  1. The pillow is only supposed to be used when seated and never as the sole support for the infant. My daughter uses one and it's only supposed to be used to make it more comfortable to position the infant. It doesn't look all that odd when used properly.
  2. I think Robyn was being irritating telling Christine to look into her eyes. Christine was saying the whole thing was ridiculous and here comes Robyn wanting Christine to replicate it. I think Christine's reaction was the non-slap version I want to slap that stupid look off your face.
  3. Ratings are in: 1.64 M viewers and a .6 rating.
  4. I think Josh got the job not because of who he knew but who knew about him.
  5. I think they're just making up episodes now without any thought to continuity. The family doesn't do anything together last week when we've seen very little sign of them doing things separately in previous episodes. Uncle Poodle moves in just to give June something to say for three minutes and isn't seen again for a few weeks. I think the shark has been jumped and moved on to another ocean. I think we're going to see more where did that come from episodes that are completely or nearly completely divorced from their real lives.
  6. Don't forget the dropped waist that fell right across the hips. :) Yes, the lace top was definitely not modest enough. Patterned stockings are far too sexy.
  7. No doubt about it that I question their judgment in trying to conceive as many pregnancies as possible and continuing even after needing help to maintain them while having so many other priorities. They aren't self-sufficient by using the ER and the hospital and then having it written off or settling for pennies on the dollar. I was answering a question and trying to keep things accurate.
  8. Victim of autocorrect? I don't know what health of surname is. Kelly went to a Christian clinic for pre-natal care at least for the last several pregnancies. They seem to provide care on a sliding scale according to ability to pay. Kelly didn't have fertility treatments. That is to help one conceive. She received hormone supplement (progesterone) to stabilize an existing pregnancy.
  9. Erin can continue to give private music lessons and she can also do music and music education at a church. She could even teach music at a church school. It's limited in its use, but not totally useless.
  10. It seems they also took a van so those people didn't have moving around and bathroom access. There was the crew to consider also.
  11. That's the TLC way. Sometimes they want to make it seem like things are other than they are. Sure June got the idea to just run down to the pottery place for a bit when in reality the entire episode was production planned to make an episode and took several days to film.
  12. Perhaps Anna made her own dress and that's why it looks so different from the others.
  13. The questions of the century. Although they did make the attendants' dresses for Anna's wedding.
  14. Zach said it was $1000 toward the truck and a couple thousand for tuition and that they were loans and being paid back. I don't like it that they use him as a bank, but it isn't like it was demanded he fund his sister's entire college education. :)
  15. We also have to add in the filming at the stops and the need for drama during the trip.
  16. Putting a sleeve like that on an already made dress looks challenging and those look like they could have come on the dress while the white strip isn't the same length on each dress and looks quite tacky and uneven. Maybe she ended up finishing the strips at 3 AM before the wedding.
  17. 1.497 M viewers and a .7 rating. June said the deposit was $1,000 but the arboretum website says it's $100.00. The basic fee for use is $750.00 with some possible additional charges. That may be expensive in Milledgeville, GA, but it would be a bargain in other places.
  18. The low ratings are marching with the lack of interest here it seems. 1.340 M viewers and a .5 rating.
  19. Sugar Bear and Alana search for riches. Watching the episode, I looked up the arboretum. Jim Garner, the director, who is showing them around, died of an accident at home this past weekend.
  20. The family spends little time together. Really? They look like that's all they do.
  21. To follow the law correctly love offerings should come with a 1099. However, I would not be surprised if that was regularly ignored. TLC''s general policy is to make one payment per family group for these shows unless someone, like Josh and family, outside that group makes a material contribution to the show.
  22. I don't really see it with Chad, but David is so obvious that even oblivious me can't ignore it.
  23. I fully expect that the Duggars have used physical punishment especially when there are no cameras in the house.
  24. I think shopping off the rack is their biggest hindrance in getting a decent looking modest dress. They also tend to live in the rural south where there are no convenient modest shops such as Utah, CA, or NY would have. Even if they had modest wedding gown shops they would still be limiting themselves with the short engagements to what is available in the store, but it would be at least dresses intended to have sleeves and not cleavage exposing.
