  1. From the Daily Beast: What's true and what's false in The Crown season 6
  2. You are not alone, I was going to comment on this back in Ep 1. It changes from blonde to pink and then back to blonde again. At one point in looked bright violet. It's exceedingly distracting, but it's more interesting than most of what I'm watching on screen.
  3. I don't want to speculate, but Steve and AL do not look happy in their THs.
  4. No, they're definitely stick. I heard a couple of clutches being stripped.
  5. Well, there was a first time for every country in TAR. Also, they may still be on the same train.
  6. Also from that article: The Amazing Race 36 will allegedly feature a route primarily in central and South America and the Caribbean, and will likely not feature the return of past twists like the U-Turn and Express Pass that we have seen on this current season.
  7. Wasn't that for the creme caramel? I thought her use of only whole eggs had to do with the fact that she was baking a Sri Lankan version using different ingredients, not from lack of knowledge.
  8. I thought Saku's was the most attractive, broken base or not.
  9. They haven't had the Masterclass episodes since the Mary Berry era, and I don't think the original ones are on Netflix anymore. This reminds me of a Top Chef challenge, I think on Last Chance Kitchen because there were only 2 chefs. Tom Collichio was asked to pick out and make one of his recipes and he was timed. The other 2 chefs then had to make the same dish in the same amount of time. Which I thought was terribly unfair, since of course you can do a familiar recipe much quicker than one you've never seen before.
  10. I thought all the bakers used the correct bain marie technique. The only reason Tasha's were at least partially done was that she decided half-way through that that wasn't going to get them done in time.
  11. Forgot that the computer bros are from Chicago. They are right, ketchup on a hot dog is an abomination.
  12. I would hate to have to navigate from the left hand seat behind the driver.
  13. So the next 45 minutes is nothing but talking and commercials?
  14. Don't they hide idols/advantages/clues at the feasts anymore?
  15. The person who reviews this show for The Daily Beast does a lot of pearl-clutching over things I find quite innocuous, and makes it sound like all of the UK is up in arms about stuff. I think it's important to remember that this is a competition for an engraved cake plate. And maybe a Hollywood handshake.
