I feel like people develop a lot of amnesia in regards to Snatch Game because since its inception, it's always been a few strong performers and the rest being equal parts meh and awful. The problem this year is that the editing of episodes are super jank and a lot of the bonus footage they post online now should've been in the actual episodes since it gives a greater context of things because like this week, one of the bonus footage things is the queens realizing some people have the same Madonna looks and trying to decide to change their idea and keep it. Plus there is another bonus scene of Aja deciding between doing Crystal Labeija or Alyssa Edwards that gets a lot of great interplay among the contestants and such.

I was really disappointed as someone so New York as Aja is, she didn't do somebody from Paris Is Burning. Or even do Crystal Labeija because that would've been hilarious.

I agree that it was good-natured teasing, especially how she's basically laughing the entire time she's making the joke. It'd be something I would say and lord knows I loathe to think I have something in common with Bethenny. -

I was dying at Miss Kitty and Dutchess's confrontation, mainly because it looked like Miss Kitty showed up to the meeting wearing one of Lil Kim's old faces. -

Maybe Carole let her couch go to hell because she's like, "I have a sort of Kennedy relationship so if it anybody is going to go Grey Gardens it's going to be ME and NOT Sonja Morgan." -

The scene of Tinsley with Luann and Dorinda at dinner made me think of Mean Girls for some reason with Tinsley being the Cady Heron. I kept waiting for someone to tell her she's pretty, her agree and then go, "Oh, so you think you're pretty?" -

I'm sure you're right. But I do think there are real issues. It's just that Real Housewives goes out of its way to not talk about the fourth wall until the reunion that you have all these contorting themselves to get the real issues onto the show in some capacity without breaking the fourth wall. If ever there was a show that needed a revamp with a la Teen Mom and having a different look into the process, it's the Real Housewives. -

The women's ability to eviscerate each other and then make up with one another is truly hilarious to watch. Like going from referring to someone's privates as the Holland Tunnel to "I don't hold a grudge" is stunning. -

I just wanted someone to cut a camera to Candace Bushnell and her give the camera a Carrie Bradshaw moment: "I couldn't help but wonder: did I need a EZPass on my vagina?" -

I don't really fuck with Bethenny but her talking head about Carole being able to write a novel but can't come up with names for her three cats was one of the funniest things I've heard on this show. Everything dealing with Sonja seems to be butting up against the fourth wall because I genuinely think all of her anger stems from being people filming scenes without her. Also that's why I think, in spite of all the things that happened between herself and Lu, that she'd still get invited to the wedding because I think she was working under the assumption that Lu was going to have it filmed by Bravo and therefore all the ladies would at least get an invite. But Lu changed the game by not doing that. -

I get the reaction from LVP and Kyle in regards to Lisa Rinna asking if people were doing coke at Dorit's because the lead up to it felt like something completely different because it's coming off the heels of the Eileen/Erika dust up so you have Rinna coming in with that "Let me change the subject" bit. Most people who here that think that someone would be changing the subject to LESSEN the tensions, not to hurl another accusation into the midst. -

I think the problem with a lot of stuff is that these women take a little bit of truth and blow it up for maximum martyrdom. So you go from Dorit asking if Rinna's behavior is "induced" to Rinna taking that and turning it into "You said I had a Xanax problem." It's the same thing with Dorit. She takes the truth of Rinna asking if people were doing coke at her party and then spins it into "Rinna is saying my home is a coke den." Like the seed of truth is there, it just blooms into a flower of bullshit. The women spend all their time tending to the perceived slight instead of the actual thing that they initially got mad about. -

I'm dying over the fact that Evelyn is working harder on getting pregnant by Carl than either one of them are about planning a wedding. -
I feel like this is sort of par for the course when it comes to these women. Like there is legit no reason why Bethenny, if she truly cared about Luann, would've made all that Tom business be on camera the other season other than the fact that she wanted to humiliate and get a storyline. Or even Ramona, taking that walk with Bethenny on the bridge so many seasons ago to basically tell her that her marriage would be over before it even started and whatnot.

S07.E20: Reunion Part 2

Bravo underscoring Kim Richards' long, solemn walk to Lisa Rinna with plastic-wrapped bunny rabbit in hand may be one of the funniest things I've ever seen on a Real Housewives program. And honestly, you could really title this season the "Dismantling of Erika Jayne" because it felt like such a thorough look inside of like how the "How Many Fucks' persona is just that and it was fascinating to watch Erika sort of try to reclaim her sort of cool girl-ness from her first season and not being able to because she let the genie out of the bottle when it came to actual feelings. -

At this point, we're just a hop, skip and eight count away from Ramona doing her own version of "My Girlfriend Who Lives in Canada" because that's about how convincing her entire schtick this season about going on all of these hot dates is. -

I know it was so rude for a variety of reasons but the cut from Bethenny saying that Luann's head is too big for any hat to fit her and the immediate jump to Luann walking down the street in her hat for the party was a thing of beauty editing-wise. -

I really appreciated Tinsley speaking up when the borrowed butler was talking about Ramona "throwing away" Mario and being like, "Ummm, didn't he cheat on her?" I hate the side characters on all the franchises that come on, doing too much, trying to get some camera time.
