Yeah, I have zero interest in that show. Besides my bias in being squeamish against a lot of graphic violence, the show just seems really boring.

Spotlight-Stealing Squad, when one or more characters dominate a show, leaving the other supposed main and recurring stars out of focus. Just because a side character becomes very popular, doesn't mean you need to make them the main focus of the show.

Laugh tracks are a case-by-case basis for me. Shows like The Big Bang Theory has a horrible laugh track, and I would even watch the show more if the laugh track wasn't so annoying and intrusive. But then some other sitcoms implement it a bit better.

I'm loving the show so far. Though, I haven't watched the latest episode yet, but I will be sure to soon. I look forward to what's in store for Lena in the future, because she really doesn't seem all bad. If anything, I could see her turning against Magica later on.

That was a huge stand out of the episode. I love it when they actually capture that stuff, because after all, isn't that why we watch shows like Ghost Adventures?

Not legally, I don't think. But SpongeBob is airing all the time, so chances are, you'll catch a rerun soon enough.

Yeah, it was a great episode. This is some of best evidence they've ever gotten in an episode.

Season 14 starts on March 25th, according to Zap2it. I can't wait.

It's time to go with the traditional of doing new episode threads on this site, and do them for SpongeBob. And what better episode to do it on than the 200th overall episode? Also, note that this is the final Season 9 episode to air. Despite the fact that episodes from Season 10 already started airing, Season 9 still had a few episodes left. Anyway, watch this video for a teaser: "Goodbye Krabby Patty" premieres tonight at 7 PM EST. I'll post my thoughts here after the episodes airs.

I didn't like how they didn't even test any myths in the Grand Finale. I thought they should have done the biggest myth ever done on the show as a send off.

I like both of the Christmas specials. I always thought it was interesting how the rest of the residents of Bikini Bottom had no idea what Christmas was, until Sandy told them about it.

You know, I wish Billie Young appeared in other seasons besides Season 2. I wonder what happened to her anyway.

Not to mention, by the time Jefferson came around, the studio audience have just became too intrusive, with long howls and claps anytime any of the characters entered the scene. and the laughing being more annoying than ever.

I just got Season 2 on DVD. I watched the first three episodes, and I thought they were great. I'm also considering to get Seasons 1 and 3. But the seasons after that seem to be rather expensive.

I would say Steve. I like Steve's more snarky attitude over the handsomeness of Jefferson. I wish Steve would have never left the show.

Mr. Furley for me. I like his over-the-top expressions. I'm not a big of the Ropers, to be honest.

The show doesn't seem to air anywhere here, currently (I don't have Laff). Oh well, I plan to get one of the Season DVDs of this soon. I'll think I'll get Season 2, as it some episodes that I seem to be rather interested in..

Out of the current two SpongeBob theatrical movies (a third one is planned), which one do you prefer? I prefer Sponge Out of the Water. I thought it took the best parts of the first movie (SpongeBob and friends going out and saving the Krusty Krab, them being above water), and improved upon them. I liked the whole superhero homage too. It's a really fun movie, overall.

The creator of the show seems to consider both of them the bad guy. Plankton is obviously intended to be the bad guy between the two though. When it comes to side-characters, I've always liked Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy. It's just too bad that they (or at least Mermaid Man) may never have a speaking appearance in the show again, due to Ernest Borgnine's death (they've only been seen in cameos since then).

My favorite character is probably just SpongeBob himself. Sandy is up there too. Patrick and Mr. Krabs used to be my favorites, but not so much in recent years.

That growl they captured in the latest episode was amazing.

The show is currently on its 10th season. But yeah, it's a widespread agreement that the first three seasons (1999-2004) are the best. Season 9 (2012-2016) and so far, Season 10 have been really good as well though. Have you seen any episodes in these seasons?
