  1. This seems to me it would create just as much of a butter fly effect, just in a different way. For example if a 1000 people die unnaturally in a town and death eliminates three towns to compensate. The deaths off all those people are going to create situations that are going to effect the lives of thousands more.
  2. If Billie as death is now graced with seeing the big picture, and reapers can't get their hands dirty what was the point of sending Jessica to monitor Sam and Dean. If something happened to them, its not like she could stop it. Also the whole, we have to kill a bunch of people because they died before their time doesn't really make sense either. I could see if it it was reversed because ep where Gabriel unsunk the Titanic it put 50,000 people on the Earth who otherwise wouldn't have been born. But if you die before your time that would mean any more generations would end with the victim. Rowena was murdering people to get what she wanted, and the Reapers got all upset because those people weren't supposed to die. There are multiple murders committed by multiple people all over the globe. Murder is taking away someone life by unnatural means, so why aren't the reapers getting all bent out of shape about an employee who gets shot during a robbery attempt at a Gas in Sip? The whole thing just felt forced to set up the plot of this episode instead of an organic set up. You can't expect the writers to actually be aware of Dean being death for a day.
  3. It didn't come across that way to me, but more like, "why are you keeping secrets," because otherwise why make it a big deal to Sam
  4. It seems like Supernatural needs to change its tag line from Family doesn't end with blood to "you get a redemption, you get a redemption, everyone gets a redemption" It feels like no one is really a threat on this show anymore. I can't even say AU Michael is because he's so underdeveloped. That's what I liked about Crowley. He may help the Winchesters more often then not, but I never stopped believing he'd throw them under the bus if it benefitted him. As for why Rowena was suddenly all "I love humanity" it feels like it was done to make sure Sam giving her the page isn't a mistake.
  5. If Heaven needs angels to keep it running why didn't it shut down when Metatron kicked all the angels out> LOL!canon
  6. The more the characters try to explain to other characters whats going on, it becomes more and more obvious just how big a mess this season is. Isn't Lucifer an Archangel? Isn't his grace good enough for heaven? Why wouldn't Naomi tell Cas that Lucifer is running heaven? Things I liked Dean's fight scene. I've always been interested in Dean's relationship with Death so Billies words to Dean were interesting. Disliked Pretty much everything else. Yet another chosen one Sam arc. I don't buy Rowena's sudden need for redemption. Why now. Why does she care about humanity all of a sudden? Same with Crowley. She threw Gavin under the bus to hurt Crowley to get revenge on him for Oscar, but now she feels guilty because Fergus didn't have love. We've never seen Rowena really give a damn about Crowley/Fergus, she cared about what he could do for her. Eyerolling stuff.
  7. Her entire interaction was to have a panic attack and yell "Dean Winchester's in the veil." Not sure why she's want Sam to know that or why it was important.
  8. The title of the episode is “Exodus” and you can find some new spoilers below! HITCHING A RIDE – Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) devise a plan that will save innocent lives. Meanwhile, Jack (Alexander Calvert) continues to wrestle with the consequences of his decisions. Thomas J. Wright directed the episode written by Eugenie Ross-Leming & Brad Buckner (#1322). Original airdate 5/10/2018. http://www.ksitetv.com/supernatural/supernatural-spoilers-exodus/175884/
  9. I can't figure out the reason for the "Im surprised you didn't tell Sam about me." He told Sam all the relevant information. Its not like the meeting with Stunt Reaper #3 was all that significant. So why is the narrative trying to make it sound like Dean's hiding stuff from Sam?
  10. I started loving her after Inside Man. Characters become more interesting to me when they interact with Dean,
  11. I believe that is episode 21, where Sam is supposed to get beat up. I think at the end of episode 20, they're going to get grace from Gabriel, and it will be Sam's turn to go into the AU. I'm guessing Lucifer will somehow hitch a ride and things go badly. Dean ends up going in for a rescue mission.
  12. Its like Yockey is working from cliff notes about the season, "Michael is a threat" rather than actually knowing what happened in the last episode. According to Ruth we're supposed to see how she's coping with Crowley's death. I've seen speculation that she is trying to bring back Crowley. If they did that it would mean Rowena is fighting harder for Crowely (who I've never felt she liked all that much) than Mary did for her own sons.
  13. I would say its probably more about Sam and Rowena bonding over their fear of Lucifer's true face.
  14. This is a prime example of why I feel like the writers are lazy. They seem to go for caricature instead of giving us some insight into the brothers. I'm hoping this referenced somehow.
  15. It wasn't so much that Jared got excited. A person asked Jensen about the Mark of Cain and he passed the question on to Sam. It raised a red flag for many. We should get the episode description for episode 22 today. Hopefully it will give us a better picture of the direction of the finale two episodes
  16. I don't think he said a new character, I think it was a character who wasn't Dean. So death is plausible, becasue it wouldn't be Dean. Just someone who looks like Jensen. Watching the Gold panel for Nashcon, Jensen said it was long time coming, and he really emphazied the world long, which is why I do lean more toward Michael, because Death's death didn't come that long ago.
  17. The problem with making Dean, Death is how do you maintain that storyline longer than an episode or two. The character Jensen is playing is supposed to be a new character. He's not supposed to be a version of Dean, which means he won't have Dean's memories or act like him or have his connections. Which means he won't care about Sam or Cas. The show's afraid to take risks and separate the brothers for more than an episode so what direction does the story line go? That probably is the last shot. Jason Fischer posts what scenes they film on his twitter, and one of them was 43 which I'm guessing is either the last or just before the last.
  18. I wouldn't put it paste the writers to kill Ketch off screen and say he died saving Mary and Jack.
  19. I bet that when Sam and Dean catch up with Gabriel in episode 20, Dean will try to talk to him and Gabriel will tell him that he and Sam share a more profound bond.
  20. I'm trying to figure out how the final 2 episodes are going to go. We know that Jack and Lucifer spend a significant amount of time together in episode 21 and 22. So does Jack end up back in our world or does Lucifer somehow end up in AW. Give the set pics of Jared dressed in camo, and Jim Beaver's tweet about driving a jeep it seems like 22 and 23 are in AW. I imagine its expensive to create that world, so how does SPN have the budget to make two whole episodes there and pay all the guest stars. It seems like anyone who had a recurring role this season is in one or both these two eps. With so many characters and so many story lines and basically 42 minutes to tell a story how does it all come together without being a chaotic mess? I'm trying trying to figure out how this new character of Jensen's fits in. Jensen said at the gold panel as NashCon that it takes them into s14. So if it is Michael then I don't see Dean saying yes until the cliffhanger. But then I question why would he say yes? I can see two scenarios. 1. He says yes to cage Michael to take out AU Michael. But cage Michael likes his new vessel and being free and refuses to leave. For 3 episodes we get Dean bouncing back and forth between Michael and himself. 2. Matt Cohen apparently cancelled NashCon this weekend for professional reasons, which usually means filming. The other thing I can see happening is AU Michael deciding Dean's his ride out of apocalypse world appears to Dean as John and tricks him into saying yes. But in this scenario AU Michael in our world isn't going to be killed off or defeated in the first few eps, and I doubt Dean will be possessed all season or even to the mid-season finale. I'm hoping for scenario one since I don't want to see Dean set up to fail and he really doesn't need more guilt put onto his shoulders. Plus, I've always wanted to see Jensen play someone unhindged so I'm hoping for Cage Michael. The spoiler sheet has Matt Cohen listed as Michael but they admit its specualtion based on his cancelling and his tweet about John. This leads me toward number 2 more. Because if Gabe is back in episode 20, i'm guessing he's going to end up helping by giving them some grace. Given that Sam is supposed to get beat up in ep 21. I wonder if he and Rowena decide to go into apocalypse world while Dean stays behind and Lucifer hitches a ride.
  21. As showrunner, Dabb reviews and approves all the scripts and may suggest changes. His name isn't listed as a writer in all the ep. As an executive producer, its possible Carver had a hand in the direction of the scripts even if he didn't write them.
  22. So him having a hand in Reichenbach and The Prisoner isn't out the realm of possibility.
