Luke Spencer is still around, but it's not Luke (some sort of character switch, which we're still learning about, so it's FauxLuke or Fluke). Monica and Tracy Quartermaine - Tracy has a bigger storyline right now, being engaged to FauxLuke/Fluke. Felicia, Mac, Lucy, Kevin, Scott, and Anna Devane are still around, as is Duke. Bobby has shown up a few times. Not sure if that covers all you consider legacy, Cattitude. But it's a start!
