  1. I'm pretty sure they showed an update with his daughter and him, or am I losing my mind?
  2. The stories were great, especially some of the peeking behind the curtains, like John Gage was an homage to Jim Page. (not to be confused with the Led Zeppelin Jimmy Page) As I was watching, it brought me back and I think I may have leaned into the field of medicine because of this show. If only so that one day I too could say: "Start an IV with Ringers lactate D5W TKO", and know what it meant.
  3. I'm pretty sure that no one cares what they wear at Walmart. Just my observation, and a few others as well.
  4. Did anyone else watch the 50th anniversary special they had on Cozi TV?
  5. Sadly, yes, it needs to be said. It's required by the FDA. Even my egg carton says ALLERGENS: EGGS.
  6. Whenever I see that 'stink level' graph I have to wonder about the study design. Is there really a statistical difference between Lume and the shower alone? What defines stinky and not stinky? And most important of all, who is sniffing other peoples' butts?
  7. I just watched the Behind the Scenes about Olivia Newton John yesterday. Surprisingly thorough and I have no idea what compelled me to watch it. That being said, she shared that she beat cancer THREE times. There was one other instance that she did not share publicly at the time. I'm with @roamyn in that she was one amazing fighter and an incredible person all around. She's said that her greatest achievement in life was starting The Olivia Newton-John Cancer Research Institute Quite the legacy. RIP
  8. I think that's the difference between dumping a bunch of canned vegetables, boxed noodles and hot sauce into a skillet, vs making biscuits from scratch or pho bowls.
  9. Since we're on the subject of genitalia, the Uqora commercial for UTIs annoys me. She says "I had eight UTIs in a year" and then her partner Spencer looks at her with a big smile. Wash your fucking dick, Spencer. https://www.tvcommercialad.com/watch/rxoNaf3edk3ogRT
  10. Because they're different breeds! 😉
  11. To be fair, that was a sample dress that was WAY too small for her. It may look spectacular when it's fitted. Either way, it makes her happy, and she completely lit up when she put it on. I hugely admire the fact that it didn't enter her mind that others (not directed at cameron) might not like it--you go girlfriend!
  12. Scabies mites are disgusting, and fabulously cool at the same time. I'm surprised they didn't show them moving, because that's the fastest way for people to do something about it NOW.
  13. I do love Wawa but the jingle is completely stuck in my head. In case you live in the Philly area and weren't aware: Hoagiefest is here, na na na na na Hoagiefest is here, at wa wa wa wa wa
  14. Pretty soon they'll be asking for an AARP discount when they buy their picks. This show needs to stop. There's plenty of material to run in syndication for eternity.
  15. I thought the show was fun this week., loved seeing all her pets and hearing all of their backstories. It was not about Ed or Wolfie and she seemed to be enjoying just her. Maybe it's because I can relate closely to foster fails. Personally, I liked the bird feeder as it was a bit of a novelty from the usual. I mean, why not?
  16. I can't quite find the right category for this, but it's something that makes me laugh so I'll put it here. While multi-tasking and not watching, I heard the commercial for Knix leakproof underwear. As I was pondering how that works, I heard a booming voice then say: "7-day old tuna casserole". It had changed to the new Hefty commercial and I wasn't aware. Best transition ever.
  17. Wait, I thought it was written by Richard O'Brien for the stage show--were the B-52s around in 1972?
  18. I'm talking about Time Warp from Rocky Horror.
  19. C: There's no way they'd recognize him. My mom has enough trouble recognizing her own grandkids!
  20. Along the same lines, fuck you Airbnb for using Time Warp.
  21. I think they're likely Instacart shoppers. As they shop, they check off each item in the app so the buyer can watch live to see if they get the right things, or they can ask a question if that product isn't available.
