Hello all! Sumit is never marrying this woman. In other news, the coworker I want to make out with... it hasn't happened YET but we ARE hanging out tomorrow evening after work so Fingers Crossed. I need to touch another human in a sexy way, light a candle for me.

I'm sad we don't get to see Julian lookin' all cool at 220 lbs! This eyeshadow on Irma reminds me of being in Basic Training and the girls were finally allowed to get into their makeup for photos and they SLATHERED it on with the bright eye shadows and bright pink lips. Everyone looked crazy and you couldn't recognize anyone. I just spent the whole time plucking my eyebrows.

Nobody asked but I'm trying this new thing at night where I set a 20 min. timer after I eat dinner because I tended to just...keep eating, thinking I was still hungry. So now, I sit here with the timer and don't eat for 20 min and after it beeps, if I'm still hungry, fine. A bit more food. Most of the time, though, I realize that I'm okay and I'm good with some tea or something. I had a "eat all the cookies" at bedtime thing going on and I was getting concerned.

I hate when they come in and say they're "stressed" and that's why they gained weight. We ALL get stressed and we're not putting on 80 lbs. They all have the same excuse.

Texas person checking in: I still need to wear one to physical therapy and the dermatologist, so right now if a place is vaguely medical, they won't let you in w/o a mask. At least in my experience (I'm in San Antonio). Other places like the stores, half of us wear a mask and it's encouraged if you are not vaccinated, but not required. Yes, we're on the honor system and nobody is checking vax cards like in Canada! Also, I hope your man recovers, @Twopper! <3 Sounds like you're taking good care of him.

I don't think Dr Now said that he's "not trying." He said that he's not following the diet and apparently, that's correct (pork rinds is not an approved snack). And I hope that was cauliflower rice they were scarfing down on the couch before their boxing workout.

No, he said that he went to trade school and graduated at the top of his class! And then couldn't get hired because he was really large by then. Can you imagine thinking "Instead of losing weight to live out my dream, I guess I'll just keep gaining and work in a call center...." ? Crazy.

My first breaking point would have been passing up a 6-figure career as an electrician that I studied and worked for and now I have to work in a call center. That's enough of a wake-up call, you would think!

I mean... can SHE have kids being at that weight? She has to be 350 lbs herself.
