I don't know anything about the actress who plays Abigail, so I sometimes feel sorry for her having to spend so much of her workday undressed. That said, I really have seen nothing to make me like the character. It is hard to believe she is Jennifer's daughter. She doesn't have to be a "goodie two shoes" but she is Alice Horton's great(?) grand-daughter, so should at least have some likeable character trait. I like Rafe and liked the scene between him and Kate yesterday. When I first started watching Days again, there were scenes with Rafe and his therapist, so now I know the background on that storyline. One thing I can't understand with this show, sometimes a *Day's day* lasts for a week or more in real time. But somehow, I missed an episode or 2 and managed to miss EJ getting shot and dying and still don't really understand what happened there. And then it seemed only a few real days later, Sami left Salem!

I heard "pay the chef" and couldn't figure out what she was talking about.

I hated Chloe when she was on the first time with Belle, Shawn and Philip. Where are those 3, btw? Literally?

As I posted yesterday, I don't dislike Rosie P, but I have enjoyed these 2 days more than most recent shows. Coincidence, possibly. But it does seem like the morale at the table has been better the last 2 days, which makes for better viewing for me. And it was odd, sad really, that Whoopi (the show) responded to *gossip*, but then Whoopi is also always saying she doesn't care what viewers think. That's fine, but why must it be addressed. The Talk doesn't talk *at* the viewers.

I'd prefer that too. I don't want them to not address it, but I don't want them to exploit it either. I do think it needs to be acknowledged, as though she was never seen on screen, she's been mentioned or heard since the beginning and just never mentioning her again would seem strange.

Gotta say after the initial observation that Rosie P wasn't there, I didn't miss her. And I don't even dislike her, or at least I didn't think I did. The replacement girl was pretty quiet so I don't have much of an opinion of her. I know I could Google, but did they even say *what she does* or *who she is*. I did miss the very beginning, so I may have missed it. I guess she thinks it is funny, but I really dislike the Valley Girl accent. And why does Whoopi shave her head. Maybe she needs to look into something different to do with her hair, as it is obviously not working for her these days, since she keeps mentioning it. Liked the Glenn Close / John Lithrow segment, though it was an awkward wrap up. And, seriously, Jennifer Hudson via video. That was just really odd. All I could focus on was her head coming out of the View pillar.

So insinuating that Anne is a crazy, lonely cat lady? Has Anne ever had a romantic storyline?

Thanks. I was afraid we only had one week left to wrap up the Ice Queen curse before the break. I will miss the Frozen characters and since I'm spoiler-free hope the 2nd half of this season will live up to the first half. From higher upthread, the music on my tv seemed to drown out some of the dialogue for me too, so much so that I watched with the close captioning on. But I do wonder if it's my tv, as I have the same problem with other shows.

Like others, I agree that this week should have been the 2 hour episode, as I enjoyed every minute and wanted more. Is next week the fall finale?

Thanks for the clip. It was nice seeing Jack. Is he really dead this time? And Jennifer looked so much younger than she does these days. I think current Jennifer, for starters, needs a new shorter, softer hairstyle. As for Abigail, since she was mostly being a brat in that clip, it's hard to tell if I would have liked her better or not. I'll have to check Youtube myself. Also, how did EJ Wells become EJ Dimera?

I actually enjoyed today's show. I liked the interaction between Sonny & Chad. However, they (as friends) seem to have more chemistry (for lack of a better word) than Sonny & Will. I also liked everyone dropping in to see Eric. Funny, for me, Eric was always the twin we didn't get to see, and now he's the one left in Salem. I liked that Marlena and "that guy I still can't accept as Roman" came as a couple. Are they actually happy these days? And although I seem to have a vague feeling I'm not supposed to like Nicole, I actually do. The Jennifer/JJ talk was mostly a waste of time, as there's no way the truth is coming out this soon.

I guess the tweaking is still going on as that was a new intro today, right. Was a bit confused with the ABC News cut-in, which caused CTV Canada to go immediately to commerical and then come back with hot topics from an old show. Then when I was about to turn it off, they came back after another commercial to today's show. So I presume the hosts kept on "hot topic-ing" during the news break, but did the satelite stream end. Did other timezones get a complete show? I did like that the last segment smoothly (for the View) running into the end of the show. I hope they keep that. Their Brooke Shields interview was better as well.

I know the "boxers or briefs" won the name the thread poll, but why was it a choice? When I think of Rosie P, I either think "Latino" or "boxing" (the sport), Does the boxing refer to the sport? If so, what does briefs mean?

So I've been watching sporatically for a few months now and have no idea what the current storylines are. Is anything going on besides everyone trying to hook up with someone else, or talking about their own or someone else's hookup? I know soap operas are "love in the afternoon" but do we ever see anyone work? Why can't the students actually go to class, instead of just talking about it, and maybe introduce a new student or professor that way? Did I miss the baseball player's surgery? Or did it happen off screen? Maybe I just keep missing the days when something happens (I did miss EJ getting shot), but I just find I'm getting bored watching and losing interest fast.

I'm surprised they are in syndication already, but I've been running across last seaon's episodes too. And though I don't think they are all funnier, they also don't seem as "bad" or depressing as I thought they were the first time I saw them. Sometimes I think we have too high an expectation for the *new* episode that it's easy to be disappointed when it doesn't blow us away. I also think they have to address Carol Ann Susi/Mrs. Wolowitz's death. It will be interesting to see how they go with it. I don't want it to be overly sad, but not sure I want "Chuckles the Clown" either.
