I used to really like Nathan Fillion, but after the whole Castle mess, I just have not been able to deal with him. I’m aware that’s probably quite unfair, but....🤷🏻‍♀️ The whole thing just really left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m glad for Brandon that he’s getting work, but I wouldn’t be able to watch this even for him. 😢

Just found out about this. I’m very surprised to be honest. I figured Legends would go before Black Lightning. And yeah, I’m dubious about a Painkiller spinoff, but.... okay. That’s an interesting development.

I really enjoyed that. Although I was convinced the Child was going to get kidnapped or something when Din left him there in the school. I was relieved to see him in the RazorCrest. Hahaha “onboard maintenance” indeed. 😂

I was terrified when Din left the Child with the Frog couple. After last week, I was sure we were going to find him eating tadpoles! 😳 Whew! It didn’t happen - so relieved! 😂 That thing at the end - was that a stowaway from last week or something they picked up from their dip in the water? I couldn’t tell. I did the same thing! 😄 I mean, I know obviously he’d be rescued somehow, but still! I felt like that guy was acting suspicious but I didn’t see that coming! But how did that other Mandalorian rescue the child if Din couldn’t? As for the rest of it, it was interesting as far as Mandalorian history/culture, but I didn’t realize until I came here that the red-haired woman was a character from the animated shows. I kind of thought she was lying to Din and was going to end up betraying him. I think I have some catching up to do. Oh no. How terrible. 😂

Thank you for this - it’s what I came here looking for. I’ve only watched five of the existing movies, and none of the animated series, but after today’s episode I’m interested in catching up on the backstory/history here. But I wasn’t sure of where everything fit in sequence. This was very helpful.

Yes, that part was adorable. And the look he gives Mando after he kills the guy who took his jet pack....like “really, Dad?” 😂

After intending to watch this show for months, I finally got around to it, and ended up watching all ten episodes over a couple of days. 😄 That said, I kinda wish this wasn’t the episode where I caught up, because this was easily my least favorite episode so far. I didn’t hate it, but 1) spiders. Ugh. *shudders* I hate spiders and this was pure nightmare fuel. And 2) the whole egg thing. I’m not going to obsess about it, and it helps a bit that the eggs weren’t fertilized (I don’t think that part had really clicked until I read through this thread), but it was disturbing. As soon as the Child saw the container I thought “oh no. Surely not.“ And then they did go there. And kept doing it! 🤦🏻‍♀️ *sigh* Well hopefully we’ll get a good episode tomorrow. In the meantime, maybe I’ll go back and rewatch Mando kicking ass in The Prisoner and forget about giant spiders. *shudders again*. 😄 Or maybe just rewatch the first part, before they picked up Frog Lady. I enjoyed that part.

Since someone else mentioned it, I think sending Kara to the future might actually be a strong possibility. As far as which Arrowverse show will end next, if Grant is on board for another two seasons, then I think Legends will be the next to go (although maybe not this year). I don’t think any of the other shows are close to ending.

One thing I found frustrating was how Sara didn’t have any significant scenes with Zari 2.0. Or Zari 1.0 when she reappeared, for that matter. I know Tala and Jes are apparently best friends, but Sara and Zari were friends. It would have been nice to have something there. 😕 Honestly, I really will not at all be surprised if this ends up being Caity’s last season.

It’s interesting what’s not being said. No one sounds shocked or upset about it. Sounds like it was not at all a surprise.

I think they’ll keep The Flash as long as Grant Gustin wants to do it. But his contract is up after this season, so....🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m guessing this is referring to a deleted scene? I couldn’t find it. But yeah, I’m starting to think maybe I should walk away now before it ends up ruining the whole show for me retroactively. I ended up deleting my Tumblr account this weekend. I just, yeah. A lot of stressors going on right now. I love Sara and I love the show, or at least the non-Ava parts of it, but I’m starting to think maybe I should just let it go. *insert appropriate gif😂*

I agree; not surprised at all. I was expecting this. I think it might have been announced earlier, but the shutdown affected the timing of a lot of things.

They don’t have their facts quite straight; those shows were never on DC Universe (likely because they’re still on Netflix).
