Cosmo is a handsome guy! I'm having a thrilling day cleaning my oven. I've been putting that task off. It's self-cleaning, but you have to do all that prep for the best outcome. It's a cheap range, left by the previous owners, so I'm not all that invested, just hoping for the best. Robot vacuum is also making the rounds, so I feel like I'm accomplishing something today from the comfort of my recliner!

It's been my experience that women who need to proclaim their great love on SM, are actually not that happy with their spouses.

I'm really old because I remember a Dick Van Dyke episode where the Petries set up a blind date for a neighbor and the date had "invented" removable coat sleeves. If that storyline had been on Andy Griffith, Jing might be familiar with it!

I saw that too. I thought Heidi said "thrifted" but when she achieves Rodhood, thrifting will be out of her price range and grifting will become her new way of life!

I found out from my neighbor's niece that she broke her pelvis. She left the hospital to go to rehab yesterday. They asked me to continue picking up her mail, packages and newspapers. Her daughter will return on Friday from out of town. I know she and her daughter have been talking about assisted living and my neighbor is less resistant to the idea than in the past. I suspect that might be the decision they make. Her unit is like mine, 2 bathrooms and a bedroom on the first floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor. She rarely goes upstairs anymore, so she has been living comfortably on the first floor, but it's the living alone part that has become difficult for her. She's lonely. She doesn't even do in person church anymore. It's hard for her because she's a sociable person. We'll see what happens. I'm relieved that she's alive! She's a trouper! Thanks Small Talkers, for all of the input. It really helped.

Does Jill know that most people communicate in person with their children? Even if the children are their best friends? This is a performance to try to convince others, even strangers, that she is the greatest Mom ever, even if she has to write it all herself!

Carlin's logic is convoluted, but I think she saying that she is having her period, for the first time in a long time. But I could be wrong. 🤷‍♀️

Thanks so much. I will definitely discuss it with her next time I see her. We should have a plan in place for emergencies. Thankfully she doesn't have any pets, but I'm sure she'd appreciate mail pick up. I should have her daughter's number for middle of the night emergencies.

Here I am discussing my sleep again! Well, I got a good score despite Mr. BB waking me up from a sound sleep to tell me the EMTs were next door again. My poor old neighbor! I'm not sure what happened and will hopefully find out more soon. We spoke just last week and she asked me to visit her more often. We're super busy trying to buy a car and with other things, so I thought I'd stop by and visit this week after we get that done. Though I was asleep when this happened, I have a question. Would you go to a neighbor's when paramedics are there? My instinct is to stay out of their way, but I wonder if I should have asked her if there was anything she needed? We are really close neighbors. We share a wall and a front porch. The emergency lights were lighting up one whole side of our home, so only a sleeping person would miss that something was going on. Usually she ends up in rehab for a couple of months. She's frail and in her early 80s.

That's true. However, Jessa had hers first. Maybe Prissy spilled the beans about that via Anna and Jill decided to grift. I'm just being mean. Miscarriages are common.

I slept like it was my job last night, 9 hours of sleep and my SleepNumber bed gave me a lousy 62 for a score! It may know something because in the early morning light, my first glance at myself in the mirror, my hair looked like Gwen Shamblin's! Well, happy Sunday people!

I think she's hooked on hospital births now. She really liked having an epidural. So we will probably never hear "Mother is bleeding" again.

I'd say Evan is not okay either, but for a different reason. He was complaining about the weight he's put on in one of their recent videos. He's not happy with himself and he's not willing to do the work to fix that either. He doesn't seem to connect his body becoming softer and out of shape with their ridiculous lifestyle. Carlin may think another baby will solve her dissatisfaction just like Evan thinks more toys, in particular a Tesla, will solve his. They both need to grow up!

I had no idea about the second video until this morning. Her heartbreak was very real and I'm so sorry for their loss. It's very sad.

That video was so strange. Jessa tried to include a couple of months of what had been going on, narrated in a very low key way. She almost sounded depressed to me. Then they show the kind of cute sharing of the pregnancy announcement, then bam! We hear about spotting and see Jessa holding an ultrasound with NFH (which apparently means no fetal heartbeat). Yet the title of the video includes the words "Happy News". So odd! Is there a living twin still gestating? Is she pregnant again? Anyway, she chose to end on a cliffhanger. Jill Rodrigues must be seething that a Duggar has stolen her miscarriage thunder!

No wonder the "potty thing" is getting to Carlin - she's been at it for one day in a row, stopping only to post on SM about how precious this time is. 🙄

That was a sweet video. Thanks for the link, @BitterApple - I teared up like I do at every birth video! Travis does look so young, but he did a great job encouraging Katie and he looked so happy holding Hailey. I think they'll be good parents.

I noticed in that inappropriate (obviously, it's Jill!) video that both Nurie and Kaylee were not all made up and had normally styled hair (windblown in Nurie's case) for their on demand by BME videos. Nurie's voice pitch is out in the stratosphere and her eyebrows are so distracting! But I digress. My point is that they had to have been called into service to contribute to this unnecessary video. And that they didn't even have time to pile on tons of make-up.

I just love this comment because it is absolute truth!

It might be bad for business that Carlin insists on being in all the photos!
