  1. That's what she said. Seems like she'd know who she would have to submit it to who would send it to toxicology if she didn't directly do it herself. I do not know how that chain of command works. Maybe it didn't end up on her desk. Maybe her wife's interest in the podcast got her thinking and she pulled the file. The file I believe, TPTB wouldn't destroy as that would look suspicious and since Detective Williams called it a suicide, perhaps they didn't think anyone would dig it up or that anyone would ask questions. So maybe she pulled the file herself? The phone is a little stranger cause that seems like something TPTB could destroy and claim it got lost or something. But it seems like the tox report is probably lost cause if they destroyed any samples as Tim's body got a ticket to Japan quickly. That also seems slightly fishy to me as they'd still have to prep the body for the flight. Don't know all that involves. Man I feel like Jon Snow knowing nothing. Lot of maybes and perhaps in this post. Itching to see what Tim's password is. I hope it's Evelyn.
  2. After ALL the effort he put in this season, I'm sure he's tired anyway.
  3. Rewatching again (yeah insomnia!] and I'm pretty sure when Mabel is humming in the shower it's the theme song.
  4. Though, less flabbergasted than he'll be when he doesn't get AFP
  5. I think the note and Winnie aren't related. Given it wasn't a nice note, but if you're leaving a note, you don't need to poison the dog. I mean, you could. But why leave the note on the door if you've already been in the apartment? I think note person was unaware that Oliver didn't lock his door. (Which also doesn't make sense cause they could have slid it under the door like the note to Charles] There also seems to be enough shady characters in the building that they'd have reasons they wouldn't want other amateur sleuths or cops poking around investigating. Theo seems like a good choice since he knows about the investment. Were there still only 8 listeners at this point? I'd think Teddy would listen to see what he invested in and Theo would probably have read a transcript if he wanted to know more. The other listeners? Who knows. I don't think Cinda knew about it at this point since they go to about confronting Sting. I'd put Bunny up there as she probably wouldn't want any press about the building getting out especially since people are past due on their bills and she'd want to put it on the market. I've also been super suspicious about her signing with Theo. Didn't Charles say he got nosebleeds talking to new people? That's probably a lie cause he didn't get one around Mabel or Jan. I think Charles stepped in the cats food dish and knocked it over when he started getting nervous about the "recording" question. I don't think he got a nosebleed then, he just asked Mabel if his nose was bleeding.
  6. I hope it's not this. It always bothers me if a character is alone and discovers something that they staged themselves. If that's the case it serves no purpose but to mislead the audience as no other character is there for the misdirect. The other question I have about Zoe's death is even though Tim says it wasn't Oscar and as far as we know, Tim is the only witness (again, as far as we know] that still doesn't mean that someone didn't see Oscar somewhere else at the party. Sure he could have left for a minute to go to the bathroom or something, but doesn't discount that someone may have seen him. I may have missed something.
  7. Pretty sure it's a Greek deli, hence the hummus. Last name is Dimas. And yes, there's some sort of promo for chicken wraps.
  8. She apparently had some bad health issues and this is a side effect.
  9. I guess we're not watching to see people measure things or make good cakes -- there are plenty of shows about that -- but there are a million ways you can mess a cake up aside from just deciding to not follow the recipe.
  10. She certainly was a judges favorite. I don't understand how anyone doesn't get that baking is a science and you have to follow the recipe for a reason. There are honest mistakes when you have to move quickly (tsp for tbsp comes to mind] but to right out say you are going to disobey the recipe you are in trouble. Maybe it comes from people who have a cooking background which has a lot more wiggle room. Was she also the one with hair in her dessert? I can't remember.
  11. I am delighted by Jack McBrayer, but it sorta took some stakes out of his episode as you know he wasn't going to win.
  12. I haven't seen the others, but I'm actually glad that they are all at 1OO%, seems to indicate some quality programming to seek out.
  13. Blood diamonds maybe? I honestly don't know.
  14. Turkey's already in the oven to get some answers! I mean, who is "we." Tie-dye guy?! I just like to think that in his spare time he has a metal detector in CP and is looking for clues. That man is adorable.
  15. Yes! No one brings the snark like these two!
  16. Media, I guess? Steve Martin is always on the job trying to solve mysteries!
  17. I don't know if it's a plot hole or a clue. Not knowing the charges, it's hard to speculate, but I don't think you have to punish a father for the sins of their son and vice versa (real put any relation in here - siblings/spouses/lovers]. ETA: But with this show a lot of people have secrets/are shady so maybe he has something on the board (I think that's who would hire and fire people] so they can't fire him. Gah! I was up pretty much all night reading about possible plotholes/clues about everything from props to set dec to timelines, so I'm reaching Claire Danes on Homeland levels of conspiracy theories.
  18. I just want TJ to tell people he's disappointed in them. I love when TJ expresses disappointment.
  19. I was just surprised that Devin was quiet throughout. He's my favorite person when it comes to egging on fights. And all the awards to the cameraperson who caught CT's reaction to Josh and Esther hooking up. Comedy gold.
  20. Mabel's wearing a coat (at least when she chases Tim the the elevator] I couldn't find the party scene. So if Tim saw a tattoo he shouldn't have thought it was Mabel.
  21. Yes, he certainly comments and smirks at Mabel in the flashback. The ice cream on the beach comment is another wrench. I'm happy to go with him being bi. Tim is harder to read as he doesn't really seem to have any sexuality. Oscar and Zoe as shown being all over each other, bu I don't recall anything between Tim and Mabel. This leads me to think that he may be a teenager struggling with his sexuality.
  22. Good, cause I'd like to speculate about what Oliver's usual pretzel order is. You know it involves some sort of dip.
  23. Agreed with the ring size comment @shapeshifter. And yes, Mabel makes the comment when they're making the suspect board that the fiancee may be a guy. The actual look of the ring made me assume it was for a female, but to each their own. I still don't think Oscar's dad pushed Zoe, just cause he'd stick out like a sore thumb at the party, but maybe as the super he knew a different way onto the roof. It's hard to tell how big the party is and with the size/shape of the building, I assume there'd be multiple points of entry (how connected, I don't know] And people if they saw him could assume he was either doing a job or looking for Oscar. And not to bring anyone down, but I'm not surprised at what people will do to "un gay" someone. It's super sad, but still a reality. So I could believe that Mr. Torres would think this would solve the "problem" as he sees it in his eyes. ETA: I absolutely didn't connect the tie-dye to a take on a pride rainbow, duh! Thanks!
