So let me get this straight: He gets a divorce and instead of just moving into a place that is close to his FOUR kids (which I'm sure he could have afforded, being in IT), he decided he needed to babied instead and moved 1.5 hours away from his children to have mom and dad take care of him. Yeah, this one had a wife who 100 percent took care of him and she got sick of it. And here we are.

I was WFH pre-pandemic and I just got a new job where it's a hybrid sort of thing. After three years of remote, I started to get the urge to see people and make new friends. It's going okay, so far. But driving to downtown is...going to take some getting used to!

I need the T from the ex-wife. I get the feeling he wasn't the most engaged husband/father and she was raising him like a fifth kid. One that eats all her food.

This man needs a job and needs to pay child support for these four kids. He could easily get a networking job where he wouldn't even have to come out of mommy's basement. But I guess it's just easier to binge eat all day. (Source: Former network security engineer)

Some of these "boyfriends" will have no problem wasting YEARS of your life if they don't have anything better to do. I was with a "maybe we could get married one day" guy for 4.5 years before I finally figured I looked enough like an idiot that I should just make this easy on him and walk away. Meanwhile we had sooooo many friends who found a person, got married, and some had a baby by the time I called it off! It takes a special kind of delusional to let that play out over a decade.

Sumit is scared because of his "past experience of marriage." Like when you had an apartment on the other side of town and lived with your secret girlfriend, you piece of shit? Oh poor baby.
