  1. 3x03 sneak peek: EXCLUSIVE! 'The 100': Clarke Finally Confronts Lexa About the Mt. Weather Betrayal (and It's Intense!) http://www.etonline.com/media/video/exclusive_the_100_clarke_finally_confronts_lexa_about_the_mt_weather_betrayal_and_it_intense-181510/
  2. The fact that they're apparently putting Meredith through more hell just to prop up Penny, a character very few people care about much less want to keep on the show, is extremely frustrating. Do TPTB think that by 'fixing' the issues between Penny and Meredith/Amelia/Callie etc, that viewers will somehow magically warm to her and want the character to stick around?? After a couple of episodes, it was pretty evident that the character was not resonating. Giving her massive screen time and fully integrating her into every aspect of the show is not going to make it better. Shonda has always said she 'doesn't have a real plan,' that she lets the chemistry/story go where it does naturally but this character is a glaring example that that is not the case. Penny's large screen time is taking away storyline possibilities from every other character on this already cast-heavy show. There's only so much time per episode and using it on a character no one cares about is just such a waste. Hell, I'd gladly watch more of Bailey and Ben arguing about end-of-life decisions or Owen screaming at people over Penny forcefully becoming the new cool kid on the block.
  3. SpoilerTV's Blind Item - TV Show to Reveal A Character as Pregnant http://www.spoilertv.com/2016/01/spoilertvs-blind-item-tv-show-to-reveal.html Wonder if this could be for Grey's? Amelia, Jo, Maggie, April or Arizona (if they write in JCap's pregnancy) are possibilities...
  4. Season 3 Finale set photos/video http://www.spoilertv.com/2016/01/the-100-season-3-finale-spoilerly-short.html Not sure what to make of these photos, other than it looks like Lexa is still alive, which I'm both happy and surprised about. I'm guessing with the modern city landscape this is supposed to be the City of Light??

  6. God, why do they have to make me dislike Emily? She used to be my favorite and now they have her blowing off her mom when she clearly needs her because Alison needs her to 'be available all day', just like she was blowing off her friends for Shower Harvey last season. I was hoping the 5 year jump would do something positive for her character but she's still being crapped on by this show and obviously not coping well at all.
  7. I still think it'll be a patient. Just because they say it's 'someone you'd least expect' doesn't really mean it'll be a regular character, it could just be a patient who seems really nice and sane at first. This is Grey's, they love to raise expectations so I think the attacker's identity is being implied as someone much more shocking than it will be. If it is a regular character, I'm going with the blond intern, or someone equally disposable, although I really would love for it to be Owen or Penny. I don't see them going there for anyone they hope to keep around long-term (i.e. longer than a few more episodes) because there's really no viable redemption for such a (seemingly) brutal attack.
  8. Kevin McKidd Eyes Grey's Anatomy Contract Extension: 'I Don't See Any Reason to Run Away' Paging Dr. Owen Hunt… there’s some paperwork awaiting your signature. Kevin McKidd is in negotiations with Grey’s Anatomy to extend his current contract, which is set to expire at the end of the ABC drama’s current 12th season. Personally, I wouldn't be upset if this doesn't work out, Owen's one of my least favorite characters. I hope we hear about the other contract negotiations soon.

  10. ROOKIE BLUE SEASON 7: WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED Another year is now upon us, and while Rookie Blue may still be officially over and gone, The TV Junkies have some good news for fans of the Canadian cop drama. Despite the fact that the show ended on what many considered to be a perfect note–with fan favorite couple Andy (Missy Peregrym) and Sam (Ben Bass) aka McSwarek, tying the knot, and the rest of the gang moving onward and upward in their careers–we couldn’t help but wonder what would have happened if the show had been renewed for Season 7. The good news is we no longer have to speculate, and now finally have an idea of what another season would have looked like. http://www.thetvjunkies.com/rookie-blue-season-7-what-would-have-happened/
  11. Rizzoli & Isles to end after season 7 Rizzoli and Isles’ upcoming seventh season will be its last, TNT boss Kevin Reilly announced at the Television Critics Association’s press tour on Thursday. http://www.ew.com/article/2016/01/07/rizzoli-isles-ending-season-7
  12. Congrats to Jessica Capshaw! According to her instagram, she's pregnant with baby #4. Extremely doubtful they'd write her pregnancy into the show, so looks like Arizona will be missing for at least a few episodes in the back half. Although given her light screen time in 12A, will viewers even notice a difference ;)
  13. Okay episode. I could really do without the acoustic covers of top 40 songs. Please don't let this be a season-long thing like the 80s covers last season. Glad to see Callie excited and smiley but she's most definitely headed for a fall with her girlfriend, it's impossible for her to be happy for more than a few episodes. Especially if the spoilers are true that . If Arizona's jealousy and the fake nice conversation at the end are any indication, their weird little amicable ex-wives bubble is going to pop soon. Can Alex please get some screen time and a storyline other than propping up Meredith/Arizona/Jo? Firmly in Jackson's camp. Sidenote, I'm glad they haven't dropped the April/Arizona friendship. Owen can leave anytime now.
  14. I figured Maura would be the one kidnapped, but the Angela fake-out almost got me. Really great buildup and cliffhanger, I'm glad it wasn't nicely wrapped up in the last 5 minutes like usual. Poor Maura. They're all at her house and still no one thinks of her.
  15. Agreed. I'm all for a redemption arc but Alison never actually had one, they just completely rewrote her character. She went from devil to angel with no in-between, no explanations. There's no way the vindictive 14/15 year old Alison who blackmailed everyone would be so forgiving with CeCe. What happened to her over the last few years while she was gone (wherever she was) to make her do a complete personality 180? Or maybe nothing happened and it's just poor writing/plot holes... And now in that preview after the time jump, she's clearly just as meek and needs her friends to save her from "Him." The audience was robbed of a decent Alison storyline. All build-up, no follow-through which seems to be a recurring theme with this show. I saw a great theory on tumblr that Sara Harvey's storyline was actually originally intended as Alison's storyline (Emily takes care of Alison, comforts her, falls for her and is then betrayed by her) but the writer's backed out just like they did with practically every A reveal (Toby, EzrA, etc). There's no way the Sara Harvey as Red Coat/Black Widow was planned from Season 2/3. No way. In this interview MK did before the 4B finale she said we'd seen Black Widow without her costume on in that season (Melissa??). This whole finale reeks of rewrites, which must be so disappointing for the fans who actually have kept track of clues.
  16. Sigh. Luckily my expectations going in to this episode were already low so I'm not exactly disappointed, I just hoped it'd be a reveal not done strictly for shock value. I really, really, really wanted A to be Ezra, that would have been amazing. So CeCe is trans why exactly? To make the audience sympathize with her? A is evil and there's no way I'm feeling sorry for her. CeCe as Charlotte, the long lost crazy sister would have worked too. But at least Vanessa Ray was great. What is Shower Harvey's motive? Why pretend to be a victim and date Emily? My favorite part of the episode was when Emily punched her in the face, finally! Emily's off to California so I'm guessing Paily will be on again at some point? Especially if Alison is 'Mrs. Rollins' after the time jump haha. I'm sure the Emison shippers will explain that away. Hopefully Emily is done with the revolving door of love interests. Also, if CeCe was a child when Marion died, then that means Toby was a child when she died. So how was there a flashback with a teen Toby, teen Alison and her?

  19. I'm so glad this crazy show is back. This one episode was more entertaining than all of 5B. As much as there were definitely uncomfortable vibes about what went on in the liars' rooms during their three weeks in isolation, my guess is it was all psychological torture. That seems to be A’s pattern. Them waking up naked in that fake morgue was creepy as hell though and seemed to go too far, even for this show, and I’m surprised the girls weren’t more freaked out about that. Nice to see that Rosewood PD is consistently inept, with gun-constantly-drawn Officer Toby leading the charge. I laughed when he was tough talking that pig mannequin. It will be interesting to learn Sara Harvey’s story (if it is actually her, this show makes me question everything lol). So I’m guessing since everyone thinks Andrew is A in 6x01, he’s most definitely not A. On to the next suspect!
  20. "You know, I have four sisters. Very girly. Tons of kids. If I were in a coma, they'd all be here. I'd want them here." Derek actually said this to Meredith (admittedly in 1x02, so forever ago but still). Coma vs brain-dead aside, the sentiment was that he'd want his family there. As much as it loathes me to side with Amelia and her screeching about anything, she was correct that Meredith should have called her (and/or the rest of his family) before she turned off life support. Even giving Meredith the benefit of the doubt in regards to the shock she was undeniably in and her lack of a "normal" childhood family, her many years as a doctor and her family structure as an adult should have caused her to think of all the other people in Derek's life and what Derek himself would want. Also the hospital, no matter how incompetent, would have asked her repeatedly if she wanted anyone else there with her, if Derek had any other family that should be called, etc to ensure she had the proper support. Yes, I'm sure Derek's family would have been overwhelming and I doubt Meredith felt like dealing with that. However, Amelia would have taken one look at the chart and known there was nothing to be done. She would have been able to say goodbye to her brother of ~35 years, help the rest of her family cope, and Meredith wouldn't have been alone through it all.
  21. Why oh why must this show backtrack on everything? Don't get me wrong, I love Mona but she was dead. As in make sure we saw the body, leave no doubt, dead. It makes it impossible to believe anything on this show because it will all gets written back a few episodes later. Alison is dead! No wait, never mind. Toby is A! Nope, just kidding. Ezra is A! No, he's just creepy and writing a terrible book. Mona is dead! Nope, just kidnapped, stuffed in a life-size dollhouse and made to dress as Alison. So we’re supposed to believe that ‘Charles’ is A. Ok. But who is Charles and why should we care about him? Charles is actually Andrew/Wren/whoever? Ok. But again, why should we care? Some random secondary character who was in too few episodes to really matter and is suddenly relevant because he’s being hinted at being A? Even if the show doesn’t backtrack and makes Charles A and he is actually Jason’s twin/brother/cousin, I feel like it will all end up being so unsatisfying. Maybe a clear motive will be revealed, but shouldn’t he be torturing Jason, not Alison? And what about Alison’s friends, who literally have nothing to do with him? There are too many threads for everything to tie up neatly. I had a feeling they’d go the twin route, not only because of the books, but because they’ve been shoving twins down our throats for a while now but really, male twins makes no sense. At least if Alison had a crazy twin it would explain why she and her friends were the targets (punishing her for living the life the twin should have). Or actually having Mona, Toby, Ezra, Alison, some combination therein, as A would be a satisfying reveal because it wouldn’t come out of nowhere and there are certainly enough clues already put into the show for any of them to work as A. Having Charles/Andrew/Wren/whoever be A is frustrating because it seems so out of left field and they’ve all been irrelevant. None of them are prominent enough characters to make a real impact from the reveal. But who knows, this will all probably be walked back in early season 6 anyway…
  22. I liked the ‘Mona planning to fake her death' reveal and that there was actually some consistency with previous episodes (e.g. Mona passing out, the bandage on her arm, Mike’s behavior, etc). Agree with those who believe she was double-crossed and is actually dead. As much as I like Mona and hated when she ‘died’, it would be lame if she ended up alive after all. Talia’s story continues to get grosser every week. Married woman in her mid-20s having a secret relationship (‘experiment’) with a high school girl? Hopefully this will be the end of it. Emily already had an in-the-closet girlfriend story back in Season 1 with Paige, which was actually well done and relatable to many teens. No need for an uninteresting, hacked version of it four seasons later. And given that Emily didn’t want to date a girl in the closet back then, it’s doubtful that she would let it continue much longer anyway. How exactly is Mike’s word supposed to clear Alison as A? He offered no proof, just Cyrus saying that he took Alison out of town. Cyrus is sketchy and a proven liar yet suddenly, he’s trustworthy. Alison isn’t A because Mike says, and the liars just accept that. Except…um Alison was in town that day. Remember the end scene of 5x12 outside of Mona’s house? Where Alison was smirking while watching her friends cry? The liars don’t know she was there but we (the viewers) do. They could be going the twin route, or surprise, someone’s lying. After everything you’d think the liars would be a little hesitant about just accepting someone’s word as truth but I must be expecting too much from them and this show. I don’t really think Alison will end up being Big A, since it would be too obvious and previously if someone was suspected and ‘cleared’ that was that, but I will be really disappointed if Alison is whitewashed and reformed. What’s interesting about Alison, at least to me, is that she’s complex, both a victim and victimizer. She might care about her friends, but she’s also manipulative and emotionally abusive. If they forget all about her previous behavior (a la Ezra) and try to make her one of the group, just another A victim, that would be weak and a real shame. The show needs another visible ‘villain’ since Mona’s dead, Jenna’s MIA and Creepy Stalker Ezra has been reduced to an irrelevant coffee shop owner.
