  1. A good end to a brilliant season, with stellar acting, but what on earth happened to the Russian?
  2. I'm going to be very upset if Iris does die. She is so wonderful.
  3. Homeland has been amazing these last few episodes. Rupert Friend is just an incredible actor. Everyone else is amazing, but Rupert Friend is just something else. I'm not completely sure how to do screenshots, but the guy that saved Javadi from the Iranian Secret Service, looked exactly the same as the guy that the woman from the CIA gave Saul's phone too. I was just wondering if Javadi meeting Saul in the end was also part of Dar Adal's machinations...
  4. Very good episode. Loved that end scene with Elizabeth and her daughter. Was rather heartwarming.
  5. Really good episode. It's always a pleasure seeing the Chinese Ambassador.
  6. Great episode. Very funny, especially the horse stuff.
  7. Really good episode. Lots of exciting twists which is always a good thing. There are two things I'm confused by though. If the Senators brother is an Inhuman, shouldn't she be one too? It's to do with genetics right? The other thing is that she said that she made a pact with her brother, that if they became Inhumans, they would have to kill the other. Isn't the fact that the brother was in a cocoon for seven months imply that he is an Inhuman? Shouldn't she have just killed him as soon as he got in the cocoon?
  8. Fabulous premiere. Was gripped the whole way through. It's nice to have the gang back.
  9. Whilst the resolution between Israel and Iran was wrapped up very quickly, that was a brilliant episode. It would be nice to see more of Russell's wife in the future, I quite like her. Stevie has come on leaps and bounds since the first season.
  10. I love how Rowena was able to stop Lucifer. She is just fabulous.
  11. That was very enjoyable. I know there have only been three episodes but I like the emphasis on environmental issues we have been having. I find it odd how the FBI didn't seem the least bit concerned that someone had hacked the Secretary of State's house. Surely the family should move? I reckon the stalker will be Henry related rather than Elizabeth related.
  12. Really enjoyed that. Loved Gloria's accent problems. Couldn't stop laughing.
  13. That was the best episode of Season Ten so far. Loved it.
  14. I really liked that episode. Bernadette calling Amy a lunatic was probably the best part. Also loved the guys getting all excited with the retinal scanner. It's also interesting to note that in the past two episodes, Sheldon has had no aversion to touching people. Last episode there was that group hug between him, Leonard and Penny. This episode Sheldon and Leonard touching faces and holding Howard up. Love it!
  15. I quite liked that. For me the funniest parts were Mitchell and Cameron's grandma. Was also rather amused by Gloria's casual reaction to Manny being kidnapped. Can't say I would be bothered if Manny ever left. Always found him rather irritating.
  16. I thought it was a really good episode. I do hope we see more of Penny's family though.
  17. I really enjoyed Season Ten (some of it was less enjoyable), especially when Lionel Luthor was in the episodes. John Glover is probably one of the best actors to appear on the show and Lionel is just phenomenal. Was awesome seeing Zod again and loved Lex in the finale. Evil Clark is always fun to see. Darkseid was quite lacking as the main villain but at least we had Lionel. Also wasn't a fan of the Earth-2 scenes in Kent. Found them a bit dull. Didn't like the Booster Gold episode either. Have I mentioned how much I love Lionel? :P
  18. I guess it isn't a matter of being in proximity to the kryptonite but more to do with it being injected inside of you? The spaceship only blew up once Clark put the green octagon thing onto it. It could work in a similar way to Braniac.
  19. I wasn't referring to Braniac's spaceship. I think we have seen three spaceships on the programme - the pod Clark came in, Braniac's spaceship and Kara's. At the end of Season Two Clark destroyed his own spaceship with green kryptonite. I just figured that because the spaceship was made by Kryptonians and was destroyed by kryptonite, other machines like Braniac would be affected in a similar way. I like to think the dropped plotlines aren't exactly dropped but more to do with the audience working it out for themselves :P .
  20. Hi, I'm new here and have loved Smallville for better or for worse. I'm currently doing a rewatch of it all and have just finished Season Seven. Having never followed any forums or anything beforehand I thought I would give it a try to see what people thought. One of the things in this thread that stood out to me (I'm not really sure why, it is quite a minor thing) was that it was never stated why Brainiac got ill after trying to infect Chloe (or whatever it was he was trying to do). Anyway, I thought it might be because she was a meteor freak and so had kryptonite inside her body. It was said several times that Brainiac was created by kryptonians and we have seen that he isn't affected by kryptonite externally. However, as I'm blasting through the seasons at the moment, when Clark put the green kryptonite in his spaceship, it blew up. I figured that something similar must have happened to Brainiac. Hope that makes sense.
