Oliver as Jake Ryan. That is glorious.

As unhappy as I've been with the show this season, I am glad that they made me care about the characters and get re-interested in making music videos. It's a hobby I've missed.

The firefox extension has worked for me. I've started editing. Thank you all for the suggestions.
-
So I tried the site and it didn't work for me at all. I found out on google that there's a youtube download extension for firefox, and I'm going to give that a try.
-
Thanks. I'll give it a try.

I'm a big fan of Olicity Queen's clip posting especially since I'm not currently watching the show, but how do I get the clips from youtube on my computer. That's what I'm trying to figure out.

I've decided to get back into making music videos again and was wondering if anyone could either share their clips with me or tell me how to get clips.

I'm wondering if Joe will be found not guilty and be murdered after leaving jail. Then, season 3 would be about solving his murder. I don't know what to make of Claire and Lee. Is one guilty and the other covering or are they both guilty? Is this story is supposed to be like the case of Paul Bernardo and Karla Homolka ? Initially it was believed that Karla was a victim forced to aid her husband who raped an murdered women including Karla's sister, and she was offered a plea to testify against him. Later video tapes of the rapes were discovered showing she was an active participant, but it is was too late to withdraw the plea bargain. I still don't know how Claire's relationship with the dad factors into the case.

I'll Make Sure To Say I Love You When You're Not Listening - Oliver has had to face some hard truths in the week since the Count kidnapped Felicity, and his subsequent death. The man had been a deranged drug lord, but he'd also opened Oliver's eyes to a few things; namely, to the truth of what he's willing to do to keep Felicity in his life. Tag to 2x07. The Reluctant Queen - Oliver Queen's life is irrevocably changed the day Felicity Smoak sets foot in his office. And it has surprisingly little to do with the fact that the first time they meet, she's blackmailing him into a marriage. The Bratva didn't prepare him for this (and Digg is never going to let him forget it). Little Talks - When Felicity is attacked, Oliver realizes that he knows almost nothing about her; in the course of helping her deal with what's happened, he's determined to prove that they are friends - despite Felicity's insistence that it's too complicated. The problem, he soon discovers, is that he wants to be more than just her friend. The Way Back Home - Oliver Queen had really believed to have left that phase of his life behind. Waking up somewhere in the wilderness with dangerous people chasing him really is so 2007. But this time he isn't alone; Felicity Smoak is with him. And while he fights to keep her safe, he also struggles with the unresolved feelings that are lingering between them. (Set after season two)

The Business: News, Rumours, Analysis, and More

Ron Howard managed to shoot Daryl Hannah as a mermaid underwater in Splash and that was in the 80s when the tech wasn't as advanced as it is now. With the right director and modern tech, a live action Little Mermaid is possible. -
Oliver & Felicity Somewhere Only We Know

I feel like the writers have missed opportunities because they are so focused on having Rick be the only CDB member that Jesse interacts with. I feel like that scene when she was talking about Pete getting better in the past and maybe will again would have been better if it had been with her talking to Carol. How interesting would it have been to watch Carol try and figure out how frank she can be? Carol trying to figure out how to save Jesse while trying to maintain her "Aww shucks" persona is something I would have enjoyed watching. Would Carol's belief that Pete must be stopped make her risk herself by being brutally honest with Jesse? I really think the story would have been served better if Jesse and Carol had had some interaction in the last few episodes. It seems ridiculous that they've gotten Carol involved with Jesse's story without ever having Carol and Jesse ever have a scene together. They really need to stop having Jesse only be viewed through the Rick filter. I get that they want the audience to know he's attracted to her, but they don't have to convey that in a way that restricts who Jesse gets to interact with. Has anyone else been reminded of that episode of Family Guy where the apocalypse happens because of y2k and humanity has to start over at an abandoned Twinkie factory? Peter and the family end up getting exiled because Peter keeps pushing the idea they might need guns while the settlers don't see the need. Anyway, right after Peter and the family are kicked out Stewie's mutant babies end up killing everyone because they can't defend themselves since they burned all the guns instead of saving them like Peter had insisted. In the end, getting exiled ended up being a blessing for Peter's family. Is that what will happen with ASZ? Will getting exiled end up being a blessing because the Unfair Wolves will show up and destroy the totally unprepared Alexandrians?

LGBT Themes, Stories And Characters On TV

That's how I felt about it. I was a fan of both Willow/Oz and Willow/Tara. The show made it clear that Willow sincerely loved and was sexually attracted to Oz. Falling in love with Tara shouldn't erase that history. I don't why she couldn't have identified as bisexual. They could have done that and still had her end up with a woman. -
I didn't realize how attached I was to Noah until he died. This really upset me in the way a character death hasn't in a while. He had a ton of potential as a character. This death is one that will linger with me. I'm trying to figure out what the hell is going on in FPP head. There are only two reasons I can think of for him to betray the group after they kept him alive when they easily could have left him to his own devices. 1) In order to cope with what he did to his parishoners he's had to cling to denial projecting his selfish actions to CDB. 2) As far as I can tell, no one has told the Alexandrians what FPP did. Because he's supposed to be a holy man, the Alexidrians probably treat him really well. He wants to turn the Alexandrians against CDB inorder to either exile them before they tell the truth about him or create so much distrust that no one will believe what CDB has to say about him. His total lack of gratitude towards the people who kept him alive is really vile.

I think the key to Frozen's success is that Elsa has powers that girls find cool. My niece loves to pretend she has the power to freeze things and make snow just like Elsa. I'm sure other little girls love that as well. Usually women with powers in Disney films are villains. The other Disney heroines don't have powers at all except for Rapunzel and her healing ability isn't as flashy as what Elsa could do. Being Elsa makes girls feel powerful.

Trailers & New Movies: Coming Soon to a Cinema Near You!

I love the 1998 Far From the Madding Crowd. I didn't like the Julie Christie version. I haven't seen the new one yet. How was Carey Mulligan as Bathsheba? -
I think the writers made three mistakes with Jessie's introduction. Rick answering the door shirtless fresh from the shower and her giving him the haircut screamed love interest first meet. The other mistake is that so far her only significant interactions have been with Rick, and they really should have let her interact with the others too because it makes her seems as only purpose is to be an appendage to Rick's story. The third mistake and the one that bothers me most is that's she's married. If she wasn't married I'd have more of a wait and see attitude. I just hated the Rick/Lori/Shane stuff so much and that's affecting my opinion of a possible Rick/Jessie/Dr. Pete triangle. Jessie as a character doesn't bug me. I haven't seen enough of her to like or dislike her. The writers chose to showcase her through Rick's eyes exclusively so far which I think limits her character. If they intend her to be long term, than they have to let her have interactions with others, form platonic bonds, and let the audience get to know her as a person and not just the love interest. Another issue I have is the lack of female friendships. The episode where Sasha got to interact with both Michonne and Maggie was great because female friendships don't seem to get showcased that much. Carol's closest bonds have been with Daryl, Rick, and Tyreese. I think Andrea was the last woman she had one on one interactions with. I'm not counting Carol's scenes with Alexandrian women because she's scamming them and no true bonds have developed. Have Carol and Michonne ever even spoken to each other on screen? I've been dying for those two to have any sort of conversation.

I wouldn't mind the inane party chit chat if they were taking their security seriously. Someone has to be in the watchtower 24/7 and there needs to be people patrolling the walls. Everyone should be doing fight training, and there should be regular emergency drills to prepare for a possible invasion. What's the protocol if someone inside dies unexpectedly? Everyone walks around unarmed. Alexandrians don't even appear to be wearing knives. The guns are located in an easily accessible room where an enemy could raid it. Even if Deanna doesn't want everyone armed there should be some armed people patrolling just in case. After they've made more of an effort to to be more secure, than I wouldn't mind them having downtime and boring conversation. CDB isn't much better. The prison was ridiculously unprotected with their weak wall and zero preparedness in the event someone died inside. Those were hard lessons that they could pass on to Alexandria but Deanna is strangely resistant to basic security measures. It's common sense to have someone in the watchtower. CDB needs to be more specific about the threats out there because Deanna is so focused on building the future that she's not dealing with the current urgent situation. Alexandria's luck at being undiscovered so far by bad people has helped them so far, but they aren't ready at all if things go wrong. Still Rick and Carol are being arrogant. They know their strength and Alexandria's weaknesses but that doesn't mean Alexandrians can't learn to be strong quickly and fight back if circumstances force them. Aaron is someone who could resist them, and they wouldn't see him coming. He's knows how to be stealthy, and he's extremely observant. Rick and Carol are so focused on the ways Alexandrians are too soft that they may not see the whole picture. If they think taking over Alexandria is too easy than they won't be as careful as they should. The boy being able to sneak up on Carol is an example of that.

Right now, Carol and Rick are the scariest things in Alexandria.

Jessie as a character doesn't bother me. I don't like or dislike her. It's that she's has a husband while the show is positioning her as a love interest that's bugging me. If she were single, I'd be more open minded. This particular triangle is something I dread. Also, I think the writers are rushing things. It's too soon for Rick to be that intense about a stranger.

I think the zombie/mental illness metaphor is fascinating. I like Kieren is more than his sexuality. In the Flesh was such a great show. -
If Dr. Pete is an abuser, that could be an intriguing moral dilemma. Would people turn a blind eye to abuse because he's the only doctor? That could give him a position of power because you don't want to piss off the guy you might need to save your life later.

I'm so conflicted about Aaron. I like the character and enjoy his interactions with the characters. Yet, I don't trust him. His work as a recruiter means he's basically an experienced spy. I want him to be one of the good guys, but I just can't make up my mind about him.
