I didn't watch yet, I hope the insensitive doctor wasn't Dr. Holden Snyder!

I'd be interested in a Hope recast for 2 reasons: to see if a different actress would make the character less annoying, or if the writers would change the character up a bit with a new actress.

I don't know, something about this leak seems fishy to me. I have to wonder if this "leak" was not at all accidental & just put out there to create hype/more interest in the finale.

Hahaha then Carl was certainly no nerd! :) True, and it's the same with main characters. Like the "will something tragic happen" cliffhangers, when we all know there are no plans to get rid of that particular character.

I don't know how long you've been watching B&B, but there was a nerdy lab tech who had a thing for Bridget. I think his name was Carl?

The Jerry Springer comment reminded me of this....a while ago back on TWOP someone said there should just be a Forrester commune where they can more easily swap partners as the mood hits them.

Seriously? I don't have tv, I watch online & don't see the "next on" stuff. So I bet she'll be bopping around in no time at all. I bet she'll have amnesia, where she'll remember Quinn being over but won't remember what led to the fall, so she'll just assume Quinn pushed her.

Don't count on it, these mansions don't even come equipped with locks. You have a good point, and maybe part of the plan is to keep her in a coma while they look to recast, kill her if they decide not to. That really was one nasty fall, hitting all those stone steps on the way down, I can't imagine going through that without several bones being broken. It's a shame the fall scene looked like they were rolling a life size Barbie down the steps. And I loved when it was over how Hope was lying there looking as pretty as ever as if she were taking a nap. I would think her face would be torn up after hitting those steps. I realize this isn't Sons of Anarchy, but I'd settle for the soap cliche of the little trickle of blood from the nostrils, just something to show she was injured.

Is it a justifiable beef when it's the lead model wearing your robe? ;-)

My favorite use of "literally" came from a QVC host a few years back. She stated that some item was "literally flying off the shelves." So did the item grow wings, or did it board an airplane directly from the shelves? A couple of my pet peeves..."anyways" (no "S" ugh!!!) and "I could care less" (because if you could care less, you somewhat care!).

I always thought she was quite matronly & thought between her & Phyllis, Avery seemed like the older sister. I don't quite think of her as beautiful, I think she's good looking in a generic kind of way.

I don't get the whole plastic surgery thing. To me, it doesn't make a person look younger, it looks like a person who has had work done. That, in my opinion, makes those who had work done oddly appear older than they actually are.

I'm right there with Gudzilla's mom! Regarding why Maya was there...maybe I am also having a Quinnish episode, but I swear Pam alluding to her being the one to invite Maya & that she hoped everybody would be ok with it. Speaking of Quinn...she always manages to get into places. Do these mansions not come equipped with locks on the doors/windows?

Except IMO she acts like Carter is a pauper. Certainly he's not Forrester wealthy, but he's no slouch in the money department. I do blame inconsistent writing more than anything. Let's see, Maya is a golddigger, but then she tells Rick that she doesn't care if he has to give up the CEO position, she just wants Rick. So what is it?

Well, as far as Carter goes, all I can say is if Maya doesn't want him I'll take him :) Several episodes back, as Maya was with Carter showing off a piece of jewelry Rick gave her, she made a comment like "I'm sure when you're in a relationship you'll buy her what you can afford." How rude was that? I don't know what corporate attorneys make, but I don't think he's at a pay grade a comment like that would imply. I'm a little mixed on how he talks to her. On one hand, I don't blame him, being that Maya dumped him & flaunts her new relationship like nobody's business, but on the other hand, the whole getting engaged after not even being on a date is a little ridiculous. I didn't see yesterday's show yet...Eric was praising Hopi's (glad we don't hear THAT nickname anymore!) job in Amsterdam? Oh spare me, she was horrible to Ivy! "Hope" and "professional" shouldn't be in the same sentence (unless the word "not" is injected somewhere in the middle).

I don't see that it was about race, Dayzee also basically dismissed Maya as trash. I would also call Maya much more assholic than the others...she's a model, but she's ordering people around as if she runs the place with Rick and Eric, going as far as telling Eric off over who should be CEO.

Did Hope seriously just say that if you don't like her Thanksgiving tradition, well tough *giggle giggle giggle*??? As much as I dislike Quinn, and I realize she wasn't invited,that was quite hypocritical of Hope to throw Quinn out, considering she is basically forcing people to not only spend a holiday sitting next to others they may not like, but also to say something nice about them. Whoever penned her "Hope-ocrite" was spot on!

He IS????? :) Now I'm picturing this in one of those community college catalogs with the non credit weekend courses. Learn to be a mistress in 6 Saturdays for only $199! I normally don't like the pregnancy stories, but I could get behind this (which means it won't happen). Rick's CEO position would be in jeopardy (Rick is CEO by the way) & Maya's true colors would come out.

I normally have no use for Louise, but those photoshopped pictures of her with Victoria made her character's presence more than worth it! Yeah, David is beyond dumb. Why is he not now wondering about that conversation he had with the stripper? If Victoria knew who Amanda was the whole time, wouldn't he know that conversation was more than a little fishy? On a shallow note...did Madeline Stowe have Bell's Palsy? Her lips are so crooked & I have a hard time believing she goes to a surgeon who repeatedly botches her injections.
