  1. Had to google. I wouldn't have guessed she was that tall either. (If you google, you will find their Maxim photo shoot. Yowza!)
  2. I wonder how Mary Scott liked hearing that on tv. But I hate her too. I would've been on the boys side just for fun, even if I thought (as a viewer) they were kind of douchey. In the 2nd episode, the hunters went to David's facebook and got around not having the password by asking for the password to be reset and correctly guessing his security question answers. It was something about his favorite sports team, which they knew by looking at his public Instagram.
  3. I can't believe that they didn't give a little tribute at the end to Miguel Ferrer! I'm going to assume it's for a good reason (?) and not because they are assholes. smh
  4. The bloody towel: After seeing how relatively clean the time scene was, I wondered if it was something from the murder or something like Kay stubbing her toe (or other minor injury) earlier in the morning. It was such a small smear of blood, like it was lightly dabbed on a small wound. I hope this generates some tips. She was a beautiful woman.
  5. They haven't decided to see a doctor; they are praying about seeing one. IMO, Michaela's praying a little harder. I wonder how she honestly feels about Brandon's whole 'God says not now' thing. Infertility must be that much harder when you have all that patriarchal bullshit riding on your shoulders. I do feel for Michaela.
  6. Yes, I want to know that also. It was very specific. I knew that the post office takes a picture of everything run through the automated cancelling & sorting machines. Very few exceptions. I don't know how searchable the system is or how long the info is retained. The system cannot read what's inside. As a postal worker (at a huge processing center), this part of the show was exciting! I do like that they say how they would've gotten a warrant for ___ so at least we kind of know how a real investigation would be. I'd still like a complete list of rules & regs. When David & Emily had their calendar page out, I was hoping they'd start thinking about how the hunters knew where they were both times so quickly. I'm really liking this show, even though I agree w/most of you that it's skewed to the hunters. Really like David & Emily, the Wolves (Lee and ?) and team Muslim.
  7. snipped by me I too give him credit for wondering about the time card and his explanation did make sense. But didn't he have 5 minutes to try to find someone that worked there back in the 90s to ask if they had double sided time cards? I was literally yelling that at the tv. So frustrating! Following up on that would have proved that Jason had an alibi and Bill Dear would have to find some other way (like say a coworker punched him out) to 'prove' Jason did it because he doesn't seem to be letting that theory go. Enjoy your grand jury, Bill! I did like that Derek and Kris ended up telling him they didn't think it was Jason. I really thought this would end up w/everyone accusing Jason. They were very respectful of Bill. Bill was just ok, because a couple of times, it seemed like Bill was having to control himself at their thoughts of not believing his theory. I'm still on OJ did it alone. I didn't see anything that changed my mind, even if all three of them think someone else was involved.
  8. Was that the one that aired on ESPN in multiple parts on a few nights? If so, yes, it did go into a lot of detail about OJ, racism and his place in the world. I thought it was very well done.
  9. No wonder I couldn't find it when I went to set up a series recording. Very curious. I wonder what happened?
  10. I thought her skin looked great but her false eyelash caterpillars looked like they were about to crawl off her face. They were very distracting.
  11. The time card is murky!! I agree that the handwritten time looks like it would be for Monday. A few things I wish these investigators had done: 1-try to find another time card (preferably the one from Sunday, the 12) to compare it to. Double check that the date on it (6-19-94) was correct. IIRC, it said week ending but is that what it really meant? Did their work week run Mon to Sun (as opposed to Sun-Sat or Sat-Fri)? 2-Talk to the other co-owner who actually worked w/Jason and gave him an alibi. Don't just accept he was lying because someone claimed he was at a BBQ. 3- talk to a few different restaurant co-workers instead of relying just on Carlos who Dear (with his agenda) interviewed years ago. 4-try to find out who initialed the handwritten times and why. Probably too late now. Jason did seem reflective during the deposition. Also, during the depo, he said work gave him some time off after the murder. Does anyone know if he meant like immediately after (in which case the time card is even weirder because he shouldn't have any time after the murder due to him not working) or like in the weeks after/when OJ was a suspect? I still have to watch the last 2 episodes. So far noting compelling me to believe anyone other than OJ is guilty. I've always liked Ron Shipp because he always seems sad that he didn't help Nicole more or that he was snowed by OJ. Not sure if they are showing these in the order they were shot, but in episode 1, they mentioned the watch and had Tom Lange's actual notes saying the watch was operational (and also the autopsy logs w/times). But here they are in episode 4, still talking about the time. If, according to Dear, OJ wouldn't do this 'as a father', then wouldn't the same for Jason 'as a brother'? Did they ever even mention his relationship w/Sidney and Justin? IIRC he got along with them and would visit and hang out with them.
  12. I don't think you're delusional. You're free to have your own thoughts. So far (4 episodes in), I don't find this new evidence very convincing, mainly because of the way they are believing and disbelieving what people are saying. But Nicole didn't stand him up. He knew she wasn't coming. Also, I think it's common that chefs have their own knives. If you've ever seen an episode of Top Chef, they all have their own different knife bags/rolls. I'll address the time card in that episode thread (4 I think.)
  13. blood on passenger side: Maybe after OJ returned to Rockingham, he went around to the passenger side to get something (clothes, bag?) and deposited the blood then. Or maybe even after the murder at Bundy, but it seems like he would've been in a rush to get out of there. I like Det Lange. For whatever reason, I find him kind of folksy. I enjoy listening to him pontificate about this case. Wondering now if he wrote a book on the case. I waited until I had all 6 episodes before watching. I did read all of the posts in the forums. Some of the questions/topics they've raised have been interesting but I'm not swayed about anything so far. The hat color thing was so stupid.
  14. Michelle left a notebook where she took notes of things Cal said to her. Her family might have said things too, but the 'kill you & never find the body' comment were from her notebook. And she was trying to get away from him through divorce. I think it was his attorney that told him to stay in the house until things were settled. I still think he got away with murder. I hope they find her remains someday, so her family can lay her to rest.
  15. Kody should've had a loose outline at the very least. opening/welcome talk about Maddie as a child vows blah blah about my 4 marriages rings kiss While I agree Maddie needs a professional colorist, overall I thought she looked great. She could've had Savannah read a poem or something. She did seem sad at not being included.
  16. I too like the Phillip actor. He's able to 'say' a lot through his facial expressions without having to say a word. I hope he goes onto a great career.
  17. I think he's guilty as hell and do not buy the owl theory. Wouldn't an owl be screeching while attacking (along with Kathleen yelling)? It seems like that would be very loud if it happened. And here's yet another staircase murder: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murder_of_Kristine_Fitzhugh.
  18. I thought she was like a living breathing Facebook post, one with random ALL CAPS and many !!!!!!.
  19. I really liked Sophia and the mom together w/their pizza and 'brewskis', especially when Sophia whispered that they were the best ones (family members) and Heather said right?! Very cute.
  20. I never count down the days until Christmas; I always count to Christmas Eve. That's when the fun things start in our house: dinner consists of just appetizers, kids open one present that's always pajamas (even though every year I say it's not), & cookies & milk for Santa. We even refer to the day before Christmas Eve as Christmas Eve Eve! 14 days to go!
  21. The last Cornell Confidential: 32 months have passed and Patrick, just released from jail, meets Eric and the niece at the park. Eric says he's glad he raising her and offers Patrick a room. They walk off together. Cornell is never mentioned.
  22. I thought it was a flashback to a earlier case and kept waiting for the new one to start. After about 15 minutes, I came here. Thanks peeps!
  23. Burning questions: 1--How does Jack die? 2--Where does/did Kevin sleep at Randall's house? 3--What happened to William's cat? I think Randall & Beth would've had even better louder shower sex after the relief of not being pregnant. ;-) I don't understand the not pausing a football game thing. I mean, that's what pause is for. So you can pick right up where you left off.
  24. I wondered that too! I also wonder (and worry) about William's cat. Still in Philly? With a neighbor? Given to a shelter? Where is it?
  25. No. I also thought she might take her vote back out of the urn and change her mind.
