  1. I watched today. This show is no fun anymore. It's just tedious and illogical.
  2. Right? She was all, fuck Jack but don't hurt Billy. Just when ya think that ya couldn't hate her anymore than you already do...
  3. Brooke needs to call Child Protective Services, for real this time! LOL. They are building up to a big take-down for Sheila. And while she deserves it, I don't want to see Deacon caught in the cross-fire.
  4. It makes no sense that Deacon could get a specific judge to be the judge appointed to Sheila's case, and get his friend the judge to let her off scott free (pun intended)(although Lauren crossed over to B&B and had problems with Sheila here, I'm not sure non-Y&R viewers will know the reference) but he was never able to get himself out of jail any time he was incarcerated. It was a thrill to see David Kimball I must admit, but then it was like, huh? Deacon had a judge in his pocket and never used him until now?
  5. Y&R used to have characters on for years who didn't know each other, and paths never crossed. (Now every story line on the show is like a clown car, everyone piles on.) David Kimball was Jill's secretary/admin. assistant for years before he turned into a bad guy. Ultimately, he died a horrific death in a trash compactor at a costume party gala while people watched. But before that he forced a plastic surgeon at gun point to make him look like David Hasselhoff, (who played Snapper on Y&R), only the plastic surgeon knew that David Kimball was going to kill him after the surgery, so the surgeon did this to him instead -
  6. Boy, that affair was fast. It lasted about a few weeks in our time and about four days in GC time. Oh P&E - Happiest of Birthdays to you!
  7. It seemed like it was supposed to be Kelly that hit Deliah, but for some crappy reason mid-story they switched it to Adam. I would love it if they would revisit that and prove that it wasn't Adam after all. That story could have a lot of impact and repercussions, if done well. They're back to that again? I thought they just dropped it and moved on.
  8. Here's another article: 'https://www.aol.com/news/billy-miller-young-restless-general-164704288.html
  9. LK was great as Felicia. It was such a waste that they didn't give her more story. I would love it if they brought her back.
  10. I'm going out on another limb and saying she is Morgan's daughter. IIRC, Morgan kidnapped Stuffy when she was a child. So we'd have a Stuffy tie-in. Amen.
  11. OMFG. My three fave parts are bolded above. Inspired genius! Best. Post. Ever.
  12. That rendition was nowhere near as good as the original.
  13. Well, color me even ruder. A very different image came to mind when I read your statement. ;)
  14. Yeah, she has. The only difference is now she is no longer able to do her "deer in the headlights" facial expression, which was her only "acting" ability. Maybe it was at the cleaners, maybe Nick was wearing it, we'll never know. Since JG took over, not only that but this show has made all of the women into bitches.
  15. To be fair, I don't think that Eric and Hayes have ever been in a scene together. I can't even remember that last time we saw Hayes. And I doubt that JMC watches the show. IIRC, Stuffy has said that to Finn multiple times, especially back in the beginning of all of this. But Finn wasn't hearing her. Didn't RJ come on around the time that the writers strike started. I'm wondering if his story got put on hold until it's over. Perhaps there is a "no new characters" edict until the strike is resolved and his story will feature a Forrester fit model or intern. But perhaps his story is slowly starting with Eric. I am interested in what's happening with this. Was Thursday's episode showcasing the acting chops of Stuffy and Fibberty Jibberty a new low for this show?
  16. Here outside of Gotham City we had the rerun. My cable guide showed that it would be a rerun from 2023, so I knew that it would be disappointing. But it was nice to see Mamie, Jill and Traci. B&B had a rerun from 2022. So it was a cbs thing. I guess the excuse was the writers strike. Or supply chain issues.
  17. I watched today's rerun of the HFTF fashion show. The first time I saw it I thought Liam was a douche. But seeing it again after all the crap he's done, man he seemed even douchier. And boy oh boy, we need a good $Bill story, and not some sappy which-Logan-does-he-love-this-week story. But most of all - Douglas was there! Someone needs to program the ai to write him in now and then. I'm afraid he'll be all grown up the next time we see him.
  18. It was at the start of the scene, surely they could have stopped right there and done another take. I think it will turn out to be someone else. And this prompts the Forrester-Finnegans to go on a pregnancy leave/vaca. I doubt the hospital where he works will even notice that he's gone.
  19. He was nothing as Austin. But he is terrific as stalker psychopathic Thomas. And he is currently boinking his obsession. I don't know where they are going to take the story, but he still looks like he is scheming all the time. Someone in that forum described him as having a "resting evil face". Make mine gluten-free, please. Could be. And part could be, in a word, spermgate. Ashley had herself inseminated without Grampire's consent and tried to keep it a secret. While it was Hope who broke things off with Grampire. So to Nikki, Adam could represent that Grampire would have been with Hope instead of her. Maybe JG has a word of the day screen saver.
  20. Good. If even the Daily Mail is panning the show maybe the powers that be will finally kick JG to the curb. And off it. And into the sewer. With the rats.
  21. Didn't it seem like Eric and RJ were making funny faces at each other? I wonder if the actors were trying to make each other laugh, or if the guy who plays RJ is just weird?
  22. As much as I hate Sludge, I'd prefer a recast of the character. Either someone really good (at acting and looking) or Ronn Moss. I will never come to terms with the current recast. Sludge, blech.
  23. And not only that, but it seems like every month the companies merge or split or get renamed and all of the CEOs and COOs play musical chairs. There's no real build up to any of that. None of what is happening happens as an event. I lost track of who works where under what meaningless title. We never see them working anyway, or even hanging out in the break room. Just boinking in GrouchoMop's office. It's all constantly changing. And it's all supposed to be big? But it's not. It's just, "so what?", and, "oh, (s)he's back at Jabot/Newman/Hamiltonwhateverthefuckitiscallednow?". And it's really pretty illogical even to us non-CEOs or heirs to major companies. Hey, Subway just got sold. Think they'll get sold again next month? And again the month after that? And then merge with a social media company? And branch out into gaming and podcasts where disgruntled relatives bitch about the current CEOs? Show of hands of anyone impressed (or not laughing) with the state of X (formerly known as Twitter) - anyone? There are no business stories on this show anymore.
