  1. It's funny to me that I literally said that last week. I completely forgot that Hughie was on this season. I completely forgot that Big T and Melissa were on this season too. It doesn't feel like they were there. 😂 I'm sure there's more people that I'm not recalling at this moment.
  2. So... we're all #TeamNurys, right? He has a championship of his own. He's the champ of polidicking. I don't recall a fling ever carrying someone so far into the game, just one challenge ahead of the final.
  3. Air date: February 7, 2024
  4. Not user error. I think it should have been in the extras rather than on its own. They post them on Youtube as well.
  5. Parvati will have some inkling as whether the votes are going her way before the roundtable. I’m sure she’ll talk to people to try to get the heat off of her or buy herself one more day. When she goes into the roundtable, she just might throw it all on the table if she believes she has nothing to lose. It wasn’t the greatest move, but I understand why Dan made it. It was a reasonable response given Bergie indicated he was not going to let up on Dan. I get why he’d take the chance. I think it was an equally good chance to take on Peter. It’s probably a good guess that Peter was lying about having the shield, so murder Peter. Also, that could have been used as evidence in Dan’s favor if Peter was murdered, because if Dan was the traitor and knew Peter had a shield, why would he choose to murder Peter? The argument could have been made that the traitor was someone who knew Peter didn’t really have a shield.
  6. I thought Cirie was great in Survivor. Her politics, strategies, and social game was masterful on Survivor IMO. The reason she never won Survivor was pure bad luck. Cirie and Parvati had a very well-known “Black Widow” alliance on Survivor, if you hadn’t seen that season of Survivor yet. A game like Survivor gets you ready for a game like The Traitors because a good social game wins Survivor like it does on The Traitors. Your key to winning is solely in other people’s hands. The downside to that is, like you mentioned with Dan, people will have seen you play before and assume you’re a threat.
  7. If Peter accepts, there is no incentive in saving Parvati. It only tanks his game. She just has too much heat on her to be saved. However, if he accepts, I think it gives Parvati a little ammunition to plant seeds about Peter, or go out with a bang and throw Peter on the fire like Dan tried to do with Phaedra.
  8. I like Colleen more in this season than her last season. I’ll root for her when she switches sides. I need Corey, Colleen and James to get on #TeamNurys since there is nowhere for them to hide anymore. They will be thrown to the wolves unless they win.
  9. I thought it was really stupid to not give up Parvati if he wanted to stay in the game. It was clear that the votes were either going on him or Parvati. He wasn’t going to sway anyone off of himself or Parvati. The only other reasonable shot he could have taken was Parvati, but he chooses the long shot which was Phaedra. People say they go into these roundtables with open minds, but they don’t. They go in with their minds already made up. The only way they change their minds is if they believe the majority is going somewhere else, and they go wherever they think the majority is going. The majority was going with either Dan or Parvati. The same applied to the previous roundtable when they voted out Janelle. Janelle threw everything she had at Dan because there was only two ways that vote would have went, Janelle or Dan going home. I don’t believe so. I think they gave up their chance to murder for a chance to recruit, and if he says no, then it’s a lost murder. I thought about something. Let’s assume Peter will decline, leaving just Parvati and Phaedra as traitors. If Parvati gets voted off, I wonder would Phaedra be forced to recruit anyone. Being a lone traitor is a safer bet.
  10. Phaedra, even though she’s mad and caught off guard by Dan, still calls Bergie “Bergalicious.” Bergie was on Johnny’s podcast and says that Peter started laughing with Dan called out Phaedra at the roundtable and said “I think Dan just threw out another traitor’s name” and Bergie says he kind-of believes that. However, he chooses to defend Phaedra if she is a traitor because he’s playing a long game. He would like for Phaedra to not murder him. Also, they offered to save Dan for one more round if he flipped on Parvati. As we see, he didn’t do that. I know! I was struggling last week because no one I know IRL watches these shows so I have no one to talk about it with, theorize what’ll happen, get some insider tea, or just talk shit.
  11. I actually didn’t get it the first time I watched. I didn’t understand what was the goal. Turns out they just had to get to the bottom of the rope without falling into the water, and don’t be last. Yes! She’s the only one I’m allowing to win. There is nowhere else to hide for this alliance. They have to start eating their own now that both Kyland and Horacio are gone. Even the “almost” is debatable.
  12. Janelle was on Bananas' podcast. She says that she had an inkling that Dan was a traitor when she talked with him after the first challenge at the lake. However, she was working with Dan at that point so she didn't really want him out so early even though she suspected he was a traitor. She thought the best move for her game early on was saving Dan. Larsa had been trying to get Dan banished early on. It seems like Larsa almost whipped up the votes to do that, according to Janelle. Trishelle and Bergie looked to Janelle to see what she wanted to do. She wasn't willing to target Dan at that time. Afterwards, the tide started to shift toward Dan really hard. The people that Janelle was working were wanting to target Dan so she had to get on board with that, even though she was reluctant. Also, apparently, Parvati is also sleeping on her thoughts and putting together some red strings, according to Janelle, because Parvati rarely talked game with people just like Dan. Parvati would linger in the background while people are in the room and say that she's just observing and not ready to give an opinion yet. It seems that the Housewives jumped down Parv's throat because she would just linger in the background and not offer an opinion of the game. Janelle says that Phaedra at least talks game about who might be a traitor, and that's why she didn't suspect Phaedra. Basically, Dan and Parvati were always willing to get information, but not give any. Phaedra would give info and reassure Janelle that she wasn't writing her name down. Peter, Janelle, Trishelle and Bergie are all in an alliance. Janelle says they had already made the "secret shields" plan to trick the traitors and planned on Trishelle and Bergie going for the shields when they were initially paired. What we see in episode is Peter "retelling" it for the cameras when they get to the (bird calling station??... thing). Kevin and Sheree didn't really pick up on this plan, which terrified Janelle. There was a huge risk they wouldn't follow the plan not to reveal any information. Janelle, initially, didn't want Peter to tell anyone the lie about the shields. However, Peter really wants to spread this lie, then, Janelle told Peter to only tell Parvati this lie about who has the shields because they're pretty confident that Parvati is a traitor. Obviously, we see he tells Dan, Parvati and CT. Janelle was terrified that Peter was telling too many people. Also, at the roundtable, she says she called out Dan and Parvati. We don't see that she called out Parvati in the episode. There was a blow-up between Parvati and Janelle because of that. Bergie also screams at Parvati calling her a traitor. Sandra, later on, chimes in because Sandra is upset that Janelle said to Sandra earlier that all the traitors remained in the castle during the challenge, and Sandra didn't like that. Sandra kept coming at Janelle hard with "there's no way a faithful would ever say the traitors are in the house" and "me, Dan and Parvati have always had your back." Having already suspected Dan and Parvati to be traitors, Janelle interprets that as Sandra including herself in with them and that's what prompts Janelle to name Sandra as a traitor. She says she names CT because she figures she's already going home so it seems like naming CT was just to cause a little chaos. She figures she wasn't getting CT, Parvati and Sandra to vote for Dan because they're working with Dan... so she tries to burn everything on her way out. Janelle throws Sandra and CT's out toward the end of the roundtable. It sounds like this roundtable was really long (Janelle says it was 40 minutes) filled with nonstop arguing. I would pay to see all it with how Janelle makes it sound. Peter told Janelle that Kevin and Sheree kept saying to people that Janelle poisoned Ekin-Su, so even before the roundtable she had some heat from those two. I assume that thought originated from Janelle and Ekin-Su's back-and-forth on their versions of events surrounding the shield in the graveyard challenge, which their whole "feud" stems from. Sandra ran into a wall at the graveyard challenge and she got this scar on her forehead. Lastly, before Parvati and Janelle had their blow up, Parvati tried to get Janelle to get votes on Kate. However, Alan says that Kate is safe from murder and banishment that night (which answers my prior question) so that plan went out the window.
  13. I'm just catching up. I liked this episode. Every scene that Marvin is in, he's always stuffing his face. Juke and Iesha... feelings involved? The scene with the brother at the Chinese restaurant supply company.. why? For what? It was the most unnecessary scene. Maybe the brother is where they got the info that he's cheating on his wife with a prostitute. It just seems like they have nothing else better to do with Lou. Oh, that's good! I hadn't thought about that. I didn't think Papa Nicole (forgot his name) gave Papa Burke enough to go on to definitively say it was Howard setting up his daughter. Was the official story that Burke gave Nicole the drugs? I would assume she'd run straight to the police station and wanna spend the night there after that. I'm not too sad about Julianna dying. I'm wondering what Ronnie is gonna do in response. Drunk Lou could have made better toast and eggs than that. When Joyce walked in the house and she drops her purse on the table, I feel there very confident there was nothing in that nurse. They need a 'Crackles' in the group. Why are they not talking again? Because Kanan selling drugs? Krystal don't seem like the type to have a crew ready to beat somebody up for her. That's not entirely meshing well for me. I don't think so. Pernessa suspects it based on what Ronnie told her but I don't recall Raq ever confessing. If I had to guess, the prostitute gave Marvin a key before they even got there. But if that's the case, motel rooms aren't big and not many places to hide. How do you miss him? No need to tell anybody. Didn't get robbed or lose product so nobody needed to know.
  14. Can the traitors murder Kate or is she safe for now since she's new? Murdering Kate is the easiest murder. It doesn't even need to be explained other than that she's new to the game.
  15. I've been wondering this entire time who is from The Bachelor because Phaedra says in the trailer "this is not The Bachelor..." to someone. I realize Google could have answered that but I didn't feel like it and said "I'll find out when I find out."
  16. I think she might’ve hit her head. It’s not in any of her interviews talking about the show.
  17. My understanding is that it protects them from murder when the traitors decide until the next challenge. Separately, speaking of the whole secret shield protection, is it safe to assume that if Ekin-Su had a secret shield, her poisoning would not have worked? Just wondering...
  18. I think Kyland was on The Challenge podcast recapping that episode. Kyland says he also didn't know they threw the challenge until he saw the episode. I take that and assume that others who were not in on that plan to throw the challenge also didn't know they threw the challenge, and that could also include TJ.
