Yes, they start early. I've been working with a group of fourth and fifth graders that are coding for an hour a week at school using scratch. There's also the Hour of Code which is a big push to get everyone coding next week.

The only problem with the SA interview thing is that no one really cares or pays attention to who gets those type of offices. They're generally won by the strength of the party and name recognition alone (I couldn't tell you the name of anyone on the NOV ticket except for the Gov and Lt Gov's race) unless something weird happens that causes a scandal (like a candidate announcing that she's an Atheist). I did like how Alicia skirted the issue of religion in the most delicate way she could. She didn't outright lie and say she'd been saved but she also didn't do what would have killed her campaign by saying that she was a non-believer. It's the lie that many atheists use on a daily basis to fit into society.

There are people who do nothing but stalk abortion clinics and take pictures of the people that arrive and leave and their license plates. However, most abortion clinics also offer family planning services so I'm not sure how that couldn't be twisted into STD testing or Birth Control. They lingered on her asking if anyone else was running. Hopefully a third candidate comes in and Alicia can drop out of the race without having to lose to Castro.

That's because they don't pay. It's not a job, it's a hobby, last season they didn't even pay minimum wage (this may have changed because of the lawsuits that the other teams have brought). If they paid union wages they'd be able to have the entire squad with perfect dancers and have them learn all the routines in a week and it would be perfect. But all the dancers that are that talented are working in jobs that pay union wages (generally LA, Vegas or NY)

Coma kid would be in a skilled nursing facility, not a hospital. You're not going to be in a hospital unless you're sick enough to need constant care by a doctor, otherwise they'd be in a rehab facility or at home with a home healthcare aide. The only one who would be in the hospital is heart girl, but she'd be under constant monitoring. Cancer kid 1 would be at home, cancer kid 2 wouldn't get past the ER, CF kid would be at home, eating disorder kid would be in a mental ward or ED clinic and coma kid as I said before would be in a nursing facility because he doesn't need constant monitoring by a Dr.

Hearing them talk you can hear what a traditional role of marriage all of the people running the experiment believe in. It's all about the woman taking care of the man. What does she have on her cleavage though? There's a statement necklace and there's that.

They shouldn't take anyone who doesn't have the body into training camp and I suspect they do it just for the cameras. I have no doubt that they measure, weigh and photograph the girls in butt shorts and a sports bra during auditions (it's a normal part of dance auditions, even kids auditioning for ballet intensives have to submit a picture of themselves in a leo) the only thing they shouldn't be able to catch is little things like the boots not working on Vivian.

That manager seems like a crackpot. A manager,acting teacher and songwriter. . . . . I guess he knows people in reality TV but does he know people who can get her good auditions for acting roles on TV (and that realizes that no eight year old is really going to have a singing career, that hasn't happened since the 70's). A manager that could really get her good jobs wouldn't be spending so much time with her because he'd have other clients.

I think the plan is to bring the women to the compound and control their every move. Then when they have the babies the babies stay there (perhaps with the moms, but only if they follow their rules). The kids will be tightly controlled and then used to produce more eggs and sperm when they turn ten or eleven. Being raised with the values of the people in the compound.
