  1. Is it wrong to notice that in his one scene in Episode 1, Gaffigan is eating a hot pocket? Those f-words just sounded wrong coming from those chubby cheeks of his.
  2. Did something happen during Team Blake's performance? At some point, Rowan started singing 'Daa daa daa', then had some kind of eye contact with Blake. It just seemed weird to me.
  3. This! I just can't figure out why racism can be used to create The Cookout, but can't be used to prevent The Cookout. The possibility is always there, and really shouldn't be ignored.
  4. What I don't understand is how Tyson has never had a family visit before. How does a past winner NOT have a family visit? Did they not have one at all during his winning season?
  5. It's illegal in Portland to pump your own gas, so that whole gas station scenario was bogus. It took me completely out of the episode. I enjoy this show a lot, except for any and all of the sexual stuff, including the triangle bits.
  6. I don't understand what you're saying here. Who's pretending yo be Peter Parker/Spider-man?
  7. We've all seen Howie's aversion to handshakes for years now, in fact, we don't even really bat an eye anymore. Fist bumps are commonplace. The other day, I saw an old Johnny Carson show, back from 1984, where Howie was one of the guests. I was shocked when he came out and had no problems shaking Johnny's and Ed's hand. No hesitation, no wiping the germs off afterwards, even secretly. At the end of the episode, he shook hands with all the other guests, as well as Ed and Johnny again. Now I want to know what happened to Howie to make his germaphobia appear? Did he always have it, and was just forced to buck up during these appearances? Finally, one day, he decided that he was big enough that he didn't have to pretend anymore? Or did something happen? I find this fascinating. Anyone have any ideas?
  8. Luke has been a whiny bitch through the whole series. He's done some bad ass things, but pretty much whined through all of it.
  9. I have a question about teen Kevin. He was so disrespectful to his dad, didn't seem to be too concerned over Jack's anger, and was really just being a real jerk. My wife and I don't agree on his reaction to Jack kneeling in the kitchen praying the Serenity Prayer. She thinks that he was finally seeing him as a good man and was starting to look up to him, but I still saw the same disrespect that he was showing earlier. Thoughts?
  10. I can see him staring the store owner down for about 30 seconds, then turn around and leave. :-)
  11. Yeah, Cody's a little brusque, but to be honest, he shouldn't have to demand a military discount, that should be an automatic.
  12. The Emperor's New Groove "King Kong ain't got shit on me."
