Why does this show only have that one woods set with those same five trees and that one clearing? Because seriously, that was the exact damn clearing in the exact same someone's backyard that they were all running around in last season when they went to that shit shack in the woods, and it's the exact same clearing Ali ran through to get to the dollhouse, and it's the exact same clearing by Ezra's stalker cabin, all of which were clearly the same cabin. Seriously, why don't these people just go back to the murder cabin from before and fetch Hanna, because Rosewood clearly only has one murder cabin. I about died laughing at these idiots messing around with shovels again. Don't they know that's a felony in Rosewood? You'd think Toby would have reminded them, at least. Hell, you'd think they'd remember what happened last time they got busted with shovels. In fact, where did they even get the shovels? Do they even sell shovels in Rosewood? Is it legal? You'd think it would be at least a misdemeanor, like illegal distribution of digging implements, or something.

Well, if Juliette's bad ass could come back, and Meisner was a badass even before he died, clearly badassery is the key to zombiefication. No seriously though, please don't. There are already too many characters on this show that the writers don't care about. Unless he comes back as a hexenbiest, the writers will just ignore him again. There's no point.

Honestly, I spent last season tuning out the whole Caleb-Spencer relationship because it was basically just coffee and fucking, so I'm okay with the show doing a hard reboot if they just hurry up and do it and don't stretch it out. I know, I know, but seriously, their relationship was gross, so making it go away = for the win, and putting Caleb back with Hanna is also for the win, at least for me, because it lets me make like Caleb+Spencer never happened, so, yeah. Don't mind me. I'm sure the show will stretch it out and make it as tasteless as possible, so I reserve the right to change my mind at any point, just saying.

I can't even imagine why a grown woman would want to go by Bitsie in the first place, but you have to admit it makes her stand out more than Elizabeth. Dunno, I'd have stuck with it at this point. Especially since she's no big shakes to begin with.

@WhosThatGirl I seriously don't know why people ship Emison. I didn't even know Emison was a thing until the internet informed me as such. It's certainly not a thing on the show. Then again, once upon a time I read the books, in which Ali is a horrid bitch to Emily in ways that she doesn't even come close to on the show, so that may color my opinion of the ship somewhat.

Don't they always let family members medicate each other? I mean, I know I sedate my husband all the time, like when I need to gaslight him or when my secret twin is coming into town or when he's talking too loud during the movie or something.

I am so sorry that happened to you. Like, SO SORRY. Also, the correlation between genre readers and seeking out spoilers is at least somewhat due to the fact that genre novels are much more often forced by publishers to be published in trilogies or long series because of recent market trends, so fan communities always pop up for hardcore theorizing, and spoilers run wild. It's a thing. Lost is like the ultimate warning of why you should never get too invested in fan theories.

I have a special feeling this season will require extra warming up. I may need a training arc of my own.

Spoilers are different for everyone. Some people voraciously devour every spoilery tidbit they can get for their media, whether it be books, movies, or television. Some people only want blanket spoilers for a few things. Some people can't bear spoilers at all. It just depends on what works for you, and the circumstances totally differ every time. Trying to make blanket statements based on arbitrary studies or polls or what have you is never going to work... it's just going to give people more self-justification for casually spoiling things for other people in inappropriate places at inappropriate times, really. That's pretty much that.

I honestly was expecting her to immediately drop and start whimpering in sheer mental confusion the second the split happened. I figured that'd be how the Evil Queen made her quick getaway into Season 6. Of course, I was quickly reminded that this is still TS;TW, and instead of using this personality splitting device as an interesting way to explore Regina's relationship with loss and Cora-related grief-trauma PTSD from two different POV-character perspectives, or anything organic and interesting, we'll likely be getting the most WTF of WTFery with a side of ugh, again? I wish A&E actually used their Regina-centric ideas to do interesting things with her character and not just interesting things with her wardrobe.

Yeah, it is the last season, so I'm just going to wait until the end and watch it all at once. It's a half order anyways, and they've just been tossing the episodes out whenever. Seriously, if it wasn't on my DVR I would have no idea when or where to find the thing, it's been recording on different nights and times every week, sometimes twice a week. So annoying. If they were just going to toss it out like this, I fail to see why they waited until April to begin with.

Realistically, losing half your personality like that would cause severe repercussions to your psyche, regardless of the bullshit magical reasoning behind it. She should, at the very least, turn into the weaksauce horseback championship Regina of the past, if not something more legitimately realistic. If you are going to tell me that a person can remove every drop of evil from themselves and still be able to rip a freaking heart out and crush it, there is something seriously wrong with that person. SERIOUSLY wrong.

Speaking of momentum killers, Person of Interest is piled up on my DVR. I'm really upset about this. Seriously, why is one of the best shows on TV piled up on my DVR? Fuck you, CBS.

I know right? I totally would have trolled him and just been like "Nope, it's 1873" and held a straight face as long as possible for the lulz. Because I'm an asshole like that. I mean, it's time travel, emergencies are relative, right?

Big Bang Theory is totally no longer the show I signed up for. I stopped watching about halfway through last season when I realized episodes were piling up on my DVR and I didn't care enough to watch them. My husband still watches, although he lets them pile up too. It is what it is. Another show that totally forgot what it was supposed to be was Charmed. Especially the godawful final season, but even before that. It started being all about Phoebe and her various love interests and burning need for babies and essentially all the shit that no one ever wants to see on a TV show. Too bad, really. Charmed is still one of my favorite shows of all time. The final season of Angel was also shit, IMO. I know some people actually liked the switch, but seriously, it became a totally different show and it wasn't the show I signed up for. I wonder if SFF shows are extra difficult to stick the landing with?

Yeah, I watch a lot of anime and endings are a big issue with me too. Like when adaptations of stuff that isn't remotely close to being finished get made for no reason other than to advertise the source material, and we get hit with a half-assed "and then other stuff also happened probably, buy the manga!" ending, it makes me flip tables hard. I mean, you can do a "this is still continuing so our adventures are totes not over" ending well, but it's so often not done well that these days I tend more often than not to just wait until the whole show is over and checking out whether the ending gets shit on hard or not before deciding to watch it. Like why is it too hard to end something in a good place, not too early or too late, but in a place that makes sense as an ending? And yes, I'm looking at you, Grimm. And OUAT. And Supernatural, FFS. And I could seriously make a list of at least 50 table-flip-worthy half-assed anime endings just off the top of my head that didn't need to be bad other than laziness. And then there's shows that never freakin end even though they ended ages ago, glaring irritably at you, Shippuden. Then again, even shows that decide how many seasons they want from the outset, like Lost, are still perfectly capable of running themselves into the ground, like Lost. So, there's that. Dunno. There's no perfect formula. Mainly, though, it helps to, you know, not be lazy as hell and rely on Twitter and fanfic to write your storylines for you.

Oh, the Ogre armies that were ravaging all the kingdoms for hella hundred years, you mean? Those Ogre armies? Pretty sure they went home after Rumple left. I heard a rumor that they actually only came in the first place because they had beef with that dude too. I mean, everyone else does.

So it's safe for me to go back and finish it, then I assume? I'll put it back on my watch list. I need to watch more non-subtitled shows, it's driving my husband up the wall.
