Ali seemed like a nice guy, so sad to see him go. However, I thought he maybe cheated on the showstopper. I thought they called time and then showed him twice putting orange zest on his pastry?? I kept waiting for the hammer to drop but it never did. Love to see how supportive everyone is of each other. I was laughing when the one guy couldn't bear to watch (Howard?) get his pastry out. Also love the even handed, fair, direct criticism. More of this type of judging please on all reality shows!

This is my first season DVRing Ellen's show. Is her hawking her clothing line in what seems like every episode a thing I will need to accept? Also, I love Pink (have seen her 3 times in concert), but I'm already sick of the theme song. (Sorry Pink!)

Ugh, I wish Chandler would have gone home too. Scratching himself, stumbling over himself, and nervous laughter made for a terrible presentation. And I'm sorry, but wtf is with the "I'm a Viking" bullshit? (There may have been a backstory there I missed). Also do not like the killing animals angle. Bleh.

First, just know I'm a terrible person. But if I were playing this game at home with my family, I would have gone with "black actor with the wonky eye" first, then Last King of Scotland. Don't think I'd have the balls to say this on tv though. I could take or leave the balloon part, but I kind of liked the clues for the literal name game. A lot of celebrities spaced when it was their turn, so it wasn't SUPER easy, but I was able to get nearly all of them within the time limit. I know I missed Clockwork Orange.

Do we know why Guy's not here this go around? (not that I'm complaining) I'd never heard of the guest judge either, but he seemed to be trying to be sweet and encouraging with the kids, so I have to give him points for that. It makes me a little uncomfortable how much pressure these kids are putting on themselves - to the point where I question whether this is a good idea for a show at all. Flower Head Band girl's flower head bands were annoying me for some reason, so I can't say I'm sorry to see her go. A few of these kids annoy me, but some seem promising. No real stand outs yet IMO.

I got Owen Wilson and then for some reason went to either Carnie or Wendy Wilson (I blame having just seen them on the Barefoot Contessa special). Was expecting Elisha to be much worse than she actually was (though I wouldn't call her a super star). I only know her from her "being trapped by a cougar" days of 24. Was very impressed with the Kevin/Haley/Justin team. They killed the backward title game! I wish more of my friends liked playing games. Watching this show and listening to Joe and Tara makes me want to find new friends and have more game nights.

I don't know who either of these people were. I thought Victoria won the first round -- good emoting, and no mic to hide her mouth. But agreed that she failed the second round and Gregg won round two by a landslide. I almost wonder if Victoria had something else planned for round two that didn't work out for some reason.

Yes, but a long time ago and if these tricks were on that show, I've forgotten how they were done. There are SOME I chalk up to very good sleight of hand and "magic boxes" but other stuff I still can't figure out. I feel stupid, but I don't know how the lady drew Teller's flower. Or how the kid did the thing with the playing card back to front.

When Rosie was trying to use some of her 27 words for How to Get Away with Murder, was one of the words "actresses"? Nothing about law or law students? Guess she doesn't watch the show. "Escape homicide"?

Same here, Mansonlamps! This show actually makes me irritated because I need to know how these things were done, so I'm trying to google the answer or come to this forum in the hopes that someone has explained things in the spoiler thread! I NEED TO KNOW.

I like her too, but that is not a menu I would pick for kids. The slices of meatloaf were ginormously thick. It looked like one of the girls was eating bread with no filling at all in the end. And you're taking them to a show about healthy eating, but feeding them fried meatloaf? I am interested to know what the green tomato jam tastes like. Similar to a ketchup?

Can't they just turn those mikes off for the performances?

Yeah, I didn't mean that she was doing it as a crutch (as I think some others have) - and I agree with you that she was killing it with the actual lip sync! It was just harder to see with the mic. I wish they'd hold it down lower so we can see their actual lips do the actual syncing.

Did not like Marlon's rubbing himself on everyone. Did not like Chrissy's dress. I thought Queen L was very good, but she held her mike up to her mouth too much in the second song so it was hard to see her actually lip syncing the whole time.

Damiano makes my eyes smile. So dang pretty. Was there something going on with Duff's skin this week? Very yellow/orange around the eyes. Not sure if bad makeup or what, but he looked jaundiced.

Loved Game Time! I listened in the car and got a handful of answers right, and now that I see the title card pics, I kind of want to listen to it again. Liv is a delight to listen to - so cute!!

Take away the handheld microphones! Too easy to hide behind them and they're obviously not being used. A fun show, but I fast forward through everything but the actual performances. When the camera pulls so far back, it seems like a show more about dance routines than lip syncing, but oh well.

I would pay good money for a DVD collection of all of Jack Hanna's appearances. I always am smiling and laughing during his appearances. Except for tonight when I was crying at the end. I had no idea he's been coming on the show for 33 years. It was sad that this is their last interaction. DVD! DVD!

How much did they charge for the truffle pasta dish?? I thought I heard them say "$75" at one point (!!??) but then Joe was talking about dishes in the $30-35 range. I know truffles are expensive, but $75 for a pasta dish seems outrageous to me.
