  1. Hasn't Zak always spoke like that in the narrative? I don't notice anything different this season.
  2. I would have to agree. I'm not a big fan of Roseanne herself. I like Dan, Jackie, Becky, Darlene, and even the new kid Mark more
  3. I is for Instant success, which is what this revival became.
  4. I wasn't a big fan of the episode. It's probably my least favorite in this season so far. Still, there was some pretty funny jokes in there. I wish that Lou was in it a bit more. He could have been a nice source for comedy.
  5. Yeah, I really only watch this show because of the nature, and my interest in bigfoot. It's not like I was expecting them to ever actually find one, or get much evidence.
  6. Yeah, my sister is a big fan of Shameless. I don't really watch it myself, but from what I've seen in Shameless, Emma Kenney seems to have a very similar personality in that show to Roseanne. And talking about aging, Becky certainly doesn't look 43. I think she could pass as late 20's. Does anyone agree?
  7. Yeah, I don't think any of us expect this revival to do as good as it has been. I wonder if this will pave the way for more revivals of old sitcoms in the future.
  8. Season 3 on DVD came out today. Has anyone got it? The asking price is pretty steep. If I get, I'll wait until the price is lower.
  9. P is for Patriarch. Dan is the Patriarch of the family.
  10. I loved it when Roseanne made a beeping sound to make it sound like the machine in the grocery store scanned her item. Just classic. Also, I had a similar reaction to her and Jackie when Bev talked about having sex. I have a feeling we'll see more of Darlene and David together.
  11. R.I.P. Harry Anderson. It's a shame he had to die this soon.
  12. Weird. I don't remember that part. Either way, it's still not a surprise. Zak has taken several risks in the show before.
  13. You mean that haunted doll's foot in that l last Halloween special? I'm not too surprised, to be honest, after the risks Zak took in the show before.
  14. To be honest, Larry is my least favorite of the four main characters. He can be pretty funny, sure, but his greed gets the best of him sometimes, and it happens a bit too much.
  15. The show is coming back tonight. The new episode will be about the Ripley's Believe It or Not museum, which should be pretty interesting.
  16. Does anyone remember Susan from the first two seasons? I wonder whatever happened to her. I guess they decided she wasn't needed anymore with the introduction of Jennifer and Mary-Anne?
  17. Let's talk about Jennifer and Mary-Anne, the most prominent characters, after Larry and Balki. Besides Balki, these girls are my favorite characters in the show. They are perfect girlfriends for the main characters, and to be honest, they are hot too. Nice legs and everything.
  18. I like Balki's silly, yet logical personality. Whenever Larry has a stupid plan to make money or something, Balki is always there to try and put sense into him.
  19. Yeah, I think that has something to do with it. I bought the DVD set for the first two seasons a couple years back. DVDs for the rest of the series has been in the talks here: http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/news/Perfect-Strangers-DVDs-Plans-Updated/23803
  20. I'm currently in the process of watching the entire series on Hulu. I'm on Season 5 right now. I never really watch this show back in its heyday. It wasn't until later on through reruns on TV and now, Hulu that I've been watching it.
  21. I'm leaving Steve Urkel out of this, since I'm sure 95% of the people will say he's their favorite character. This also applies to any other character played by Jaleel White, such as Stefan and Myrtle. For me, probably Eddie and his best friend Waldo. The episodes focusing on them are some of my favorites. They remind me of Kenan and Kel, before they became a thing.
  22. I just seen the episode recently where Jack has two dates and has to balance them both recently. Great episode, and one of my favorites.
  23. Well, it's not as bad as on the channel Logo, where they literally cut minutes of the old sitcoms they air, right? Either way, there's one incentive of just buying shows on DVD.
  24. Not all reality shows are bad. It seems whenever people hear the name of the genre said, they shudder, so I can say this is unpopular to a certain degree. The ones you see on MTV and stuff, yes, but outside of that, there's some very interesting ones.
  25. I never saw the original show, but I'm interested in this. Maybe they could revisit the End of the World concept, as they apparently did that one before.
