Good catch! I was so busy thinking that Rafe was ogling those pictures a little too creepily to remember that the police didn't get there till after the paramedics took her to the hospital. Unless Chabby has some bedroom cameras for their personal enjoyment, those shots shouldn't exist. And if it was a security camera then it would have also picked up the killer.

I actually thought John was going to talk about the times Marlena died and he had to tell the kids (both when Orpheus blew up the house and the plane crash), but I guess since Marlena is still walking around it would have lessened the effect.

Oh I'm sure that we're stuck with the Allie/Chanel/Johnny love triangle for a while. An utter snooze fest to me. But also Ron sucks at writing engaging couples. He does much better with camp and crazy, which is why I wish he'd write Allie a bad girl and prime her and Evan as a non-hero couple.

This! 100% It's one thing for a new dad to plan, save for, and take the full 12 weeks to get that time with their new baby, time you don't get back and they grow so quickly. But Evan never intended that nor is that the reason for this FMLA. Instead, they decided to buy a new house while bringing a new baby home (something that takes time away from new baby moments) and then Carlin developed medical issues and Evan decided 'hey I'll take FMLA to be there for Carlin while hamming up (i.e. filming) said medical crisis, moving, and going on vacation.' The medical situation improved so now it's just moving and vacations, things that vacation time and personal days are designed for. Maybe his co-workers resent him for possibility limiting the days off they can take by short staffing the team or maybe it doesn't affect them, and they just think he's an idiot for eating up unpaid time with a wife, two kids, medical bills, rent, and a mortgage to support. But I'd be surprised that something doesn't bite Evan in the ass down the road, whether that's co-workers who aren't so warm and fuzzy to him, a tight money situation, or no more legally protected time left to take when another FMLA type situation crops up.

LOL And imagine how Chabby's kids will feel every time it's advertised. Talk about a trigger moment. #ThatNightWeWentToTheMoviesWithoutMommy 🤣 Marlena's gonna have her hands full hypnotizing that away.

They need to hook Evan and Allie up. The two had great chemistry. Now they will both have kids to a psycho too. Make Allie a bad girl and do a campy twist on the Brady Bunch with their blended families. Evan comes home from work irritated that it's Oct. 31 and her zombie ex is back to visit. Meanwhile, Allie contemplates poisoning her latest Sweet Bits concoction, so Jan quits telling Not-Shawn-Jr. that Evan isn't his dad.

VK looks like she's trying to be a Kardashian, and I'm pretty sure Miami Vice called BF (Chad) after the show wanting their wardrobe back. Agree. Abby, Gabby, Marlena, EJ--all dressed like they just walked off the set of filming.

Well this would confirm Jan is truly nuts. I'd take Evan as my baby daddy over dumb as rocks Shawn any day. She really does need help. It would be a funnier twist though if the baby was Dr. Rolf's. 😁

Fingers crossed it hits an iceberg in the Salem Harbor and goes down like the Titanic.

While in the real world I'm a big proponent of 'breast is best' and nursed my own for extended periods of time, but as an excuse to keep Jan jail out of jail, it's utterly ridiculous. Jan's baby is practically a micro preemie. It would likely have a feeding tube so she wouldn't be nursing directly. They could easily give Jan a high-grade breast pump to build up her milk supply and send her back to the Stateville Dairy.

I have no doubt that Carlin would give Evan's right nut for a show of their own. But the big question is still what caused BUB to be cancelled in the first place. Presumably something nasty or they wouldn't have scrapped and eaten the cost on the season already filmed. So, beaucoup followers or not, they'd need to find a network that isn't skittish about a potential controversy and the Bates name.

What the actual fuck was that today? Julie Sanctimonious Hypocrite Horton leading half the town, including the mayor and a sometimes priest, in subverting the law and spreading the 'but she's a mother' virus. Marrying into the Horton family apparently now mean you are above the law. And lol @ Kate, the one among them most likely to have no problem playing fast and loose with the law, was actually the one to hesitate. Glad to see Lani finally found her integrity.

And Lexie. She seems to be in the dead and reappearing only as an angel category too.

FYI I suppose we should expect some preemptions: "The Jan. 6 committee's schedule for its next two hearings is: Tuesday, June 21, at 1 p.m. ET Thursday, June 23, at 1 p.m. ET"

At this point, I think the current murder mystery will go the way of Ron's previous ones which means plenty of people will be set up to look guilty, some will act guilty, and a few won't be sure themselves that they aren't guilty. But in the end, it will be someone expendable and nonsensical... Like Jan after just pushing out a preemie to frame Belle. Or Andre's ghost getting his revenge. Harold because he hasn't had a raise after all his years at the house of horrors? Don Criag back from mailing his letter???

I'm sure it wasn't supposed to be a comical scene, but I couldn't help but laugh at Kayla saying, "Dr. Rolf can't fix this" as Chad is being held by EJ, the man who once laid dead on the slab till Kristin waltzed in with Dr. Rolf's serum. Also, it's a sad state of affairs when Susan can read the room between Belle and EJ better than Marlena the shrink. Kinda pathetic that Marlena had more life in her when the devil was inside her. Same for Allie. Like grandmother, like granddaughter.

Good add. I think she's going to be a suspect too. She said she was going to see Abby. The possibility that she had a hallucination while she was there will probably pop up. On that note, Ron's pacing with these murder mysteries sucks! Unless I missed something, the last we saw Sarah she was meeting Chanel and finding out Zander married her. But show presumably brushed over that and then skipped her hallucination at Maggie's, something that should have been a critical scene.

I'll add "Susan" to the list and credit my hubs who thinks it's really Kristin at the house.

No, you're not alone. Been watching this show on and off since the early to mid 80s and feel like I've seen so many people come and go. Now adays it's even more common/easy to bring them back. Heck, I waited over a decade or two to see Steve and Orpheus (two of my favs from the '80s) again when they were killed off. I expect we'll see Abigail again in a few years.

Oh I guess I never caught that was Big Mama's name.
