  1. Colorstruck! Got it now. And I know that term! I got really confused and could only think of colostomies, so I just moved on. lol.
  2. Gary was a little OK? At first? Idk. Babs liked him. He was sleeping with Jenelle again, like, two years ago or so, while proclaiming his undying love for a different girl. I'm ashamed to admit I followed the story.
  3. I thought I wanted four kids. Now I'm pregnant. And vomiting, and paying doctor bills. Two sounds good. In an evil way, I hope the dad is the producer. I really think it's Chris or some college kid. Usually the simplest answer is the right one.
  4. Javi was the same way about Kailyn talking to Jo...he'll get his comeuppance now, that's for sure.
  5. I agree, I certainly don't think she's the type to work very hard at much of anything. She has a lot of good qualities but a strong work ethic has never seemed to be one of them. She's never seemed passionate about much except her children and now her husband (which is definitely most important, of course, but to me has always made her a little boring in that she seems to have no outside interests or hobbies, social causes she follows, things she does for her, books or art or sports she especially likes...). I think she enjoys being a full time mom, though, and will do lots of activities with the kids and be devoted to them. Nothing wrong with the kids being able to enjoy that. I do hope she volunteers with or without them or involves them in the community in some way.
  6. It's so weird to think of Javi and Kail even being together, honestly. He seems totally into a traditional family unit, with him as the head of the "empire" and the "man of the house." He needs somebody to stroke his ego a bit, let him be in charge. Not my cup of tea but nothing horribly wrong with that if you both like it but wtf? Why her?!?! And Kailyn couldn't be more 180-degree opposite. She wants everything private, separate, everything her way, her as dominant parent and dominant partner. Again, if you divorce her actual personality and behavior from it and look at just the framework (I'm just looking at the desires here, not the fact that Kailyn sucks as a person/partner), there's nothing wrong with that. Either the male or female can be the dominant partner, or neither. But they wanted literally opposite everything. It's so baffling to me. It's not like there aren't guys who want to be in a looser, more open ended relationship with more boundaries, freedom and autonomy...That's a lot of guys' dream situation. And it's not like there aren't women who want constant contact with their SO, tons of togetherness, a dominant male partner and access to each other's phones...Again, a lot of women actually really want that. So wtf? How did it even last this long? Sorry for the rant but seeing them separately in the latest episode really made me go, "what?? How were they ever together in anything but the most casual of relationships?!?!"
  7. I thought that guy Josh was OK. But he got arrested a few years later for some really crazy stuff. Don't remember what it was now, but I don't think it was a mere misdemeanor. Gary seemed a little more normal as well, at least at first. I don't know if he really abused her, but something seems to have happened. I followed him on Twitter eventually, though, and he was really misogynistic. But she's sunk to a new, scary low with the last 3 partners IMO. At least the others weren't already deadbeat parents without custody of their children like Courtland, Nathan and David were. That's always going to be her reality now...Since she's a deadbeat mom.
  8. Someone definitely does have to run the house, or it has to be divided between family members. I'll never stop working-- not my thing, I'd hate to be a SAHP. But some people have a knack for it. Seems like Chelsea would enjoy it a lot.
  9. Omg why. I have bad pregnancy cravings and now I'm desperate for Domino's and feel like I'll die if I don't get it. I don't even like pizza!! Lol.
  10. I believe it but where was that found out? Snapchat? I can't find any articles on it.
  11. So confused. Sounds like a physical fight that was much worse for the dude, but in their state assaulting a guy doesn't land you with charges but a girl it does? Yeah, at least in their relationship Jenelle was the physical aggressor. She straight up attacked him on camera and he just sort of shoved her off. That was a different time than the Tori fight. He was obviously gross but I wouldn't be scared for my life with him like with Nathan and David, and maybe Courtland. Unless I felt like I was going to die because he's given me too many edibles.
  12. She called Vee a hoodrat. Bet Vee is laughing now...
  13. I actually don't totally fault her for what happened at 16 either. She had a messed up family life and she was a kid. It probably was best at the time and should have gotten her moving to make a better life for herself.
  14. I don't know, I could see how you could sleep with somebody but not want to get involved with all of that mess. If you know her from school you likely don't just think of her entirely as TM2 girl. She's just a classmate you're banging like any other college hookup. What doesn't make sense is the unprotected sex though, unless he's truly just an idiot who thought "condoms don't feel good, whatever." In my experience with college dating, very few people are that stupid anymore, actually. Which makes me think Chris is not the likeliest father, though there's a chance.
  15. I understand. From what I understand about it it was somehow supposed to elevate whites above POC, not insult them. Which might be even worse. We could always make "Messer" into an adjective somehow. That would be an apt description.
  16. The producer picture was before the video + pic of the date so that's not the date she's referring to.
  17. I know. Them sitting on their porch stoned out of their minds. It was a simpler time.
  18. I don't know, I could buy that Chris or some other college kid wouldn't want to be part of the dog and pony show. He sees what happens when you do and most of it isn't good. Even an attention seeker wouldn't necessarily want this MTV crap. Who knows though.
  19. You'd be comfortable saying white trash if you met that side of my family-- lol!! Well, maybe trailer trash. I've heard a critique of white trash saying that it subtly implies most whites aren't trash and most POC are. I can see the value in that.
  20. That was Courtland, right? The previous possible dad?
  21. I missed the assault thing for some reason. Do we know that it was Kail or do we just suspect? Is that what he claims? When did this happen? Confused.
  22. Yeah, she used to push guys to their breaking points. Now she just skips the middleman and gets with guys with existing records who are already violent.
  23. I would definitely choose the heroin at this point, lol. No joke, his general disposition was actually somewhat calm. He was a loser and a druggie but he wasn't violent, which she's seemed to develop a fetish for. She seems like she *wants* to be physically abused.
  24. Sometimes I miss Kieffer. Who knew he would be the pinnacle? Courtland, Nathan and David have made him look caring and loving.
  25. I don't mean Southern, I didn't say southern, I mean white trash. Some of my family is typical white trash American (half from the north, half deep south) and they definitely eat like Leah. Doritos, fast food, etc. And yes, I actually HAVE seen a child eat straight from the frosting can for breakfast and lunch, and then go get snow cones and have McDonald's for dinner. That's their day of nutrition. (I stay away from these folks now...) They're fat though. Leah's culture *is* white trash. It's not a "pass," I just think unfortunately it's not that rare and that's why our country has such high obesity rates and poor health outcomes. She might be a bit extreme but I've actually seen worse. It's awful but I'm never that shocked by it.
