. What a pair of fudging dumbasses those two are. He's already well on his way. It just occurred to me that the idiots had this planned all along, and that's why they were in such a big hurry to get a mortgage and buy a house. They knew they wouldn't be able to get a mortgage after Dumbfuck #1 quit the job he spent five years training for. Dumbfuck #2's vanity project isn't going to show enough income on paper for them to get anything on her income alone.

I think that's one reason newly retired people can have a hard time adjusting to nonworking life. Time? What do I do with all this time? I get bored after a week of no work, and I have a couple hundred books to read, foster cats to take care of, and a zillion chores to do. I also keep a clean house (ahem Carlin). Topic: I wonder what they get at Target. They can't be buying diapers and wipes every day, right?

Preach. It's not even as if they read books or volunteer or do anything worthwhile (or even keep a clean house -- ahem Carlin). It's sleep in, do makeup, go to Starbucks, get nails done, go to Bigot Bird or Sonic, go to Target, go home, make a video, maybe spend a few hours a week at their vanity "boutique."

Isn't it free shipping over $35? Or free only with Red card? There is a Target two miles from me so I just do curbside. Then again, I don't feel the need to visit Starbucks on every visit, or to take videos, or to take photos with my mouth hanging open to impress my Instagram followers.
