For me it wouldn't be another character, just another version of Dean. As for Nougat, I don't see any kind of nature vs nurture debate. Just a one note character who doesn't have an evil bone in his body. I don't think Sam and Dean really had any influence on him. I think he would have been the same character regardless. Dabb isn't good with nuance. Plus, as @Aeryn13 said if Dean exists in the AU world it sends a message that Dean isn't important in our world and that its Sam and only Sam that made the difference.

There is supposed to be a surprise Cameo. I wonder if its JDM. He did say John would be back.

It's kind of hard to enjoy Deans' glee when Sam's juding his every word and acting like Dean's an embarrassment. I'll be surprised if Dean's role is anything but slapstick

It probably is primarily for Sam but I don't think its only for Sam. So if Cas wanted to watch a movie with Dean, I don;t think Dean would make him sit on the floor. Based on the dynamics lately, I really dont' see Sam using it that much. I can't see him watching Frozen.

I think Dean can get by with two chairs. I don't think the other one is specifically for anyone. Just whoever wants to watch tv with him I think the other chair is for Cas. We know that they watched Tombstone together. Given Sam's attitude towards Dean lately, and his disdain for the Dean cave, I don't see him spending much time there. Mary can barely stand to be in the same room as her boys. As for Jack, he's too busy being a precious cinnamon roll to want to stop and watch tv.

At least one of my favorite Dean traits is on display. No matter how crappy things get Dean still appreciates the little things. He's a Frozen fan. Plus, I want to hang out in The Fortress of Deanitude. Sam stop being a buzzkill and let Dean enjoy his Dean cave. Velma= Becky 2.0

The fact that we have Dean screaming in fear at the sight of a ghost suggests it won't be any better than Dabb. So my expectations for this episode are now even lower. It wouldn't surprise me if Dean let the ghost get away becasue he was too busy flirting with Daphne. It also wouldn't surprise me if this episode ends with the entire Scooby gang wanting nothing to do with Dean.

They're pretty good at answering questions that have been repeated over and over. Prank questions, what scene/episode was the hardest, easiest, emotional to film, who would you bring back, etc. They will answer. I've also seen them take small silly questions, like "what kind of tree would you be"seriously. As for asking shipping questions then I also think personal responsibility needs to come into play. What I mean is my father had a saying, "don't ask a question unless your prepared to hear the answer." If you want to ask a Destiel question, or any other shipping question for that matter than be prepared for the actor to potentially say no. I remember when Sam Smith first came back and several people tweeted her and asked if she shipped Destiel. She flat out said no. Several of those people also called her homophobic. If you (general you) don't want to hear a certain answer don't ask the question. I also don't believe that just because they're paid to be there, I don't believe that give fans carte blanche to treat them like performing monkeys. I remember Misha using those exact words. A fan asked him to repeat some line from an episode and he said "What am I, a peforming monkey?" My feeling, was go Misha. If actors not answers questions offends, don't ever ask one to Mark Sheppard. Jared has been open about his struggles with depression. Some people think that means he's a councilor. I know someone who refuses to do Jared's meet and greets anymore because she says they became like group therapy sessions. So I would have no problem if Jared said he didn't want to hear any questions that how he and/or Sam deal with depression. At the cons I've done, the only disappointing experience I've had was with Misha. Autos are my favorite because you get that small moment of one on one time. So I was looking forward to getting Misha's auto because i wanted to tell him I was looking forward to the start of the season and what was coming up for Dean and Cas. Misha was like a robot. he got a picture, and signed and took the next one, without looking up. (not just me). When I got up to him I said "hi how are you." He ignored me signed my pic and took the next one without looking up. My intent is not to bash Misha, I adore him, but if I wrote him off as standoff or rude after that one experience I wouldn't have had so many great ones. Including this weekend where Misha recognized me I didn't feel the need to tell Creation "Misha was mean to me' and demand free stuff (which I have heard stories about.). I've heard people complain that the guest didn't smile after they were told too. Seriously, the take close to a thousand photos, Misha more than that since he does two days. They cant' be "on" all the time. They have bad days, they get annoyed, they might have something personal going on, they might be tired, or may Misha didn't hear me say hi since I'm pretty soft spoken. Just because they're paid doesn't' mean they become robots.

As someone who has been to several creation cons, I can say despite screening unwanted questions still get through. They tell you flat out not to ask for birthday wishes, or selfies. I was at SeaCon this weekend and fans asked for both. I was going to ask Rachel a question and the person before me asked the question I wanted to ask. No one asked me if I had an alternate question or screened my 2nd one. So to say the question was "approved" doesn't mean anything.

According to a report I read on Tumblr, from the girl it happened too, she said Jensen did not say that to her. He said it to the crowd that started boo her. From my understanding, Jensen didn't shut her down, the audience did. When she started off as saying "Im bi" the audience started booing before Jensen started speaking.

If I'm not mistaken @gonzosgirrl isn't referring to the episode as a whole, just the clip that was posted and we have watched and the accompanying article. Which does show Dean attempting to come between two people an established relationship. (Sorry if I misunderstood you Gonzosgirrl) IMO, this is not something Dean has been shown to do. I really hope its not another "Dean needs to learn a lesson ep"

Sam's more likely to commit adultry. That's canon. There may be some scene's i'm forgetting but we don't usually see Dean hit on someone if he knows they're with someone.

No worries. There go my hopes for this ep. More "Sam is the smart one" and from Jared this time too.

Dean eats, makes a fool of himself and Sam and Thelma are super smart and solve the case. Would it kill Sam to let Dean have a little fun once in awhile instead of acting exasperated and annoyed, and embarrassed at every little thing he does. Buzzkill. At this point I'm seriously questioning if Sam even wants to be around Dean. I'll say it again. Dabb sucks.

One thing I did like was Dean telling Sam they weren't going to tell the Scooby gang about monsters. This is a trait we've seen Dean exhibit since s1, in trying to protect innocents from knowing what's out there in the dark. (with the exception of Claire Sue). But my biggest worry is basically is how much influence Dabb had. Where the episode is basically Dean eat, and flirts with Daphne and Sam and Thelma solve the case. Dean screaming at the sight of a ghost doesn't fill me with much confidence. I'm hoping this is Dean acting scared because most people would be scared if they saw a ghost, and Dean screaming is pretend. My other worry is that this is going to be used by Dabb to ruin something else for Dean. It seems the show takes pleasure in tearing down everything he loves. His wrestling hero made a deal and was selling people out to demons, his western fantasies were nothing like he pictured, and not to mention Mary. I don't want this to happen to Dean's love of Scooby and him finishing this ep no longer liking the show. I know this is the spoiler thread, but I'm going to tag this since its kind of a major spoiler about the ep. It's also 2nd hand so take with a grain of salt. So my overall feelings are mixed, on one had the episode looks funny and fun but on the other Dabb sucks.

Maybe the kiss is between Dean and Fred. It’s hard to recreate perfection. ;-)

Nothing specific just him talking about it happens in the finale. It gives me bad demon Dean flashbacks.

This new character Jensen is playing sounds like an exact repeat of demon Dean. This is why I didn’t bother getting excited. It’s Dabb. They’ll screw it up for sure.
