I really hate when they have them write a letter to themselves in the past, it’s mind numbing dribble. I’m about done too. I think there is a sense that it is a personal failing or unworthy of love if they come out without being engaged, even if that’s the best thing for them. With Rachel, It’s definitely a source of pride and saving face, I don’t see how anyone could expect to get engaged this season with how few opportunities there were to get to know each other. Funny how I thought she was the more stable one of the two.
