Kendra seems to be the sweetest person in the family. I'm sure she has her moments, but she does seem to have a bad bone in her body. And truly a woman of Christ who walks the walk as best she can on her beliefs. Also, her teeth are super nice and white! I like how Jessa calls Spurgeon "Spurg". Kind of cute.

Is Al down to four days a week now? A few weeks ago he mentioned something about Dylan waiting for him to retire. I thought he was kind of a workaholic. Maybe these health issues over the last few years have changed his mind.

Ugh. Dylan's turn for writing a book. A children's book about a cloud named Misty. Cute enough I guess but sheesh ~ these people and their books. 😒

Ugh. Someone at CBS is trying to save their investment. Now Drew has a cohost guy for half the show. Today she was on the CBS morning show with some feel good story about someone who helps people get covid shots. /major eye roll And a whole segment of Gail interviewing Drew about season 2 (!) of her talk show - the highs and the lows. 🙄 shocked this got picked up for a season 2. She just doesn't work in the news world. Imo of course.

I noticed too that Anna didn't look so good. Quarantine really got to these people?

I Watched the egg coloring scene. Jessa is completely joyless. Not good. Speaking of Joy, didn't recognize her with that super dark hair.

"Ickspecially" - Brother Quinn. That's a new one for me. At least he questioned Erica about having more children when they knew about the cancer gene mutation. I can't even begin to go there on that one.

Ugh. I don't know, guys. This show just feels icky to me. Based on too much tragedy. Sure it is good to see that life has to go on and families can survive, even thrive again. But these people all need counseling but I kind of doubt that is happening.

2nd Moderna this week. Only sore arm after first and it was mild pain. Tarik is so good with his daughter.

I wouldn't want to stay at Tamara's house if I were Natalie. Don't want to be right next door to someone who just did that to me. He'd possibly be bothering her all night to get the ring back. Just go away. Poor Mother Natalie. Her daughter that she loves so much is on her third marriage halfway around the world. No seeing possible future grandchildren often. She probably broke her back to work hard for her family. Did Father pass away? Anyway, poor Mother surely taught daughter to cook, clean keep nice house for man, etc. And it's just not happening for Nat. I am twice divorced, both times choosing the wrong person because of low self-esteem. So I try not to be too judgy on those with similar situations.Also second divorce fueled by my diagnosis of MS five years into the marriage. Not good for any marriage. But, if someone has three divorces - that is my hall pass for judgyness full force!

I stumbled upon these two guys on YouTube. They do parodies of many of the couples. So funny.

My guess is that Mimi was a para professional (teacher's aide) in whatever school she was in. For liability reasons, our state requires aides to have a teaching certificate (and therefore college degree). They do have a yearly contract. The pay is lousy, but a lot of mostly women that do it are in for the health benefits - if their husband is self employed or something.
