  1. I don't get the uproar over the dog eating. Animals will get eaten en masse during the zombie apocalypse. We see a constant barage of people being eating but OHMYGOD Not the Dog! I say that as a huge animal lover, although I admit to being more of a crazy cat lady. Kitty Cats are going to die in the apoclypse too.
  2. My husband thought it was for vines,,, For grapes. Someone making wine. He's from wine country CA
  3. Totally OT, but did you used to post in a Real World forum on AOL, many, many, many many moons ago? I could swear I remember you from there.
  4. All I know is that while I used it my tcells continued to drop. I don't remember if my viral load changed, but I think that may have been before they could test viral loads. You know what definitely made my viral load drop to undetectable ,and my tcells rise again? Protease Inhibitors. You know where most of the other people I knew whe drank essiac tea went? They're dead. The ones who lived were the ones who lived to see the advent of Protease Inhibitors
  5. So help me out, because this was a while ago. Monty has not claimed to have cancer that has spread to the brain, nor has he claimed brain cancer, right? Kim said he had brain cancer on the episode with the wedding dress fitting?
  6. Doesn't having lung cancer that spreads to the brain mean, you have lung cancer that spread to the brain, not that you have lung cancer and brain cancer? My mother had kindney cancer that spread to the lungs and possiblly the brain. Her diagnosis was still kidney cancer. They never said that she had kidney cancer and lung cancer. The family never said that she had lung cancer, despite it having spead there.
  7. I was diagnosed in 1990 and people started telling me about it soon after. It's been around for a long time. You have to picture the AIDS community 25 years ago. There was nothing but AZT. People were desperate. There was also a juice that was popular. I don't remember the name. Bottom line is, it's not at all unusual for people to try alternative meds, especially if they feel like they have no other options. It's actually Brooks resorting to stuff like this that rings true. It would be so much easier to tow the line and talk about conventional meds if you were trying to fool someone.
  8. OH yeah, don't get me wrong. I totally understand why people(Including Brooks) will try anything and everything. And yes, at least you feel like you have some control and you are doing something. I can't fault Brooks if he has reached that point
  9. Essiac Tea? That was touted as the cure for AIDS once. I wasted a bunch of money on it
  10. That's pretty much my thesis. Funny enough, It's the same thesis I I have for the paper The Position of Women in the Shang and Zhou Dynasties. I'd still rather be a woman in the Shang or Zhoe Dynasty than be any of the RHOOC ladies. Confucious reportedly said. The woman with no talent is the one who has merit, So, clearly our housewives are full of merit.
  11. I jus want you all to keep talking about stuff so I can stop writing my paper on Anglo-Irish relations in the late Medieval Era. Brooks, Briana,The military and fake cancer are good distractions
  12. I haven't seen the flat tire part yet. It does sound odd. I don't find the other things suspicious
  13. Yeah, I hear you. If he is lying, then he is a horrible person and I will be very angry. Up until now, I have not seen anything convincing, but I have a high burden of proof in accusing someone of lying about an illness, especially on what has been, before now flimsy proof, like he doesn't look sick. I'm 45 and a 25 year AIDS survivor. That's me in my avatar. I think I look pretty good. People always comment about how they would never guess I had an illness. Anyone who asked me to prove my illness would get a big ##** you. I really really hope he's not lying. It just makes it harder for people like you and me Please be well.
  14. Resverotrol, I think . I sort of assumed he was seeing a naturopath. Someone that does Non traditions meds. I assumed he wasn't an Oncologist. I need to watch
  15. I haven't seen it yet, but Brooks probably has more then one doctor. I have 4, only one treats HIV. My husband has 5 doctors
  16. Sounds similar to the Marines. Yes. I only think it would have really hurt him in if tried to be a recruiter, DI etc... They have higher standards. The discipline part, I think I was only appling to his behavior on RHOC. I think he might possibly have been disciplined for that. To clarify. Owning a firearm is also not the same as just being in the MIlitary. I, as a Marine, never owned a firearm. I only used them in the line of duty, at specific times in specific places. The weapons Ryan used in Afghanistan would go back to the armory and not home
  17. kes.kes. Yikes. Yes that can happen. If Ryan actually is a recruiter, they would do a more serious background check and The restraining order could hurt. If it exists.
  18. You would be surprised at what you can get in with on a waiver
  19. The Marine Corps Reserve. It is their program. If there is no local one a Marine Corps detachment, Recruiter or even a vet can do it. For some reason people think it's done by recruiters. That's not the norm though. That may be why someone assumed Ryan is a Recruiter ETA again. The Drop off contact in OKC is Ryan, and the location is Armed Forces Reserve Center 5316 S Douglas Blvd Oklahoma City, OK
