Our Skinnygirl might want to be a little more careful with her rump reveals. In that top link, I spy with my little eye...Cellulite! The horror! And, yes, I am that shallow. The ice cream photo-op does seem like one of those odd Katie/Suri city sightings. Those always felt like awkward little dances with the paps and that's how Bethy's feels to me.

Was thrifting yesterday and found myself with a paperback copy of What Remains in my hands. Carole was apparently comfortable enough with the John and Carolyn friendship that she not only put a cameo of them on the cover but also referenced their friendships. Kind of telling, I think. Doubt it was publisher-driven.

It appears to be hitting more mainstream networks. josh_the_man. Really. That's a CNN link. Well, at least he got the, I am a big ol' hypocrite, part right.

Plus, none of the others have multiple kids even approaching Brady status. Maybe just an inappropriate comparison. Odd.

My BIL recently suffered a couple of low pulse, low BP fainting-type spells. He's lucky enough to have a good buddy who's a doctor. Doc told him to go get it checked but also told him that they could probably test and test and test some more and still not know what happened. Doc (neurologist) has had same problem. It's more common than any of us realized. Kind of confirmed my reluctance for too many Dr.s' visits. So sorry for your concussion, Rhetorica! Bumps on the head are scary. Be well! ETA At least you were having fun at the time. Still. Lots to deal with.

I've got the local news on. I'm in a relatively small south Florida market and they just announced that the first AM outing is our very own not-so-little Josh Duggar. What say the networks' nightlies? 15 minutes to go. Stay tuned! Ah. The schadenfreude, it is sweet.

He is such a Gomer. I have mixed feelings about any hack but when I heard today about who the hackers might be outing I thought, Hmm, I'd kinda' like to know if my tax dollars are going for this. And I'd kinda' like to know if they're screwing on the job. Josh Duggar?? Huge bonus. Loved some of the comments. Surprised his "wants" were so... ordinary? I mean, a bubble bath?

This whole "Queen Bee" scenario makes me ill. They all have to defer to that lunatic because she's Andy's favorite? Disgusting. Then again, maybe if the others could come up with storylines more interesting than boinking they could be taken a little more seriously. As it is they just seem desperate.

Maybe Betthenny should have thought about all of this before she began her grasping climb to the top. But nooooo. She decides to throw a child into the dysfunctional mix. And I do not believe that she thought all was well in Bethy+Jason-land. I think she saw a route to HER success and would/will climb over anyone or thing in her way. I think she is an ugly person.

I think it's all that heat that will help secure her another season. And I'm not certain that Andy is after truth. I don't mind the promiscuity but they need to own it. I'm more amazed any would have one night stands and expect them to remain private. And I would bet money that the Countess wanted at least one night with Adam. She seemed just a little too invested in her, changing, stories. Oh god. talula's vid-snippet is wonderful but it's giving me whiplash! ETA: sorry. My post is out of synch. Jenny McCarthy? Aww, no no and another no. Though the inclusion of a higher profile HW to this mix could give Bethy some agita. I could maybe watch that. But I'd rather not.

And there's the Evil Twins show. I have seen other shows that profile twins but had no idea there were so many twins doing evil things in tandem! Really spooky. I think I only watched one episode and decided that was enough evil for the afternoon. Probably an unpopular opinion but I can't get into Joe Kenda. His voice seems to have little inflection. Like the opposite of the Dateline guy, Keith Morrison. His narrative kinda' creeps me out but I've gotten used to it. He reminds me of campfire ghost story tellers. A bit overdone.

And then when a snippet of "Live!" Is replayed I have to figure out, Is it? I feel like I need a bigger tv to accomodate the clutter.

Maybe he's stoopid enough to think that the upcoming one hour special is part of a Duggar Redemption Arc.

I have wanted to read that. Thanks for the reminder. An NPR Krakauer interview piqued my interest but I had recently finished The Price of Silence, about the Duke LaCrosse scandal, and was not prepared for more anger and righteous indignation. Though I think the anger and indignation is differently directed in each book.

And I usually love campy! I think I have old-school true crime so ingrained in me, Datelines and 48Hrs. etc etc., that maybe I need to look at some of these shows through a different lens. But I also see the House of Horrors mention and wonder, Can I do it? I'll try.
