  1. Camille is like that friend who you love but know can be just a bit blunt and catty. Lol Sometimes it’s when they’ve been wronged, sometimes it’s for comedic effect, but you know they’re harmless for the most part. I did like that while Camille’s experienced Lisa trying to manipulate her, she said they should cut her slack because of what she went through. I know a lot of people think she became a fake Camille after her season 1 backlash, but another thing I noticed about her is that she doesn’t seem to care who the other women or fans favor. She was always gentle with Kim, sweet to new girl Brandi when no one else other than Adrienne was. She then stood up for what was right during the fiasco between Adrienne and Brandi. At that time Brandi had a lot of fans, and even cast members like LVP still seemed team Brandi. I remember rolling my eyes at some of the things Camille said and did season 1, but she does seem to be a sweet and sensitive person at heart. She can also laugh at herself, which is very endearing.
  2. I love this post and couldn’t agree more. Also, if she and LVP are friends, and LVP needs an ally on the show, all the more reason to bring Joyce back. Camille is always good TV too.
  3. ^ I absolutely wouldn't want this woman's livelihood at stake over her tweet. There are way too many people on social media who need to cool it. What she said wasn't nice, but it wasn't anything threatening or super nasty, which unfortunately does happen to some of the cast members.
  4. I see no problem with the housewives defending themselves if they get attacked on social media. However, I wouldn’t want a teacher losing a job over a tweet like that.
  5. Ditto about Lisa. I wonder if any of the women will end up apologizing to her. I actually did watch some when it was new. It was first by mistake, when they used Brandi and went from RH to VP. I watched some more of season 1 then little bits of the other seasons. It is awesome that there are vegans in the cast! I did not know that. If I get to go to LA this year, I’ll have to check out SUR if it’s vegan friendly. 🙂
  6. I’m the age of the target audience of VP Rules. I tried getting into the show, but I didn’t find the people/their shenanigans that interesting. I’m not sure how the show became such a success. To each his own. I think it’s possible Lisa didn’t have anything to do with the story getting out even if I do think she can be manipulative. When she says she swears on her children’s life, she really does seem like she’s being honest. We’ll see what happens in the episode...
  7. I think Meghan is such a beautiful girl. She's around my age and is into some of the same guilty pleasure shows as me. I really think deep down she's a nice person. There are times she seems very likable and someone I could picture hanging out with. My heart goes out to her for the loss of her father. I don't blame her for struggling or even how much she talks about her father in general. My issue with her is how rude she can be to the other women, especially Joy. You can disagree in a respectful manner. She's even been rude to Abby, who is supposed to be her good friend.
  8. I noticed that. I wasn't a regular watcher of the show when Elizabeth was on, but I've seen some clips. I'm not sure who I'd prefer between her and Meghan. It's hard to imagine that she'd be more unpleasant than Meghan. I'm a lot more forgiving of young people who unintentionally disrespect their elders. That's how I felt about the clip of that young girl who met Dr. Maya Angelou. I actually thought oh gosh, this poor thing was probably so excited and didn't mean any harm. I was surprised no one else thought Angelou's reaction was harsh. Meghan is so rude time after time to Joy Behar, who is a View veteran, very accomplished and intelligent, and a woman of a particular age. I would never talk to someone Joy's age the way Meghan does, not that I think it's acceptable to be so hostile to your peers either. I really don't get what Meghan has against Joy.
  9. I enjoy Rinna and have mixed thoughts about LVP not finishing the season as planned, but I always think it’s funny when people who are nothing more than coworkers expect you to check in with them as if you’re real friends or they’re your superiors. I don’t see why you’d pour your heart out to someone who is part of why you want out of the show or owe anything to anyone other than the bosses.
  10. Kyle may not have been the child star Kim was or the fan favorite like Lisa, but she does have a great life. She has much more acting credits than some of the other women on the show who wanted to make it as actresses (like LVP), has been happily married to her hot, age appropriate husband many years, has four kids she adores, lots of friends, plenty of money, is very attractive, you name it. There's more to life than being the biggest Bravolebrity.
  11. Yeah I do believe Lisa used Brandi to promote Vanderpump Rules, wasn’t sensitive toward her feelings with Schaena and got her worked up about the other women. But Lisa didn’t deserve to be slapped in the face, didn’t force her to throw wine in Eileen’s, did not prompt Brandi trying to start crap with Kyle in Amsterdam, try to humiliate Kim, the low blow about Yolanda’s daughter Bella. All of that was on Brandi.
  12. ^ Agreed with gorgeous face. Since season 1, I’ve always thought she was strikingly and classically beautiful and love how feminine she is. I totally get why Ken instantly fell for her and follows her around like a little puppy.
  13. I felt for Brandi when she was the new girl, but perhaps that was due to a nice edit, as I remember Kyle said Brandi was two-faced during Brandi’s first reunion. Brandi is never boring, can be funny, and she wasn’t always wrong. But way too often she crossed lines with multiple cast members, and even housewives of other shows. I know reality shows are supposed to have a little drama, but there’s a difference between watching someone you love to hate and someone who’s just mean. There are times I felt for Brandi (Game Night and LVP bringing Scheana around her), but there were more instances of Brandi being classic mean girl imo towards the others-Adrienne, Kim, Kyle, Joyce, Eileen, Lisa V, even Joanna Krupa. I would take Dorit complaining about a glass or Lisa V stirring it up over someone who seemed to have no problem humiliating other women the way Brandi did. What she said about Joanna Krupa was disgusting. She seems to have a lot of girlfriends so maybe she’s a loyal friend to people outside of housewives, but I don’t blame the other women for not wanting to shoot with her.
  14. Bella reminds me so much of Carla Bruni. All of Yolanda’s kids are good-looking, even her son is beautiful.
  15. Carlton was never a favorite of mine, but I remember Andy saying he felt like she got a poor edit. I wonder what footage they didn’t show.
  16. I loved Eileen on the show. She seemed like one of the nicest women they’ve ever had in the cast. I really don’t think nice girl types are made for reality TV. She wasn’t cut out to fight back at women throwing wine in her face and making cheap shots about her husband.
  17. I like Kyle and Mauricio, but yikes at that lawsuit! Not a good look. I wonder if she’ll ever address it.
  18. Rinna says and does a lot of things I wouldn’t, but there’s something really endearing about her. I like that she doesn’t take much seriously, and she can be quite funny.
  19. She’s gorgeous and has a great figure. I do think she dresses very Dynasty, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. I sort of think the over the top glamorous and feminine look suits her, but it does make her come across older than her years, as does having the older husband. She does seem younger wearing jeans or her more simple dresses and less bling. While I think most women would kill to look like Lisa, I can see why people think she’s older and agree the other cast members are aging better. Kyle is so pretty without makeup. Erika’s skin appears poreless, and Eileen is actually older than Lisa. I was surprised Eileen was born in 1959! If you look at older pictures of Lisa though, she’s always had a mature beauty. So I don’t think she’s lying about her age even if she’s not the most age defying.
  20. I didn’t believe Michael was guilty due to a variety of reasons (so much investigation, possibly shady money hungry parents, possibly misunderstood although inappropriate behavior, etc), but sadly I believe he was guilty after watching the documentary. My heart goes out to all the kids he hurt. I feel bad I initially didn’t believe Wade. I didn’t understand why he lied as an adult, but I get it now. Poor James seems so fragile. I absolutely loved Michael’s music and wanted to believe he was just eccentric and like a big kid. I felt so bad for him due to his abusive childhood and what I once thought were ugly false accusations and being the butt of so many jokes. While there is no denying his behavior was bizarre, he still seemed so gentle-not someone who’d traumatize these young boys. It’s all so sad.
  21. Erika does have a beautiful face and a great figure. I am also in awe of her skin. I have my criticisms of Erika, but I think she has a sweet side. I also think even though she said she doesn't have many female friends, she has shown she can be a girl's girl. I think underneath Erika's tough exterior, she's a good girl at heart.
  22. Lisa Vanderpump is sort of the perfect reality star. She's beautiful, glamorous, intelligent, charming, funny, hardworking, and charitable. There is a lot I admire and respect. But I don't think she's trustworthy and that every cast member must be jealous of her. While I see that she's got a beautiful life, the rest of the cast is hardly made up of poor ugly hags with nothing. I also don't like the whole women must be jealous/catty when they don't gel with every female. I think there are plenty of good women who don't have a fraction of what the other cast members have who would still be nothing but happy for another woman's success. There have been too many occasions where things Lisa said or did are either flat out mean or at the very least questionable. I have friends with more than I do and less than I do, I like whoever is kind to me. While I'm not saying there aren't jealous folks, I like to think many people are like me and wouldn't care if someone got a spin-off or became the fan favorite or whatever. If someone joked about my husband's head being up someone's skirt or wanted me to have to constantly deal with my ex husband's mistress, I wouldn't take that well.
  23. Does anyone understand Lisa V saying she didn't know Teddi knew about Lucy then saying she did?
  24. That's also true, and John Blizzard is younger than Lisa's kids. She may not have the heart to just let him go.
