  1. So, did Jughead and Archie have a falling out because Jughead became homeless and didn't want Archie to know? Where is Jughead living now? In a Blossom mausoleum? Thing is you know Archie's father would take him in and the house seems bigger than necessary, so it is a puzzler to me.
  2. I thought breaking into the bathroom when she doesn't respond and finding her with a pregnancy test might make sense, so yeah. Has to be a pregnancy storyline at some point.
  3. It seems really overdone, It might be what Cheryl felt it was like, giving us an insight into her head. I think the overreaction was because it was the dress she was wearing the morning when she was last with Jason. I'm not sure if everyone would know that. Photo in the paper? Later in the show doesn't the mother 'threaten' her with boarding school in Europe? Oh, please, Brer Fox..... Was Jason the only one smart enough to want to get out of Crimson Peaks? also, that dinner party that Veronica was invited to? Was anything served except maple doused ham?
  4. Works for me!
  5. Thanks, I wasn't sure. Still, the mother controlling her daughter's duo personas with shades of lipstick is intriguing, too bad....
  6. I just caught up with this. So, Cheryl says 'he was supposed to come back.' and then we find out he was shot a week later. Hey, zombies? Some strange witchy twin ritual and when he came back wrong she had to shoot him? Just sayin... Is there another place in town where the kids hang out because Pop's must be crowded on Saturday night. Maybe that's why everyone frequents the river's edge. If Veronica's mother is scraping by as a waitress why is Veronica giving out roses and mani-pedi coupons? Did I miss something? I found myself wishing for more Luke Perry, frankly, and in a less inane roll. Something in a brioche. Why can't I spell? He seems to be like a father bot, hoping for character development. In general I think that the interactions between people don't seem to really be part of an interwoven net of story, yet, just individual interactions between people. Maybe that will change.
  7. I'll watch it to see Alan Tudyk on the screen every week and there is the potential for him ending up to be the Tom Thumb of the family. Bruce seems to be kind of a jerk, and face it, he probably is a jerk. The cast looks like different people, always appreciated, I prefer it to the shows where it takes me a year to figure out who's who.
  8. I kept on hoping for zombies and witches, maybe a sarcastic cat? It doesn't seem to have much humor or its own personality.
  9. A long time ago I spent some time in a small town in Iowa. There aren't many lakes in Iowa and this town wasn't particularly huge but there were a lot of mansions and luxury cabins around the lake. There was a country club, too.
  10. It's the weird bushy eyebrows, giving him that werewolf crazy look. The weird bushy dyed eyebrows :-)
  11. I think we were supposed to see Veronica as happy with Piz. She says so, to Mac. Also we see she is sexually insecure and Piz is letting her gain confidence before they take that step and he joins her in homework and in going to activities. Logan is, first off, by definition (look around) an emotional vampire and Veronica, like Keith, is a stayer, not a runner like Lianne (an unpopular opinion). I think the show tried to break Logan and Veronica up over and over, showing it was a horrible relationship and that fans and the network wouldn't let it go--which I think is why the ratings fell and the show was eventually cancelled. If Logan had disappeared to rehab at the end of season two maybe he could have reappeared in season four as a friend. I suspect that is unpopular. Also: I like Keith but I think he wasn't the best father during the period of the show, but that it was probably okay. I think the worst thing that happened to veronica was Logan taking the gun away from her on the roof, if he was concerned he should have talked her down. Being raped with her own taser and then essentially having control taken away again was really the worst outcome. I don't know that she would have shot Cassidy anyway, but it was a moment when she could choose between justice and revenge and Logan made it all about him. And to all, enjoyed reading this unpopular opinion thread. Unpopular opinions are the best.
  12. I'm not sure we have the whole picture yet, but I think one can make a case for Chidi's motivations being self seeking, he was seeking always to not make a mistake (or to not feel guilt) and not considering the feelings or needs of others. Self centeredness seems to be a bad place qualification, Mindy certainly has it, too.
  13. If that happens, and it sounds like a theme, they'd have to have access to the whole system, which seems to be mostly lava monster inhabited physical torture based hell. Maybe Janet?
  14. I think we're going to see a lot of bumbling, good-hearted Michael, but we will know that he is evil, conniving....adding another layer.
