  1. Co-sign. Dead should stay dead. I wish Moira hadn't died, but not that she comes back. If it wasn't for bad blood, I'd wish for her appearances in flashbacks, but that's it. I want a new Count, one who is a worthy heir to the original. And I want Anatoly. I want him so badly that I'm convinced I'm gonna jinx it, so he'll show up and it will be a let down.
  2. I see magic in the tags and I'm not sure I'm ready for it after this season.
  3. I was just happy when she started talking to him. Felicity being unable to talk is just incomprehensible. It was very cute, the format worked, but Felicity's character was more Felicity adjacent for most of the fic.
  4. Have you ever had a situation in which you either receive or inadvertently send the same e-mai multpile times? Like really multiple times? I got the same e-mail from my boss 145 times today. I'm not exaggerating, the number will probably go up in a minute or less. Is it a virus? It shouldn't affect my computer, should it?
  5. This is what I absolutely expected and I am still honestlyy downright shocked tht he managed to emote in a scene with her.
  6. maybe Cooper would have showed up. But Donna would definitely not be the Donna we know and it's doubtful she would have appeared at all. On an unrelated note, I saw a pic of GothFelicity on Twitter and it got me thinking. From what we saw of her, she didn't have a probelm with a run away mouth. This apparently manifested itself after Cooper "died" and she went through a transformation. I haven't given it much thought before now, but it's surprising and interesting. Is it maybe that she wanted to have rigid control afterwards and this is her subconscious pressure valve?
  7. Co-sign. And that scenario only has Oliver quiet and in shock for like half a day which would be completely forgivable in my book. If that had happened, we never would have known he would keep everything secret for months. Plus, while I still stand by Felicity not breaking up with him in the original timeline, even if they had, they could have actually started slowly coming back together around the time Felicity called it quits here. The kid still gets kidnapped because Malcolm finds out about him since he's Malcolm, Felicity comes back to help get him back, they actually TALK and voila, it's episode 15 and you still have eight episodes until the end of the season to do something with them.
  8. Who is CR here? The only person that comes to mind is Charlotte Ross, but that doesn't make sense in the context.
  9. Thanks for your input. It does seem more along the lines of
  10. Ten Episodes of Arrow to Rewatch This Summer http://emertainmentmonthly.com/2016/06/08/ten-episodes-arrow-rewatch-summer/ it's a very good list, but I burst out laughing at Laurel and Sara being the best sisters on TV. That would be pretty sad if true.
  11. I've had a puzzling interaction on Twitter. A person told someone that they needed to read Winston Graham's books in order to make judgement on the incindiary Poldark spoiler. So I asked frankly what their interpretation was. The reply was too many people have a simplistic take on it and that it was too complex an issue to discuss over Twitter. I'm not really sure how context ETA: The continuing conversation made me question Twitter etiquette. I'm not very active, so this is asked honestly. If person A posts something and person B responds is it a faux pa for me (person C) to respond to person B?
  12. So, no reasonable explanation for this life then? Cool.
  13. But where did "this life" come from all of a sudden? That's what puzzles me. Because it wasn't that that broke them up, rather Oliver's innability to reach a logical conclusion, i.e. Felicity = life and work partner, and master secret keeper. The lie was never motivated by his GA identity so both of them going on about "this life" is non-sensical.
  14. I'm just unbothered by Oliver's presence in Laurel's hospital room. In my book, it was him learning from his mistakes. Moving back to the break up, something I still don't understand is it suddenly being framed as being caused by their crime fighting activities. Oliver was moping to Laurel about that not being a good life. On its own, I could shrug it off, but then they threw Felicity in there as well with similar reasoning, and I am still as stumped now as I was then. So if anyone has an explanation for that, I'd gladly read and consider it.
  15. I think there actually was. He was present during Felicity's recovery from that point on and around for both Thea's and Laurel's later hospitalizations. There was no grand gesture, but it felt like he progressed on that front at least.
  16. Windows 10 was a topic here some weeks ago and the lack of solitaire. They are actually there. Just type in solitaire in the search window and you get Microsoft Solitaire Collection.
  17. The scene with Lance will forever be Laurel's best on the show.
  18. It's actually what I first thought it was.
  19. Diggle lashed out because he was hurting, so I'm not taking anything he said about the situation at face value. However, Felicity was crystal clear in both timelines and even Oliver told Dig it wasn't about him having a son.
  20. Yeah, plus as crazy as Oliver's attitude twoards Malcolm has been on the show, I can actually see where it stemmed from. On the show he's lost both his parents and the chance to rebuild his relationship with them on firmer ground. The desperate, crazy lengths he goes to for Thea to have that chance make a twisted sort of sense in that context. (Although, push her in Walter's direction and follow her closely, you dolt!) Here, however, Moira is still around, he's rebuilding his relationship with her and Thea has the same opportunity should she want it. Having Malcolm around makes even less sense than on the show.
