  1. Oh, I couldn't agree more. Ramona had the right idea last episode was it? When Dorinda wanted to start something, and Ramona just calmly walked away and ignored her. That's really the best strategy with someone like Dorinda who probably knows what a mess she is but she can't tolerate anyone else saying it out loud.
  2. Just seeing them, I know they couldn't possibly be comfortable to wear.
  3. IKR!! Going in, Ramona says something's just not sitting right within her heart and her soul, and ends up saying how really comfortable she is with herself, and loves herself. I know it's supposed to be therapy, but I think she's totally happy just paying this young guy to sit and listen to her go on and on about herself and then tell her exactly what she wants to hear.
  4. If ever they all got together on the same page and called Dorinda out on her shit, she'd start with doing the same thing she did in this episode: "I'm a giver. I do SO MUCH for everyone else" and then run off and cry and work herself up into a screaming spit-flying rage denouncing every single one of them.
  5. What sticks out to me in this episode are the terrible clothes. Clothes in the THs, clothes they're wearing in the scenes, clothes they're selling. I think just about everyone were taken aback with Dorinda's choice of pants. They might have looked decent if they had a modern shape or tapered legs, but they just look like baggy pajama pants. What gets me is how she struts around looking like she thinks she's so chic in them. And that oddball headband thing with the pink pompoms -- is the intention to imitate the alien from Mars look? If so, she's on target. At Sonja's opening, Dorinda paired those super-high heeled dress booties (that she can't walk in for shit) with stretch pants and a blouse one might wear to the grocery store -- why do I get the feeling she paid a king's ransom for each piece. That dress Luann was wearing in her THs - black with the fake pearl strand holding it up. Looks cheap and tacky. Is it a Sonja by Sonja Morgan? Looks about the quality she sells. Ramona in that dreadful, too-small lace dress that she said was Sonja by Sonja Morgan -- reminiscent of a an overfilled sausage ready to burst the casing at any moment. Leah feels like literally the sky's the limit with her clothing line. I find it hard to believe she actually makes money with the cheap looking, unremarkable Married To The Mob garbage. Does the concept of glorifying organized crime fly in NYC or something, because I just hate the stupid name. That neon yellow sweatshirt with bold block "MTTM" in blue across the chest? Reminds me of someone's project in a high school silk screening class. Literally junk that I can't imagine anyone spotting in a store and saying "oh I gotta try some of these on; gotta have this it's so cute". The scene is capped by Leah's TH wearing the most gawd-awful plastic and glass earrings that I would guess came from the Goodwill store. Last but not least was the hair jacket she wore to Sonja's Century 21 opening. Gross!! And she really needs to burn that atrocious red and yellow glove/blouse/dress thingy. Also, Dorinda in her THs wearing the ugliest statement necklace known to mankind. And I thought Luann owned all of those. Did Ramona wear a cocktail dress to her therapy appointment?
  6. Not only that, but Mariska and her brothers were asleep in the back seat of the convertible she was riding in when she was killed. There were stories that Jayne was decapitated, but it's not true. She was wearing a wig that flew off upon impact.
  7. Dorinda claimed that Princess Diana once wore one of "her" pashminas. No proof, though, but sure -- PD was totally one of her clients (not that I buy it).
  8. LOL, funny!! Say what you wish about Elyse because she wasn't that engaging, but did you get a load of her hubby?? H-O-T. P.S. Haha Tutuola!
  9. Dorinda's closets are packed with clothes she bought in her happy era. She hasn't been clothes shopping in ten years.
  10. LOL! The barn animals would probably move a little distance away from them.
  11. Where'd she dig that thing up? It IS gawd-awful. Is it a top, a dress, what?? Makes me wonder what she saw as attractive about it, because it's cringy-fugly.
  12. From Leah - wisdom of the ages: It's better to have a crystal up your vajayjay than a stick up your ass. There you have it.
  13. You mean, break her contract? She knows the consequences of that, which is why she went back into the restaurant.
  14. I think you're on to something there. When someone changes their story, people have a tendency to think there's something fishy. Denise has changed details and taken inconsistent stands on issues raised this season. Despite her best efforts this episode to seem tough and standing up for herself, she seems easily rattled. I can see needing time to think through responses to things that happened years ago, but as Judge Judy says, if you tell the truth you don't need a good memory. So when it seems to her that she's going to need time to think of a good reply to some inconsistent thing presented to her for comment, it's been her M-O to just take a powder to put everyone off the scent. As you mentioned, it might be how she handles those things IRL and probably works most of the time.
  15. It really does look terrible on Sutton. Looks more like Tinsley's style -- she could wear that awful dress and look good in it.
  16. When Erika was talking about last season's encounters with PK, I want to thank her for not adding the word "ass" after "grown" when she made her comment about him.
  17. Who's Rinna's dermo? In the scene where Rinna and Denise are having a conversation in Denise's room, I noticed that the light from the window was fairly harsh and unflattering. Rinna is about 10 years older than Denise, but Rinna's face looked so young and smooth while Denise's looked pasty and the lines around her mouth, forehead and neck were deeper and more noticeable. Maybe Rinna did make a deal with the devil? On another subject, Garcelle saying about Denise "If she can handle Charlie Sheen ... " and I was thinking no, Garcelle. Denise admitted in one of the first episodes of the season that she really can't handle Charlie Sheen, and is actually afraid to cross him even in a courtroom over his years-long refusal to pay any child support at all. Even though she's legally in the right and it's her daughters' money, she is too chicken to confront him.
  18. I was so getting LVP vibes from Kyle in that scene -- as if Kyle is in the former LVP position and Dorit is in the former Kyle position. The "I love you" thing is what LVP always used to draw Kyle back in for more torture.
  19. Dorinda's dress looks two sizes too small for her. The boobs look squished and unnatural, and from what we see of the dress, it's a mess of stretch wrinkles. Dorinda's clothing choices on the show make me believe the dress is 10 or more years old. I get the impression she chooses to wear the expensive things in her closet that she could only afford when she was married to Richard and subscribes to the mistaken belief that if she spent a fortune on it, its style is timeless. I'd bet money she's pounds heavier than she was when she bought that dress, but because she was able to get it zipped . . . .
  20. Is this another one of your made-up stories that I almost believed?
  21. The over the counter variety never worked for me -- they're just too thick. Bite the bullet (no pun intended) spend the money to get a good one from your dentist. They last for years and years. I had an emergency dentist visit last month, and the dentists and their staff are VERY on top of sterilizing everything. I felt very safe.
