I mean...is it possible Brian Austin Green studied Corey Haim to prepare for his role as a dope fiend? I want to believe this is what is happening here.
That scene on the merry-go-round horse remains one of the most uncomfortable moments of television I've ever sat through. Even listening to it again on the podcast had my hands covering my face with loud sobbing sounds.
And back to the boring stuff: I don't understand WHY Dylan the SATs was even a subplot. It's not like there are any stakes involved. They made it clear Dylan wasn't going to college soooo...? What a bizarre idea. It would be more interesting if he had a bad case of athlete's foot he was trying to vanquish or something.
I also heard the line about the strippers as being "Old World" and imagined a black and white photo of topless ladies with more body hair and eyebrows than usual. So it's not just you, Tara!
These podcasts bring so much joy to my life. My boyfriend who has never seen this show (he is a Young) will actually listen to these with me and enjoys them. He thinks Tara has a great laugh (I like everyone's laugh).
