Watching them get all those layers of makeup put on makes me feel super blotchy. That whole Schiaparelli line with all the eyes and lips and toes is so damn tacky. It’s like a joke being played on rich fashion victims. I can understand her conundrum in a way. She’s infamous and instantly recognizable. It would be difficult to do any job, like cashier at the supermarket, without people flocking in to see her. And with all the nonsense people spew online, the urge to tell your side or try to control your own narrative must be really strong, especially since she had no agency for most of her life. Unfortunately, she won’t get the benefit of fame without the downsides. And she has a daughter to protect now. So, the only way would be to go 100% offline and hope the fascination peters out over time. Also, I can’t fault her too much for enjoying the notoriety when she wants to, that’s just a sign of the times. Everyone wants to be online. I don’t get it except here I am always giving my opinions. I have no desire to be known, however. So that part always seems bizarre to me. But she’s young and that’s what their social life is now.

Of course, I say that as if the producers aren’t the ones who really make the decisions. There were worse bakes than Julian’s like the one that was all gelatin, but they couldn’t resist a nail biter ending.

Most of those madeleine towers looked like huge cockroaches swarming up something, especially the second macha one-Jon-nae, her flavor was too much, but she had a great sense of humor about it. “My Macha was too mucha” Julian’s was the best, he deserved the immunity. I think Jacklyn wouldn’t have wanted Valentin if she didn’t know someone else wanted him first. Get Laurie to chase him, but ultimately be the one he chooses, thus, validating her superior attractiveness. The way Laurie said she always does this and how angry she became shows it’s a pattern repeating, that it had to be Laurie specifically because she makes Jacklyn feel insecure in some way. Of course, didn’t hurt that her younger husband ghosted her for the night. And the phone was dead excuse is ridiculous. There are phones Everywhere. He could easily have called or text her from someone else’s to check in. How strange would it be if it ends up one of the women shooting..? I doubt it but that’d be a twist I didn’t see coming.

The brothers storyline would’ve played more authentic to me if they either didn’t a) have the weird foreshadowing of the younger brother staring lustily at the older brothers behind or b) had them Both act shocked and mortified when the flashbacks of exactly what happened popped in their heads Because if the younger brother was acting in a predatory way, why make him look stricken when he remembered? It’d make more sense to cut that one scene out of Lochy staring at Saxons behind, and just have the whole thing be the result of being totally drugged up. Then, the mortification from both brothers makes sense. And would be more plausible since I’m sure a lot of people do really messed up, regrettable things when in a black out. I actually enjoyed the 3 women having tension after Jaclyn hooked up with the guy she’d been pushing on Laurie all night. As she said, Jaclyn always did that and I totally see it. Of course, she would deny it. And poor Kate stuck in the middle, trying to keep the peace. These three characters are so true to life, I think everyone knows a girl friendship group like this. Beware a boat owned by Gary!!

The amount of things Michael and Kristine hide from each other rings false to me. It’s their side of the story, told in a way that gives them both a lot of plausible deniability. I know they’re not directly involved in the script, so all the ‘don’t tell’ secrets must just be embellishment for drama. It’s bizarre to watch this after all we’ve seen on The Curious Case of Natalia Grace.

Well, that explains why Kristine is being portrayed as a complete Saint vs Every other depiction. I always wondered when she'd tell her side of the story, but she just went silent. Probably a smart move on her part. Ellen Pompeo is hard to watch for me. I dont see Kristine. I see overly enhanced lips with a forced whispery voice.

I’m familiar with Minecraft through the kids, and was disappointed with how bad the cakes looked. So many used fondant squares, and left sugary fingerprints all over them. But I guess unless you trust your piping, it was the only option. Plus, the time limit was far too strict for that kind of tedious decoration. Too bad they weren’t familiar with the characters from the game. They were all kind of a mess. And I laughed out loud at that huge grey square as their ‘portal’ Looked more like a portable toilet. The flavor combinations were crazy, but the inside of the cakes looked so good.

The guest star ROBH’ers act so different on this show vs the other. They’re so calm and reasonable and, dare I say, normal? Has she ever had Kyle on? If she does, I hope the first thing she says is, “so, let’s talk about your lesbian affair with Morgan”

Sutton’s ’Kyle is my friend and now everyone else knows it too!” Major cringy shades of “you like me! You Really like me!” Kyle’s tour ‘friend’ until she doesn’t need you anymore. She’d cut her own mother to stay on tv. Im going to steal Garcelle’s “beautiful.” Reply when she’s pissed. She does it a lot when she’s had it and has given up arguing. Beautiful. Lol I like it. It’s not yelling the hard C at everyone or crying, it’s succinct and you get it’s meaning immediately.

The background music for this show is so intense, seeming to always be building up to something major. It hardly ever lets up, and gets more intrusive with each season. And you rarely see anything that warrants it. It’ll cut to the next day, and everyone’s just sleeping in their beds or something. I guarantee if we watched this show without the sound effects, it would come off as a tedious soap opera in a lot of scenes. I don’t need nonstop massive reveals, but manipulating me into thinking every scene is a cliffhanger and then have it go nowhere is really getting annoying. it’s the characters that keep my attention, but that’s where it’s falling behind the other seasons. Of course, Walton is killing it, and the 3 friends are so true to life, you can’t look away. Belinda is annoying to me. She just walks around getting massages and looking scared and confused. But she’s more tolerable than the security guard who always looks like he’s going to burst into tears.

Dorit will Never be satisfied, no matter how many times Sutton apologies. So, Sutton needs to stop feeding that troll. Just completely ignore her - and Erika. They want Sutton to grovel and it’s ridiculous already. Boz earned another season for shutting Dorit down. And she held her ground later as well. Loved that. Also loved her look of vomit when Erika started plopping her hair on the table. Kyle and Dorit looked so desperate with their cover up robes pulled to one side to show off their bikinis. They have enviable bodies, but that made me laugh out loud. So forced. I definitely see where Garcelle is coming from, but Kyle dodged Morgan questions for an entire season. She’s not giving up any info now. If they keep pushing her, they’ll just end up looking like the bad guys and there’s nothing Kyle loves more than playing victim. I’m not sure what she expects Sutton to do-keep hammering her with ‘are you a lesbian with Morgan!?!’ That will go nowhere and cause us to have to hear that fake gravely crying voice Kyle does.

Ken always orders such healthy food. Yay for him, but don't they ever just get a pizza? Her sister is wasting her breath. Gypsy will say yes before Ken even finishes asking the question. Happy for her with her new teeth. Can't imagine the trauma of being forced to get your healthy teeth pulled out, especially as a child. She was over doing it with the hairbrush and the jealousy. Ken's got himself an infamous girlfriend fresh out of her marriage and jail, pregnant, moving in, it's a lot all at once. Her nitpicking him won't help. Just get a pack & play. The first time a man whispered in that murder voice, “I’m going to kill you.” I’m out. Not victim blaming at all, I know the chance of being murdered skyrockets when a woman finally leaves a man, and/or reports him to the authorities, but Damn. You have no choice but to leave when they talk like that. That was chilling. And those kids have seen some stuff. He had them so controlled and scared. I give them so much credit for telling the truth when he obviously had them terrified to speak against him. These shows are enough to make you choose the bear a hundred times over. Ladies, just stay single. The sex can’t be that good.

You’re so vulnerable to your authority figures as a minor. But grown people!? I’ll never get it.
